Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Tubenverschluß nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a tube closure according to the preamble of claim 1.
Es sind aus Kunststoff bestehende Tubenverschlüsse bekannt, die ein zylindrisches Wandungsteil aufweisen, welches bündig mit der Außenkontur der Schulter der Tube fluchtet. Zu diesem zylindrischen Wandungsteil ist einstückig ein dazu rechtwinklig verlaufendes ringförmiges Wandungsteil, das seinerseits einstückig ist zu einem zylindrischen Befestigungsteil, welches etwa parallel zum zylindrischen Wandungsteil verläuft und das mit dem Hals oder der Schulter der Tube verrastet ist. Im Übergangsbereich zwischen dem zylindrischen und dem ringförmigen Wandungsteil ist über ein Filmscharnier der Verschlußdeckel angelenkt, der lösbar mit dem Rand des ringförmigen Wandungsteil verrastbar ist.Tube closures made of plastic are known which have a cylindrical wall part which is flush with the outer contour of the shoulder of the tube. Dieser Tubenverschluß weist eine Reihe von Nachteilen auf. Dies führt zu einem entsprechenden Materialbedarf und damit zu einem unnötig hohen Gewicht des Verschlusses. Mit dem bekannten Verschluß ist auch keine integrale Originalitätssicherung möglich, vielmehr müssen zwischen dem Verschlußdeckel und dem zylindrischen Wandungsteil zusätzliche Teile vorgesehen werden, die zerstört werden, bevor der Verschlußdeckel geöffnet werden kann. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist darin zu sehen, daß der Tubenverschluß gegenüber der Tube gedreht werden kann, so daß die Lage des Deckels in Bezug auf die Tube nicht an Hand des Druckbilds auf der Tube feststellbar ist. Je nach Stellung des Verschlusses relativ zur Tube ist oftmals eine Einhandbedienung nicht möglich.This tube closure has a number of disadvantages. Zwei Ausführungsbeispiele werden nachfolgend an Hand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Der Verschlußdeckel 6 ist über ein Filmscharnier 9 mit einem Befestigungsteil 10 verbunden. Das Befestigungsteil 10 ist ringabschnittförmig ausgebildet und weist eine Außenkontur auf, die bündig verläuft mit der Außenkontur 11 der Schulter 2. Die Innenkontur des Befestigungsteils 10 liegt gegen den unteren Bereich des Halses 3 an und entspricht dessen Außenkontur 12. Das Befestigungsteil 10 ist mit zwei Bohrungen 13 versehen. Mit diesen Bohrungen 13 wird das Befestigungsteil 10 auf die Zapfen 4 aufgesteckt, wobei eine Presspaßverbindung zwischen den Zapfen 4 und den Bohrungen 13 entsteht. An der dem Filmscharnier 9 gegenüberliegenden Seite weist der Verschlußdeckel eine Nase 14 auf, die sein Öffnen erleichtert.The
Das Filmscharnier 9 besteht aus einem Mittelteil 15 und zwei sich daran anschließenden zwickelförmigen Seitenteilen 16. Die Wände der Seitenteile 16 verlaufen dachbogenförmig zueinander, womit es ermöglicht wird, daß der Verschlußdeckel 6 von der in Figur 1 gezeigten Lage in seine Verschlußlage um 180° verschwenkt werden kann. Die dachbogenartige Ausbildung hat außerdem den Vorteil, daß der Deckel in die in Figur 1 gezeigte Lage aufspringt, sobald der Zapfen 7 sich nicht mehr in der Öffnung 8 befindet.The
Bei der Ausführungsform nach den Figuren 4 und 5 ist zusätzlich ein Sicherungsring 17 vorgesehen, der über zwei Sollbruchstellen 18 mit dem Befestigungsteil 10 verbunden ist. Der Sicherungsring 18 erstreckt sich maximal bis zum Filmscharnier 9. Der Sicherungsring 17 weist einen Innendurchmesser auf, der geringfügig größer ist als der Außendurchmesser des Deckels 6. Gegenüber dem Filmscharnier 9 weist der Deckel 6 außenseitig einen Vorsprung 19 an seinem Rand auf. Am Sicherungsring ist an seinem unteren Rand dem Filmscharnier gegenüberliegend ein zum Vorsprung 19 kongruenter Hinterschnitt 20 vorgesehen. Wird der Deckel in seine Schließstellung gebracht, dann verrastet der Vorsprung 19 mit dem Hinterschnitt 20. Das Öffnen des Deckels 6 ist nur dann möglich, wenn die Sollbruchstellen 18 zerstört werden und somit der Sicherungsring 17 abgenommen ist.
