Abstract
Description
Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a method and a device according to the preamble of
The manufacture of paper pads for a wide variety of applications shock-absorbing packaging is usually carried out on large machine systems. This has the advantage of mass production, but at the same time also the disadvantage that the Users of such paper pads are forced to change the dimensions of the pads to be able to determine themselves, but rather the ones specified by the major manufacturers Having to use dimensions, but also that the user for cost reasons must place larger orders and is therefore unable to use such upholstery not available as needed.
The object of the invention is to develop a method that the user or Consumers are able to put their own paper pads in place to be able to manufacture, and to create a device that is simple and inexpensive is in the manufacture and in the operation, and which enables any upholstery different dimensions also in small series for your own needs to be able to produce with little effort and low costs.
According to the invention, this is with the features of the characterizing part of the
The proposal according to the invention ensures that a consumer or Users of the pads for packaging such paper pads in the desired number and with the desired dimensions each can produce according to need, so that it is above the respective need further orders can be avoided, a corresponding There is no need to keep stocks, an adjustment to the respective needs with regard to the Dimensions of the upholstery is ensured, etc.
The manufacturer or user of such paper pads is thus able to to manufacture upholstery according to his needs by making the Paper rolls that define the cushion width are placed on the machine accordingly lets the paper web run through the machine and on the output side Machine cut the severed upholstery units.
The construction of the machine is straightforward. The one to be deformed Paper web is drawn off a roll of paper and through a preform corrugator out in which the paper web is pre-corrugated or pre-deformed. This so deformed paper web is passed through a transport roller arrangement, in which the deformation is carried out in such a way that in a Congestion channel the deformed web is wrinkled by congestion and thus one Paper cushion or a crease-pack cushion is created that at the back end of the Discharge channel discharged and in a cutting device, e.g. scissors into which corresponding desired section lengths is divided. By pre-deformation the paper web receives defined deformation points, which with increasing Processing the paper web form the kinks, so that the finished Paper pads have defined crease deformations that are flexible Packaging pad result that has a high restoring force and thus the on modern packaging material meets the requirements.

The surface of the two transport rollers 6 and 7 is designed so that the two
