Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Wärmetauscherelement, ein sogenanntes Thermoblech (1), welches wenigstens zwei aufeinander gefügte Bleche (2, 3) umfasst. Zwischen den Blechen (2, 3) sind Strömungskanäle (4) zum Durchfluss eines Wärmetauschermediums ausgebildet. Die Bleche (2, 3) bestehen aus einem reaktiven Metall, vorzugsweise Tantal, einer Tantal-Wolfram-Legierung, Niob oder einer Tantal-Niob-Legierung und sind mittels Elektronenstrahlschweißung unter Vakuum in einer hermetisch abgeschlossenen Kammer gefügt. The invention relates to a heat exchanger element, a so-called thermal sheet (1), which comprises at least two sheets (2, 3) joined together. Flow channels (4) for the flow of a heat exchange medium are formed between the sheets (2, 3). The sheets (2, 3) consist of a reactive metal, preferably tantalum, a tantalum-tungsten alloy, niobium or a tantalum-niobium alloy and are joined in a hermetically sealed chamber by means of electron beam welding under vacuum.
