Description

The present invention relates to a set of packaging and distribution of a product, in particular liquid or creamy, and its use for the packaging of a cosmetic, pharmaceutical or dermo-pharmaceutical product.

More particularly, the invention relates to a packaging assembly and distribution of the pump type mounted on an external enclosure, and intended to receive a reservoir of product, in the form in particular of a refill containing a single dose of a given product.

For such sets, it is desirable that the replacement of the refill can be done as simply and quickly as possible. In addition, the "disposable" part of the set, in this case the refill must be at a cost of returns as low as possible.

Une pompe est vissée sur le col du réservoir.EP-A-0 638 367 discloses a packaging unit and refillable dispenser comprising a reservoir for the product provided a collar, a rigid envelope containing the reservoir and comprising a opening through which the tank neck emerges. A pump is screwed on the tank neck.

One of the drawbacks of such a device is that, by its structure, the replacing the refill requires a certain number of operations, time consuming. Such manipulations include operations of unscrewing, nesting, positioning and manual maintenance of the recharge, and finally screwing up the pump.

There is also known a dispenser comprising an envelope surrounding in upper part a tank on which a distribution pump is crimped. The pump has an actuating rod fitted into a channel distribution which is arranged in the envelope. A lower portion of the tank substantially protrudes from said envelope so that the tank (including pump) can be easily gripped and replaced easily by a new tank. However, this device presents disadvantages from the point of view of its use. One of the drawbacks is related to its aesthetics, due to the emergent part of the reservoir. In addition, for activate the pump, the user must press with his thumb on the bottom of the tank to slide it into the envelope to eject a dose of product, while maintaining, in particular with the middle or index, the part high of the envelope. By this arrangement, the height of the tank must be limited, because beyond a height of approximately 8 cm to 10 cm, this device cannot no longer be used properly. In addition, due to the fact that the device, during the distribution of the product, is maintained between the thumb and the index finger of the user, the treatment of certain parts of the body is not possible, or in any case difficult, especially for areas in the lower part of the body.

Document FR-A-2 504 891 describes a device for the use of a bulb of spray material having an action spray pump manual and a dip tube. According to this document, the pump is integral with a envelope intended to receive said bulb. The bulb and the envelope are of circular section. Document US-5, 595, 326 describes another device dispenser for the use of a product ampoule.

The present invention aims to provide a distribution assembly having not the disadvantages of the earlier distributors mentioned above.

The object of the invention is, in particular, to provide a distributor which is rechargeable in simple and easy conditions, and the disposable part has low economic value.

  • a) un réservoir contenant ledit produit, ledit réservoir étant constitué d'un corps comportant un axe longitudinal de symétrie dont une extrémité est fermée par un fond, l'autre extrémité présentant un bord libre délimitant une ouverture;
  • According to the invention, these objectives are achieved by means of a set of axes (X), for the packaging and distribution of a product, in particular a liquid, comprising:
  • a) a reservoir containing said product, said reservoir consisting of a body comprising a longitudinal axis of symmetry, one end of which is closed by a bottom, the other end having a free edge delimiting an opening;
  • b) an outer casing on which is mounted a pump surmounted by an actuation and distribution means, said outer casing being capable of removably receiving said reservoir through an opening made in the bottom of said casing, and enveloping the reservoir over substantially its entire height, said envelope comprising means for cooperating with corresponding means of the reservoir, to ensure reversible attachment of the reservoir in the envelope, and keeping the pump in communication with the reservoir through said opening . According to the invention, the assembly comprises a plurality of fins arranged on the inner surface of the side walls of the envelope, and whose free ends are arranged so as to come into elastic engagement with the side walls of the tank when the latter is inserted into the envelope, preferably in at least one contact line, said fins being arranged in a plane not passing through the longitudinal axis of symmetry.
Such fins provide guidance for the reservoir when it is inserted into said envelope, and further improve its retention in said envelope.

According to a particular embodiment, the outer envelope present at minus a part whose cross section includes a larger axis width, said fins being arranged in planes substantially perpendicular to said axis. So, by playing on the elasticity of the fins, and on their orientation, we overcome the problems of manufacturing tolerance, ensuring good maintenance of the tank, regardless of slight variations dimensions of the enclosure and / or of the tank, within tolerances manufacturing standards. Such a result could not be obtained with fins radially oriented, as well as conventionally produced.

Preferably, said outer envelope has in the vicinity of its bottom at least one cutout capable of promoting the removal of the reservoir, in particular with a view to replacing the latter.

Advantageously, the cutout (s) delimit portions elastically deformable able to improve the retention of the reservoir in the envelope. In this Indeed, the opening of the bottom of the envelope can be delimited by a rim of diameter smaller than the maximum diameter of the tank. The ledge is crossed by elastic deformation of the portions delimited by the cutouts, which cutouts lead to the opening at the bottom of the envelope. The profile of rim formed by the bottom of the envelope can be chosen, in particular returning, so as to urge the tank to bear in the direction of the pump.

The attachment means may consist of at least one member elastically deformable, able to cooperate by elastic deformation with a bead formed in the vicinity of the free edge of the tank. Such means attachment may consist of a plurality of skirt portions regularly spaced.

According to a preferred embodiment, the envelope comprises in the vicinity of its end on which the pump is mounted, a skirt of which one end free is able to come into tight contact with the opening of the tank for form a seal between the tank and the pump. Preferably, the skirt has its free end forming a curved edge in the direction of the X axis, and is dimensioned so that said curved edge is in leaktight support on a chamfered portion formed on the internal surface of the free edge of the tank. By this only partial engagement of the sealing skirt in the neck of the tank, it overcomes the problems related to the tolerances of manufacturing.

According to a preferred embodiment, the envelope comprises two cutouts, substantially forming a "U" leading to the opening of the bottom of the envelope, the two cutouts being arranged diametrically opposite. So, squeezing the bottle between your thumb and forefinger, at the level of the "U" cutouts, the user can easily remove it, by an axial movement, relative to the outer shell.

The pump can be fitted with a suitable dip tube, when installing the tank in the envelope, to pierce a seal closing the opening of the tank. Such a cover may consist for example of a sheet metallic, for example aluminum or a complex formed by at least a thermoplastic sheet and a metal sheet, this cover being deposited on the free edge of the tank by an appropriate process such as heat sealing. Advantageously, the dip tube consists of a rigid material, the free end of said dip tube being shaped as a point, able to pierce this seal when placing the reservoir in the envelope.

The tank is made of glass. This material is preferred, in particular for reasons of compatibility with its content, and for reasons of conservation of the content.

    Selon une autre caractéristique avantageuse de l'invention, le flacon comporte en regard de la (ou des) découpe(s), un profil apte à faciliter sa préhension. Un tel profil peut être formé d'une partie en creux faisant le tour du réservoir, ou de tout autre relief.According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, the bottle comprises opposite the cutout (s), a profile capable of facilitating its gripping. A such a profile can be formed by a hollow part going around the tank, or any other relief.

    La pompe peut être vissée sur l'enveloppe. Toute autre moyen approprié de montage de la pompe sur l'enveloppe peut être envisagé, la pompe pouvant en effet être fixée par claquage, collage, etc.The pump can be screwed onto the enclosure. Any other appropriate means of mounting the pump on the enclosure can be envisaged, the pump being able to effect be fixed by snapping, gluing, etc.

    L'ensemble de l'invention qui vient d'être décrit est utilisable, en particulier, pour le conditionnement et la distribution d'un produit cosmétique, notamment capillaire, pharmaceutique, ou dermo-pharmaceutique.The whole of the invention which has just been described can be used, in particular, for the packaging and distribution of a cosmetic product, in particular capillary, pharmaceutical, or dermo-pharmaceutical.

    L'invention consiste, mises à part les dispositions exposées ci-dessus, en un certain nombre d'autres dispositions qui seront explicitées ci-après, à propos d'exemples de réalisation non limitatifs, décrits en référence aux figures annexées, parmi lesquelles :

    • la figure 1 est une vue en vue en perspective d'un ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution conforme à l'invention ;
    • la figure 2 représente une vue en coupe longitudinale de l'ensemble illustré à la figure 1 ;
    • la figure 3 montre une coupe transversale de l'ensemble selon le plan III-III de la figure 2 ; et
    • la figure 4 représente une coupe longitudinale selon le plan IV-IV de la figure 3.
    The invention consists, apart from the arrangements set out above, of a certain number of other arrangements which will be explained below, with reference to nonlimiting exemplary embodiments, described with reference to the appended figures, among which:
    • Figure 1 is a perspective view of a packaging and distribution assembly according to the invention;
    • FIG. 2 represents a view in longitudinal section of the assembly illustrated in FIG. 1;
    • Figure 3 shows a cross section of the assembly according to the plane III-III of Figure 2; and
    • FIG. 4 represents a longitudinal section along the plane IV-IV of FIG. 3.

    Ainsi que représenté aux figures 1 à 4, l'ensemble 1 selon l'invention est d'axe X, et comporte une enveloppe extérieure 2, obtenue de moulage d'un matériau thermoplastique, tel qu'un polypropylène ou un polyéthylène. L'enveloppe comporte un corps 3 de section sensiblement circulaire au voisinage de l'extrémité inférieure 32 de l'enveloppe extérieure 2, puis évoluant de manière progressive pour devenir sensiblement elliptique en direction de son extrémité 5 opposée au fond 4. Un épaulement 6 relie le corps 2 à un col 7, comportant un bord libre 8 délimitant une ouverture 9. L'extrémité inférieure 32 de l'enveloppe présente également un bord libre délimitant une ouverture 4, qui, comme on le verra par la suite permet l'insertion d'un réservoir 20 dans l'enveloppe extérieure. Avantageusement, la section de l'extrémité inférieure 32 de l'enveloppe est sensiblement égale à celle du fond du réservoir 20, de manière à assurer un maintien élastique du réservoir 20 dans l'enveloppe extérieure, améliorant ainsi le maintien global dudit réservoir dans l'ensemble 1.As shown in Figures 1 to 4, the assembly 1 according to the invention is of axis X, and comprises an outer casing 2, obtained by molding a material thermoplastic, such as polypropylene or polyethylene. The envelope comprises a body 3 of substantially circular section in the vicinity of the lower end 32 of the outer envelope 2, then evolving so progressive to become appreciably elliptical towards its extremity 5 opposite the bottom 4. A shoulder 6 connects the body 2 to a neck 7, comprising a free edge 8 delimiting an opening 9. The lower end 32 of the envelope also has a free edge delimiting an opening 4, which, as will be seen below allows the insertion of a reservoir 20 into the outer envelope. Advantageously, the section of the lower end 32 of the envelope is substantially equal to that of the bottom of the tank 20, of so as to ensure elastic retention of the reservoir 20 in the envelope exterior, thus improving the overall maintenance of said tank in assembly 1.

    Le col 7 comporte sur sa surface externe un filetage 10 apte à coopérer avec un filetage correspondant 11 prévu sur la surface interne d'une pièce de montage 12. La pièce de montage 12 comprend sur sa surface intérieure, une gorge annulaire 13 apte à recevoir un plateau 14, obturant un corps de pompe 15. La pompe 16 comprend une tige émergente 50 sur laquelle est montée un bouton poussoir 17 se terminant par un orifice de distribution 18. La pompe est montée en force dans la pièce de montage 12, et maintenue dans ladite pièce de montage 12 grâce à la coopération entre le plateau 14 et la gorge annulaire 13. Comme il apparaít clairement à la figure 2, les parois de la pièce de montage 12 sont d'épaisseur plus importante au dessus de la gorge annulaire 13, de manière à réaliser un guidage en translation du bouton poussoir 17, lors de l'actionnement de la pompe 16, par enfoncement.The neck 7 has on its external surface a thread 10 capable of cooperating with a corresponding thread 11 provided on the internal surface of a piece of mounting 12. The mounting piece 12 comprises on its inner surface, a annular groove 13 able to receive a plate 14, closing off a pump body 15. The pump 16 comprises an emerging rod 50 on which is mounted a push button 17 ending with a dispensing orifice 18. The pump is force-fitted in mounting part 12, and held in said part mounting 12 thanks to the cooperation between the plate 14 and the annular groove 13. As it appears clearly in Figure 2, the walls of the room mounting 12 are of greater thickness above the annular groove 13, so as to provide translational guidance for the push button 17, when actuation of the pump 16, by pressing.

    La pompe comporte un tube plongeur 19 destiné à être introduit dans le réservoir 20, et dont l'extrémité libre va sensiblement jusqu'au fond du réservoir 20. Avantageusement, bien que non représenté, le réservoir 20 est, avant insertion dans l'enveloppe 2, obturé par un opercule thermosoudé, notamment à base d'aluminium. Le tube plongeur est de rigidité suffisante pour lors de l'insertion du réservoir, percer l'opercule thermosoudé, limitant encore les manipulations nécessaires à la mise en place d'une nouvelle recharge. En outre, comme représenté sur les figures, l'extrémité libre du tube plongeur à un profil en biseau de manière à favoriser le perçage de l'opercule.The pump comprises a dip tube 19 intended to be introduced into the reservoir 20, and the free end of which extends substantially to the bottom of the reservoir 20. Advantageously, although not shown, the reservoir 20 is, before insertion into the envelope 2, closed by a heat-sealed cover, in particular based on aluminum. The dip tube is of sufficient rigidity for when insertion of the reservoir, pierce the heat-sealed cap, further limiting the manipulations necessary for the installation of a new refill. In Furthermore, as shown in the figures, the free end of the dip tube has a bevelled profile so as to favor the piercing of the cover.

    A l'intérieur de l'enveloppe 2 est disposée une recharge sous forme d'un flacon en verre 20, comportant un corps cylindrique 21 fermé par un fond 22, et présentant un goulot 23 terminé par un bord libre 24, délimitant une ouverture 25. Le réservoir 20 est de hauteur telle que, en position montée illustrée à la figure 2, il soit enveloppé sur toute sa hauteur à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe extérieure 2. Avantageusement, le réservoir 20 est constitué d'un flacon en verre. Le goulot 23 présente un bourrelet extérieur 26, apte à coopérer par claquage avec deux portions de jupe 27, 28, diamétralement opposées, et portées par l'épaulement 6 de l'enveloppe extérieure 2. La rigidité des portions de jupe 27, 28 est améliorée par la présence de pattes 40, 41, reliant les portions de jupe 27, 28 à la paroi latérale de l'enveloppe 2. Dans le prolongement du col 7, l'enveloppe extérieure 2 comporte une jupe d'étanchéité 29 dont une extrémité libre se termine par un rebord 30, incurvé vers l'intérieur, de manière à venir en contact étanche avec une partie chanfreinée 31, prévue sur la surface intérieure du bord libre 24 du réservoir 20.Inside the envelope 2 is a refill in the form of a bottle made of glass 20, comprising a cylindrical body 21 closed by a bottom 22, and having a neck 23 terminated by a free edge 24, delimiting an opening 25. The reservoir 20 is of a height such that, in the mounted position illustrated in the Figure 2, it is wrapped over its entire height inside the envelope outside 2. Advantageously, the reservoir 20 consists of a bottle in glass. The neck 23 has an outer bead 26, able to cooperate by breakdown with two skirt portions 27, 28, diametrically opposite, and carried by the shoulder 6 of the outer casing 2. The rigidity of the portions skirt 27, 28 is improved by the presence of legs 40, 41, connecting the skirt portions 27, 28 at the side wall of the casing 2. In the extension of the neck 7, the outer casing 2 comprises a sealing skirt 29, a free end of which ends in a rim 30, curved inwards, so as to come into tight contact with a chamfered part 31, provided on the inner surface of the free edge 24 of the tank 20.

    L'enveloppe extérieure 2, comporte au voisinage de son extrémité inférieure 32, deux découpes 33, 34, en forme de U, débouchant sur l'ouverture 4. Ces découpes facilitent la préhension du réservoir 20, lors de son insertion, mais surtout lors de son enlèvement en vue de son remplacement par un réservoir plein. Les découpes s'étendent sur une hauteur sensiblement égale à un tiers de la hauteur de l'enveloppe extérieure 2. Ces découpes peuvent être réalisées sur les faces avant ou arrière, ou sur les faces latérales de l'enveloppe extérieure. Ces découpes sont obtenues de moulage avec le reste de l'enveloppe. Avantageusement, le flacon en verre 20 présente, au voisinage de son fond, une dépression annulaire 35, apte à améliorer encore la préhension du flacon au travers des découpes 33, 34, lors de son enlèvement en vue de son remplacement par une nouvelle recharge. La dépression annulaire 35 est disposée de telle sorte que, en position montée du réservoir 20 à l'intérieur du dispositif, la dépression 35 soit en regard des découpes 33, 34.The outer envelope 2, comprises in the vicinity of its lower end 32, two cutouts 33, 34, in the shape of a U, leading to the opening 4. These cutouts facilitate gripping of the reservoir 20, during its insertion, but especially when removed for replacement with a tank full. The cuts extend over a height substantially equal to a third the height of the outer casing 2. These cuts can be made on the front or rear sides, or on the side faces of the enclosure exterior. These cuts are obtained by molding with the rest of the envelope. Advantageously, the glass bottle 20 has, in the vicinity of its bottom, an annular depression 35, capable of further improving the grip of the bottle through the cutouts 33, 34, during its removal with a view to replacing it with a new refill. The annular depression 35 is arranged so that, in the mounted position of the reservoir 20 inside the device, the depression 35 is opposite the cutouts 33, 34.

    De même, selon une autre caractéristique avantageuse de l'invention, et indépendante de la caractéristique relative aux découpes de préhension, l'enveloppe extérieure est pourvue d'ailettes 36-39 arrangées de sorte que leurs extrémités libres viennent en engagement élastique avec le réservoir lorsque ce dernier est monté dans le dispositif. Avantageusement, ces ailettes 36-39, sont disposées en regard deux à deux, et s'étendent respectivement dans des plans ne passant pas par l'axe X du dispositif. Dans le mode de réalisation illustré, les plans sont perpendiculaires au plan de la section de plus grande largeur de l'enveloppe 2, le réservoir 20 étant quant à lui de section circulaire. De telles ailettes permettent un guidage du réservoir 20 lors de son insertion dans l'enveloppe extérieure 2. En outre, de par leur disposition, elles permettent de s'affranchir du problème des tolérances de fabrication, et améliorent le maintien du réservoir dans l'ensemble 1, indépendamment des légères variations dimensionnelles dans une gamme de tolérances acceptables. Les ailettes s'étendent axialement sur toute la hauteur comprise sous l'épaulement 6, jusqu'au niveau des découpes 33, 34. Ce maintien amélioré grâce à la présence des ailettes permet, en ne changeant que certaines parties du moule, de manière à jouer sur la longueur des ailettes, de pouvoir adapter le dispositif selon l'invention à des réservoirs de différentes contenances, sans surcoût substantiel. Similarly, according to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, and independent of the characteristic relating to the gripping cutouts, the outer casing is provided with fins 36-39 arranged so that their free ends come in elastic engagement with the reservoir when the latter is mounted in the device. Advantageously, these fins 36-39, are arranged opposite two by two, and extend respectively in planes not passing through the X axis of the device. In the mode of illustrated embodiment, the planes are perpendicular to the plane of the section more large width of the envelope 2, the reservoir 20 being of section circular. Such fins allow the tank 20 to be guided during its insertion into the outer envelope 2. Furthermore, by their arrangement, they allow to overcome the problem of manufacturing tolerances, and improve the maintenance of the tank in assembly 1, independently of the slight dimensional variations within a range of tolerances acceptable. The fins extend axially over the entire height included under the shoulder 6, up to the level of the cutouts 33, 34. This maintenance improved thanks to the presence of the fins allows, changing only certain parts of the mold, so as to affect the length of the fins, ability to adapt the device according to the invention to tanks of different capacities, without substantial additional cost.

    Pour utiliser l'ensemble selon l'invention, l'utilisateur prend un réservoir 20, et l'introduit dans l'enveloppe extérieure 2, au travers de l'ouverture 4. L'opercule obturant le réservoir est percé par l'extrémité libre du tube plongeur 19. Le réservoir 20 est ensuite guidé axialement par les ailettes 36-39, et ce jusqu'à ce que le bourrelet 26 vienne en engagement avec les portions de jupe 27, 28, lesquelles vont s'écarter élastiquement pour laisser passer le bourrelet 26, puis revenir par rappel élastique en position de repos. Dans cette position, le réservoir est maintenu dans l'enveloppe extérieure 2. Le rebord incurvé 30 de la jupe d'étanchéité 29 est en appui étanche tout autour de l'ouverture 25 du réservoir. Après utilisation du contenu du réservoir, l'utilisateur saisit le flacon entre le pouce et l'index, au niveau des découpes en "U", et extrait le réservoir vide, en exerçant une traction axiale sur ce dernier, provoquant le franchissement par déformation élastique, du bourrelet 26 par les portions de jupe 27, 28. Le réservoir vide est ainsi libéré. Une nouvelle recharge peut être introduite de la manière indiquée précédemment.To use the assembly according to the invention, the user takes a reservoir 20, and introduces it into the outer envelope 2, through the opening 4. The cover closing the reservoir is pierced by the free end of the dip tube 19. The tank 20 is then guided axially by the fins 36-39, until that the bead 26 comes into engagement with the skirt portions 27, 28, which will move away elastically to allow the bead 26 to pass, then return by elastic return to the rest position. In this position, the tank is held in the outer casing 2. The curved rim 30 of the sealing skirt 29 is in leaktight support all around the opening 25 of the tank. After using the contents of the tank, the user grasps the bottle between thumb and forefinger, at the "U" cutouts, and extract the reservoir vacuum, by exerting an axial traction on the latter, causing the crossing by elastic deformation of the bead 26 by the portions of skirt 27, 28. The empty reservoir is thus released. A new top-up can be introduced in the manner indicated above.

    L'ensemble ainsi décrit est extrêmement simple d'utilisation. Le coût, en particulier le coût de la partie jetable du dispositif, est très faible. L'ergonomie de la distribution de produits conditionnés en très petits volumes (par exemple, inférieures à 10 ml), peut ainsi être rendue similaire à celle de produits conventionnels conditionnés dans des dispositifs de plus grande contenance.The assembly thus described is extremely simple to use. The cost, in especially the cost of the disposable part of the device, is very low. ergonomics distribution of products packaged in very small volumes (for example, less than 10 ml), can thus be made similar to that of products conventional packaged in larger capacity devices.

    Dans la description détaillée qui précède, il a été fait référence à un mode de réalisation particulier de l'invention. Il est évident que des variantes peuvent y être apportées sans s'écarter de l'invention telle que revendiquée ci-après.In the foregoing detailed description, reference has been made to a mode of particular embodiment of the invention. It is obvious that there are variations be made without departing from the invention as claimed below.
