Abstract

Eine Axialkolbenmaschine (1) weist eine Zylindertrommel (3) auf, in welcher Zylinderbohrungen (4) zur Aufnahme von Kolben (5) vorgesehen sind. Die Zylinderbohrungen (4) stehen über Zylinderöffnungen (15) mit einer Steuerscheibe (8) in Verbindung. In der Steuerscheibe (8) sind eine Niederdrucköffnung (19), eine Hochdrucköffnung (18) und eine Mitteldrucköffnung (23) vorgesehen. Die Mitteldrucköffnung (23) ist in Drehrichtung (38) der Zylindertrommel (3) in bezug auf die Steuerscheibe (8) zwischen einer ersten Totpunktlage (21), an welcher sich die axiale Bewegungsrichtung der Kolben (5) umkehrt, und der Hochdrucköffnung (18) angeordnet. Ferner ist eine Regeleinrichtung (24, 32) vorgesehen, die den Druck an der Mitteldrucköffnung (23) auf einen vorgegebenen Mitteldruck (MD) zwischen dem an der Niederdrucköffnung (19) herrschenden Niederdruck (ND) und dem an der Hochdrucköffnung (18) herrschenden Hochdruck (HD) einregelt.

An axial piston machine (1) has a cylinder drum (3) in which cylinder bores (4) are provided for receiving pistons (5). The cylinder bores (4) are connected to a control disc (8) via cylinder openings (15). A low pressure opening (19), a high pressure opening (18) and a medium pressure opening (23) are provided in the control disc (8). The medium pressure opening (23) is in the direction of rotation (38) of the cylinder drum (3) with respect to the control disc (8) between a first dead center position (21), at which the axial direction of movement of the pistons (5) is reversed, and the high pressure opening (18 ) arranged. Furthermore, a control device (24, 32) is provided which regulates the pressure at the medium pressure opening (23) to a predetermined medium pressure (MD) between the low pressure (LP) prevailing at the low pressure opening (19) and the high pressure prevailing at the high pressure opening (18) (HD) settles.
