Description
- la figure 1 est une vue en coupe partielle représentant un porte-pêne en position de coulissement le long de la plaque extérieure d'un boítier de ferrure selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, le porte-pêne étant représenté dans sa position verrouillée ;
- la figure 2 est une vue semblable à la figure 1, le porte-pêne étant représenté dans sa position verrouillée ;
- la figure 3 est une vue agrandie d'un détail de la figure 1, représentant un mode de réalisation du bouchon selon la présente invention ;
- la figure 4 est une vue partielle de dessous de la ferrure de la figure 3 ;
- la figure 5 est une vue partielle semblable à la figure 4 représentant un autre mode de réalisation du bouchon de la présente invention ;
- la figure 6 est une vue de côté du bouchon de la figure 5 ;
- les figures 7 à 10 sont des vues d'un détail de la figure 1 représentant le fonctionnement du bouchon de la ferrure selon la présente invention.
Claims (10)
- Ferrure (1) pour ouvrant coulissant pour porte, fenêtre ou analogue, comportant un boítier allongé (2) adapté à être inséré dans une lumière allongée ménagée dans la paroi intérieure de l'ouvrant, une plaque extérieure (3) faisant partie intégrante du boítier (2) et adaptée à recouvrir la lumière allongée, et un porte-pêne (4) adapté à coulisser dans la direction longitudinale (5) et à l'intérieur du boítier (2), le porte-pêne (4) comportant au moins un trou taraudé (6) d'axe (7) perpendiculaire à la plaque extérieure (3) et adapté à recevoir une vis (8) pour le blocage d'un pêne (31) sur le porte-pêne (4) , caractérisée en ce que la plaque extérieure (3) comporte un orifice (9) d'accès à la vis (8) et au trou taraudé (6), situé dans l'axe (7) du trou taraudé (6) lorsque le porte-pêne (4) est dans sa position verrouillée, et en ce que la ferrure (1) comporte un bouchon (10, 27) adapté à obturer ledit orifice (9), des moyens permettant de faire disparaítre le bouchon (10, 27) à l'intérieur du boítier (2) pour permettre un accès à la vis (8), et des moyens pour ramener le bouchon (10, 27) dans sa position normale dans laquelle il obture l'orifice (9).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le porte-pêne (4) comporte sur sa face (11) adjacente à la plaque extérieure (3) un évidement (12) s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale (5) du boítier (2) en face de l'orifice (9) et adapté à recevoir le bouchon (10, 27) dans la position déverrouillée comme dans la position verrouillée du porte-pêne (4).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le bouchon (10, 27) comporte sur sa face (13) tournée vers le fond (14) de l'évidement (12) des moyens formant ressort (16, 22, 28) adaptés à prendre appui sur ledit fond (14) pour solliciter en permanence le bouchon (10, 27) dans le sens (15) vers sa position normale dans laquelle il obture l'orifice (9).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les moyens formant ressort (16, 22, 28) sont adaptés à être comprimés par une pression (17) exercée depuis l'extérieur sur le bouchon (10, 27) dans le sens (18) vers l'intérieur du boítier (2), sur une distance suffisante pour faire entrer le bouchon (10, 27) complètement à l'intérieur de l'évidement (12), entre le fond (14) de l'évidement (12) et la face interne (19) de la plaque extérieure (3).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le porte-pêne (4) comporte sur le fond (14) de l'évidement (12) deux éléments (20, 21) en saillie vers la plaque extérieure (3) et situés de manière telle que, dans la position déverrouillée du porte-pêne (4), ces deux éléments (20, 21) en saillie sont placés dans la direction longitudinale (15) du porte-pêne (4) de part et d'autre dubouchon (10, 27).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que les moyens formant ressort (16, 22, 28) et les éléments (20, 21) en saillie sont agencés de manière telle que, dans la position normale du bouchon (10, 27) en place dans l'orifice (9), les moyens formant ressort (16, 22, 28) ne gênent pas le passage de l'un au moins des éléments en saillie (20, 21) lors du coulissement du porte-pêne (4), tandis que dans la position comprimée des moyens formant ressort (16, 22, 28) les éléments en saillie (20, 21) sont adaptés à venir en prise avec le bouchon(10, 27) pour déplacer ledit bouchon (10, 27) dans un sens ou dans l'autre lors du coulissement du porte-pêne (4).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les éléments en saillie (20, 21) s'étendent dans le sens (15) vers la plaque extérieure (3) sur une hauteur au plus égale à la hauteur selon laquelle peuvent être écrasés lesdits éléments formant ressort (16, 22, 28).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que les moyens formant ressort (22, 28) sont des pattes écartées l'une de l'autre dans la direction transversale (23) du boítier (2).
- Ferrure selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisée en ce que le bouchon (10, 27) comporte des moyens (22, 28) pour prendre appui sur les parois longitudinales latérales (25, 26) du boítier (2) pour maintenir les moyens formant ressort (16, 22, 28) dans une position ne gênant pas le passage des éléments (20, 21) en saillie.
- Ferrure selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que les pattes (22, 28) sont adaptées à prendre sensiblement appui sur les parois longitudinales latérales (25, 26) du boítier (2) dans la position comprimée du bouchon (10, 27).
