Abstract
Bei einer Druckzerstäuberdüse, umfassend einen Düsenkörper (30), in welchem eine Turbulenz- und/oder Drallkammer (39) ausgebildet ist, welche über eine Düsenbohrung (33) mit einem Aussenraum in Verbindung steht und mindestens einen ersten Zufuhrkanal (41, 41a) für die zu zerstäubende Flüssigkeit (37, 12) aufweist, durch welchen besagte Flüssigkeit (37) unter Druck zuführbar ist, mündet in die Kammer (39) mindestens ein weiterer Zufuhrkanal (38) für einen Teil der zu zerstäubende Flüssigkeit (37) oder eine zweite zu zerstäubende Flüssigkeit (37'), durch welchen besagter Teil der Flüssigkeit (37) bzw. die zweite Flüssigkeit (37') unter Druck und mit Drall zuführbar ist. Die zweistufige Druckzerstäuberdüse ermöglicht beispielsweise eine einfache Anpassung des Brennstoffspraykegelwinkels () an die jeweiligen Betriebsbedingungen eines Gasturbinenbrenners.
