A paper dispenser according to claim 1, wherein the paper web is guided between the pressure roller (9) and the moistening roller (6) in such a manner that, in the normal position of the pressure roller (9), the paper web runs both at a distance from the moistening roller (6) and at a distance from the pressure roller (9).
    3. A paper dispenser according to either claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the moistening roller (6) is arranged below the aperture plane in the liquid container (4), guide members for guiding the paper web (12) are provided on the liquid container (4) in the region of the aperture, and the paper web (12) is laid against the liquid container (4) in such a manner that it covers the aperture.
    4. A paper dispenser according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the moistening roller (6) is provided at its circumference with an absorbent covering (8).
    5. A paper dispenser according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein circumfrential grooves are formed in the moistening roller (6).
    6. A paper dispenser according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the moistening roller (6) is formed from a plurality of moistening rollers arranged coaxially beside one another and at a distance from one another.
    7. A paper dispenser according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a paper roll holder (2) for holding the paper roll (3) in a rotatable manner.
    8. A paper dispenser according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the liquid container (4) contains a liquid (7) containing a disinfectant, a cleansing agent and/or a perfume.
    9. Use of the paper dispenser according to any one of claims 1 to 8 for dispensing absorbent paper, especially toilet paper, kitchen roll paper or hand-cleaning paper.
