Description

The present invention relates to containers for beverages or other liquids, and more particularly containers such as boxes and cans, provided with a separable sealing cap.

At present, when a consumer wants to drink from a can or can after having opened it, it must generally be worn with lips against the outer surface of the container. Now, this outer surface is usually contaminated with soils and pollution of all kinds resulting from storage and various handling during packaging, transport and storage of containers. In networks also, the containers are handled repeatedly by different people. In large-area refrigerators, for example example, the containers are handled by a large number of people, especially to appreciate the state of freshness.

In addition, the containers are often placed on the floor and are therefore reach of animals or may come into contact with chemicals, trash, fats, oils, etc. All this makes the containers of drinks currently on the market are of questionable hygiene.

Furthermore, it is not uncommon that when a consumer drinks directly from the container, especially a child, it hurts the lips or the tongue. Moreover, drink often spills over the top of the container or into the rim often presented by the container lid.

A container which eliminates the aforementioned contamination problem is already known by publication EP-A-0744355. The container described in this publication has a lid with a separable capsule and an interior base forming a tubular part deployable towards the outside of the cover when the separable capsule is separated from the cover. When the cover of this container is closed, the tubular part is inserted inside the container, below the inner base. The tubular part is therefore at least partially immersed in the liquid contained in the container or a significant part of the interior volume of the container cannot contain liquid. This container also has the disadvantage that during the container filling process, with the lids to be placed on containers like this cannot be stacked on machines crimping to common bottling. These machines cannot therefore be used for the production of beverage containers of this type.

The publication US-A-4407425 describes a cover for a container, comprising a tubular piece folded under the separable capsule and deployable outwards when the capsule is separated from the cover. The tubular part is housed in a housing provided under a central protrusion projecting from the top surface of the cover. The manufacture of such a cover with the protuberance in question requires several manipulations and welds which prohibit the use of existing press machines. The making of this cover is therefore expensive.

On the other hand, the protuberance prevents the containers provided with such a lid to be stackable and to be placed in automatic vending machines. Finally, the protuberance presents the danger of injuring the consumer in the hands and claw.

The subject of the invention is an improved container which overcomes the disadvantages supra.

A container according to the invention comprises an interior base arranged under the cover provided with a separable capsule, the interior base comprising a tubular piece which is folded under the separable capsule and is received in a housing formed in the interior base, the tubular part being arranged for ability to deploy upward through opening in lid when the separable capsule is separated from the cover.

The interior base can be easily inserted under the lid of a container when filling. The design of the interior base has the advantage of not modify the usual external dimensions of the containers, which can always be stored in vending machines currents and in refrigerators. It is also interesting to note that a container according to the invention can use a flat lid, simple and inexpensive to manufacture.

  • FIG. 1 est une vue en coupe d'un conteneur suivant l'invention, avec capsule d'obturation en place sur le couvercle;
  • FIG. 2 est une vue de dessus du conteneur montré à la FIG.1;
  • The characteristics and advantages of the invention will appear better on reading the description which follows, made with reference to the accompanying drawings. In these drawings:
  • FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a container according to the invention, with closure cap in place on the cover;
  • FIG. 2 is a top view of the container shown in FIG.1;
  • FIG. 3 shows the container of FIG. 1, with the closure cap detached from the cover
  • FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the container shown in FIG. 3.
In FIG. 1 is shown by way of example a bobbin having a body 10 with its side wall 11 and its bottom 12, and a cover 13 provided with a capsule separable shutter 14, which is better visible in FIG. 2. On the face outer of the capsule 14 is fixed, as is customary, a traction ring to separate the capsule from the cover 13. This ring is not shown in the drawings.

Under the cover 13 is disposed an interior base 15 fixed on its periphery to the side wall 11 and extending practically parallel to the capsule separable 14. The inner base 15 comprises a first part 15a of generally annular shape fixed on its periphery to the side wall 11 of the body 10 from the container. The inner base 15 also includes a second part 15b which extends practically parallel to the cover 13 and is fixed on its periphery at the inner edge of the annular part 15a. In the surface upper part of this second part is formed a housing 16 and in the bottom an orifice 17 is pierced from this housing, around the periphery of which is fixed a first end of a tubular part 18 having a second free end opened. When the closure cap 14 closes the container as shown FIG.1, the tubular part 18 is folded flat on itself and is housed in the housing 16 and is kept in the folded state by the separable capsule 14 of the cover.

All of the parts 15a and 15b and of the tubular part 18 are placed on the container when it is hermetically sealed by any usual process, after the container has been filled with its contents.

When the consumer detaches the capsule 14 which closes the container and protects the tubular part 18 folded below the capsule, the tubular part is released and deploys outward as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 of so as to form a pouring spout which can serve as a neck. When she is deployed, the tubular part establishes an open passage for the contents of the container and allows the consumer to drink the contents of the can simply by taking the free end of the tubular piece between his lips. While it separates the capsule 14 from the cover of the cover 13, the consumer can hold the folded tube with their finger until the capsule is completely separated from the cover. When she is folded under the capsule 14, the tubular part 18 is protected from any contamination or external pollution and it therefore remains of a quality and food cleanliness. It can therefore be taken in the mouth by the consumer with all recommended hygienic conditions. In addition, when deployed, the tubular part is free of drink and without it spreading all around the container lid because, when it is folded back into its housing 16, the tubular part always remains at safe from the liquid in the container.

At the junction of the tubular part 18 and the flat part 15b of the interior base is advantageously provided a small boss 19 as illustrated in FIG. 4. This bump extends over at least part of the length of the joint, tapped towards the center of the interior base 15, and serves to increase the sealing of the part tubular in the folded position.

It is understood that the embodiment illustrated in the drawings and described above is an exemplary embodiment used to illustrate the invention. This applies various types of containers such as boxes, cans, "tetrabrik" containers, bottles for liquids and various products (pharmaceutical, chemical, etc.). On the other hand, various modifications and variations can be made to invention by a person skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the appended claims.
