Definitions
- the invention relates to a transportable packaging assembly and possibly refillable for product, liquid to pasty, in particular for mascara, comprising an applicator and a reservoir provided with at least one wringer.
- the applicator comprises a handle supporting at least a tuft of hairs, these hairs being of particular shape and length and suitable to load mascara onto keratin fibers, and in particular eyelashes.
- mascara generally comprising a rigid tubular body open at one end, containing the makeup product, and an applicator capable of being housed in this body and provided with a rod ending in a brush.
- a wringer housed in the body wrings out the brush and / or rod when removing the body applicator.
- the wringer When the makeup product is fluid, the wringer has a portion tightened to scrape the brush rod. This avoids leave on the stem of the product likely, when using the brush, to come flow onto the cap of the applicator and therefore soil the thread of the latter, intended for fixing the plug to the body. This tight part contributes to increase the intensity of the suction noise emitted.
- mascara from the stem scraping accumulates on the periphery of the constricted part of the wringer and forms a heap which is projected, by effect Venturi, on the tip of the brush when the air suddenly enters the body rigid. This projection of mascara at the end of the brush constitutes of course discomfort to the user and loss of product.
- these mascara application and conditioning devices have the disadvantage of being large and their contents often dry before to be fully used. It is therefore difficult for the same user to have several mascara products, for example different colors.
- the known rechargeable devices are also large in size and the product dries before being fully used, losing its properties makeup artists.
- the document US-A-5 137 387 describes a packaging assembly, in particular for a mascara, comprising an applicator, connected to a gripping, via a rod of non-circular section.
- the wringer is section corresponding to the section of the rod.
- Document FR-A-1 092 052 describes a device for packaging liquid, cosmetic and similar products, comprising two reservoirs superimposed, the upper container forming a sealing means for the lower tank. Such a device in no way solves the problem mentioned above, relating to the drying of the product before complete use.
- the present invention aims to meet these needs.
- the object of the invention is therefore a new packaging unit transportable for product, liquid to pasty, according to claim 1.
- the product intended to be transported by the packaging unit according to the invention can be any liquid to pasty product, such as fluids comprising pigments and / or fillers, and in particular hair dye or mascara.
- the hairy part comprises at least one tuft of hairs implanted parallel to the plane of the applicator handle, the width of the free end of the tuft of hairs, measured in a first direction parallel to this plane, being at least equal to a quarter of an arc of eyelashes, the hairs being able to load mascara onto keratin fibers along an axis, longitudinal preference, of the latter.
- the keratin fibers can be in particular the eyelashes, the eyebrows, the hair, hairs.
- the assembly includes means for creating a depression inside the first reservoir when removing the applicator from the first tank, in order to load the mascara hairs.
- it can have a wringer which can be fixed in the first tank and which is adapted to the shape of the hairy part so as to scrape the hairs parallel to their longitudinal axis, thus avoiding shearing.
- This particular configuration also helps to avoid suction noise when removing the applicator.
- the first tank may also include a flexible pocket containing the mascara. In this particular case, the wiper can be attached to the head of this flexible pocket.
- This packaging unit is extra-flat and thus has the advantage of not to take up space, to be easily transportable and to be rechargeable. In fact, when the contents of the flexible bag have been fully used, it suffices replace it with another similar pocket, thermocell for example.
- the handle can advantageously constitute a mascara tank secondary. We can thus remove the first mascara tank and replace it with the secondary tank and vice versa.
- this applicator is washable.
- all of packaging according to the invention referenced 1 as a whole comprises essentially an applicator 3 and a first reservoir 5 for mascara 6.
- This together is extra-flat. So the width of the packaging unit, measured along a straight line perpendicular to the plane of the handle, is preferably between 4 mm and 12 mm.
- the applicator 3 is provided with a flat handle 7 and an extra-flat hairy part 9 directly attached to this handle, parallel to the plane of the latter.
- the hairy part 9 consists of several tufts 12 of bristles aligned, the hairs 11 being lengths, shapes, diameters, sections and natures different, depending on the load, low or high, that one wishes to bring to keratin fibers.
- the hairy part 9 plunges into the mascara.
- Part of the handle 7 can dive into the first tank 5.
- the hairy part 9 has an effective overall length to ensure optimal loading keratin fibers, and in particular the eyelashes. This length is substantially equal to that of the first tank 5. In particular, this length goes from 4 to 60 mm, preferably from 5 to 40 mm.
- the handle 7 is mounted on a cover 15 which acts as a cover and which is able to be slammed (groove 2-bead 4) on the first reservoir 5.
- This first tank 5 has a neck 17, the internal wall 29 of which is provided with a wringer 19, one end of which 22, located opposite the cover 15, is fixed to this neck 17. In another embodiment of the invention, this end 22 can bear on the neck 17 of the first reservoir 5.
- the handle 7 comprises, at level of the end 22 of the wiper, a sealing system. This one may be a seal 21, as shown in this figure, or a washer resting on a collar.
- the wiper 19 comprises, opposite its fixed end 22, a free end 24 in which an opening 8 is formed for the passage of the hairy part.
- This opening is oblong or elliptical flattened, and its largest dimension is perpendicular to the hairy part, so as to smooth the hairs along their axis when removing the applicator.
- the wringer is able to wring out the hairy part along the hair axis. It may include, at its end 24, another sealing system which can be used alone or together with the sealing system 21 of the handle.
- the wringer can be in rigid or semi-rigid material, preferably chosen from elastomers or thermoplastic materials.
- the packaging assembly is closed and the opening 8 of the wiper is located opposite the fixed end 26 of the hairy part. It is possible to position this opening 8 opposite the handle 7.
- the wringer must be shaped according to the shape of the handle to ensure, when removing the applicator, the wringing of the handle and the part hairy 9, always in the longitudinal direction of the hairs 11.
- the fixed end 26 of the hairy part is located in the vicinity of the opening 8 of the wringer.
- This packaging set can have a total length of 3 to 6 times lower than that of conventional packaging units.
- the total length of the packaging unit according to the invention ranges from 1 to 10 cm, and preferably from 1 to 5 cm.
- the mascara can be contained in a flexible pocket 20, shown in Figure 2, and having an opening 25.
- the opening 25 has a section equal to the internal section of the neck 17 of the reservoir, the edge of this opening 25 being taken between the internal wall 29 of the neck 17 and the end 22 of the wiper 19.
- the end 24 of the wiper 19 is located inside the flexible pocket 20.
- the dotted lines represent the position of the flexible bag 20 when the applicator has started to be withdrawn.
- the walls 10 from the flexible bag as a result of a depression, are then sucked up and stick along the hairy part 9: this is therefore loaded with mascara, the latter being spread over the hairy part 9 by the walls 10 of the internal flexible bag 20.
- the packaging assembly of FIG. 3 differs from that of FIG. 1 by its handle 7, which is flexible and which includes a secondary reservoir 35 to mascara, playing the role of refill, and a cover 31.
- the handle 7 is here in two parts articulated around a hinge 33. Such a flexible handle gives more softness and suppleness to makeup.
- the first reservoir 5, containing the hairy part 9, and the secondary reservoir 35, are arranged symmetrically with respect to the hinge 33. Thanks to the possibility of washing the assembly and more particularly of the hairy part 9, it is possible use two different mascara in the two tanks 5 and 35. For example, we can use blue mascara and black mascara.
- the secondary mascara reservoir 35 can contain from 0.5 to 10 cm 3 of product each, preferably from 1 to 5 cm 3 .
- This capacity can constitute half or a third of the conventional capacity of known mascara. This small size avoids drying of the product which can be used entirely before drying and thus retains an ideal texture throughout its use.
- FIG 4 is shown the secondary tank 35 in perspective. It is identical to the first tank 5 and can replace it when the latter is empty. To prevent the flow of mascara and ensure proper storage of the latter, a tearable cover 28 is provided. A cap slammed on the tank 35 can also be used in place of this cover.
- the packaging assembly shown in Figure 5 differs from that of Figure 1 by its closure system which is here an arch 13.
- the applicator and the first tank are held together thanks to this hoop, one of which ends 14 is secured to the first reservoir.
- the end 14 of the arch 13 can be secured to the cover 15.
- Figures 6a and 6b show a variant of the packaging assembly 1 of FIG. 1, the handle 7 of which comprises a part 16, articulated around a hinge 18, and capable of ensuring lateral gripping of the applicator. In open position, as shown in FIG. 6b, this part 16 constitutes thus a lateral gripping member of the applicator.
- Figure 6a shows the applicator when part 16 is closed.
- FIG. 7 represents an assembly according to the invention for which the handle is articulated around a hinge 37, this handle comprising a catch 38 for lock the handle in an inclined position.
- the packaging assembly according to the invention has the advantages of being rechargeable and easy to transport. Thanks to such a set packaging, we avoid wasted product due to excessive tank capacity of known devices.
- Such a mascara packaging set is very simple to produce: it can be made of any material usually used for the manufacture of cosmetic accessories.
- the assembly of packaging object of the invention can be achieved only in materials organic, and in particular only plastics, and therefore be fully recyclable.

Description
The invention relates to a transportable packaging assembly and possibly refillable for product, liquid to pasty, in particular for mascara, comprising an applicator and a reservoir provided with at least one wringer.
More specifically, the applicator comprises a handle supporting at least a tuft of hairs, these hairs being of particular shape and length and suitable to load mascara onto keratin fibers, and in particular eyelashes.
Numerous application and conditioning devices have been proposed. mascara generally comprising a rigid tubular body open at one end, containing the makeup product, and an applicator capable of being housed in this body and provided with a rod ending in a brush. A wringer housed in the body wrings out the brush and / or rod when removing the body applicator.
However, one of the drawbacks encountered when using the devices known application and packaging is that the applicator behaves like a piston during its movement in the rigid body, thus causing the emission of an unpleasant suction noise, by sudden return from inside the body at atmospheric pressure.
When the makeup product is fluid, the wringer has a portion tightened to scrape the brush rod. This avoids leave on the stem of the product likely, when using the brush, to come flow onto the cap of the applicator and therefore soil the thread of the latter, intended for fixing the plug to the body. This tight part contributes to increase the intensity of the suction noise emitted. In addition, when the applicator is removed, mascara from the stem scraping accumulates on the periphery of the constricted part of the wringer and forms a heap which is projected, by effect Venturi, on the tip of the brush when the air suddenly enters the body rigid. This projection of mascara at the end of the brush constitutes of course discomfort to the user and loss of product.
Another drawback presented by the application and known conditioning is the shear of the mascara formula when spinning the brush as described above. Indeed, on such devices, wringing, by doing perpendicular to the bristles of the brush, breaks the mascara formula: the latter is subject to a variation of viscosity, it can form lumps causing poor eyelash smoothing. This is particularly the case for mascara with a high pigment load. The existence of this phenomenon requires the use of insensitive compositions shear and limits the number of mascara compositions that can be used.
Finally, these mascara application and conditioning devices have the disadvantage of being large and their contents often dry before to be fully used. It is therefore difficult for the same user to have several mascara products, for example different colors. In addition, the known rechargeable devices are also large in size and the product dries before being fully used, losing its properties makeup artists.
The document US-A-5 137 387 describes a packaging assembly, in particular for a mascara, comprising an applicator, connected to a gripping, via a rod of non-circular section. The wringer is section corresponding to the section of the rod. Such a device does nothing to resolve the problem mentioned above, relating to the drying of the product before use complete.
Document FR-A-1 092 052 describes a device for packaging liquid, cosmetic and similar products, comprising two reservoirs superimposed, the upper container forming a sealing means for the lower tank. Such a device in no way solves the problem mentioned above, relating to the drying of the product before complete use.
So there remains the need for a mascara packaging set transportable and rechargeable, for which all the product could be used to the end without fear of drying, the product thus retaining all of its makeup properties.
The present invention aims to meet these needs.
conforme à la revendication 1.The object of the invention is therefore a new packaging unit
transportable for product, liquid to pasty,
according to
The product intended to be transported by the packaging unit according to the invention can be any liquid to pasty product, such as fluids comprising pigments and / or fillers, and in particular hair dye or mascara.
Advantageously, the hairy part comprises at least one tuft of hairs implanted parallel to the plane of the applicator handle, the width of the free end of the tuft of hairs, measured in a first direction parallel to this plane, being at least equal to a quarter of an arc of eyelashes, the hairs being able to load mascara onto keratin fibers along an axis, longitudinal preference, of the latter.
The keratin fibers can be in particular the eyelashes, the eyebrows, the hair, hairs.
Advantageously, the assembly includes means for creating a depression inside the first reservoir when removing the applicator from the first tank, in order to load the mascara hairs. In particular, it can have a wringer which can be fixed in the first tank and which is adapted to the shape of the hairy part so as to scrape the hairs parallel to their longitudinal axis, thus avoiding shearing. This particular configuration also helps to avoid suction noise when removing the applicator. The first tank may also include a flexible pocket containing the mascara. In this particular case, the wiper can be attached to the head of this flexible pocket.
This ensures a better load of the hairs in mascara: in fact, the removal of the applicator causes a depression inside the flexible bag which the walls of this pocket on the bristles of the applicator and therefore loads these in mascara.
This packaging unit is extra-flat and thus has the advantage of not to take up space, to be easily transportable and to be rechargeable. In fact, when the contents of the flexible bag have been fully used, it suffices replace it with another similar pocket, thermocell for example. Of more, the handle can advantageously constitute a mascara tank secondary. We can thus remove the first mascara tank and replace it with the secondary tank and vice versa.
En outre, cet applicateur est lavable. In addition, this applicator is washable.

mm, de préférence de 5 à 40 mm.According to the embodiment illustrated in Figure 1, all of
packaging according to the invention referenced 1 as a whole comprises
essentially an
The
l'essoreur. In the embodiment of this FIG. 1, the packaging assembly is
closed and the
De façon avantageuse, la longueur totale de l'ensemble de conditionnement selon l'invention va de 1 à 10 cm, et de préférence, de 1 à 5 cm.This packaging set can have a total length of 3 to 6 times lower than that of conventional packaging units. In a way advantageous, the total length of the packaging unit according to the invention ranges from 1 to 10 cm, and preferably from 1 to 5 cm.
Concretely, when the user removes the
étalé sur la partie poilue 9 par les parois 10 de la poche souple interne 20.According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the mascara can be
contained in a
The packaging assembly of FIG. 3 differs from that of FIG. 1
by its
The
The
In Figure 4 is shown the
solidaire du capot 15.The packaging assembly shown in Figure 5 differs from that
of Figure 1 by its closure system which is here an arch 13. The applicator
and the first tank are held together thanks to this hoop, one of which
ends 14 is secured to the first reservoir. In another form of
embodiment of the invention not shown, the
Figures 6a and 6b show a variant of the
bloquer le manche dans une position inclinée.FIG. 7 represents an assembly according to the invention for which the handle is
articulated around a
The packaging assembly according to the invention has the advantages of being rechargeable and easy to transport. Thanks to such a set packaging, we avoid wasted product due to excessive tank capacity of known devices.
Such a mascara packaging set is very simple to produce: it can be made of any material usually used for the manufacture of cosmetic accessories.
Since the applicator does not have a metallic central core, the assembly of packaging object of the invention can be achieved only in materials organic, and in particular only plastics, and therefore be fully recyclable.
