Abstract

The roller blind has a wt. strip at the lower end of the blind sheet and a drive. Coupling components with a winding shaft located in a cassette, complementary coupling components with a drive component and complementary coupling components are arranged on a statically fixable pin. The coupling components of the drive component and of the winding shaft, with a rotary movement of the drive component in the winding up direction of the blind sheet, come into counterpoised engagement with engagement and coupling components of the winding shaft and of the pin. On the winding shaft are provided coupling components comprising two concentrically interengaged casings (16, 18) rotatively movable against one another and loaded by a torsion spring (17) against the rotary direction of the drive component (6) when the blind sheet is wound up.

Description

The invention relates to a cassette roller blind according to the preamble of claim 1.

Such a cassette roller blind is known from DE 42 39 507-A1. This document describes alternately with a toothing in axial grooves on the outer circumference of a fixedly anchored pin and in axial grooves on the inner circumference of a tubular, with the drive member can be coupled in the direction of rotation attached friction disks that can be pressed against each other by axial forces with axial displacement. For this purpose, one of two end disks axially displaceable on the journal is loaded in the direction of rotation within a predetermined angle of rotation by a torque spring and the other end disk is only axially displaceable, but coupled non-rotatably to the drive member. Due to the relatively weak torque spring, relatively large coupling or Braking forces initiated, so that such a drive is particularly smooth and especially suitable for large curtain weights. With such and comparable cassette roller blinds, the problem arises that the weighting profile arranged at the lower edge of the curtain can be pulled against the cassette profile of the cassette that accommodates the winding shaft and the roller blind wound thereon when the curtain is pulled up, but a short distance after releasing the driving forces falls back, so that a narrow strip of curtain between the weighting profile and the cassette profile is visible again. This is often undesirable because it affects the appearance of the raised roller blind.

It is therefore an object of the invention to design the drive means of the roller blind in such a way that the weighting profile no longer sags after the roller blind is pulled up.

The invention solves this problem by training features according to the characterizing part of patent claim 1.

This configuration ensures that at the end of the winding movement of the curtain, when the weighting profile has already come into contact with the cassette profile, the drive member can still be rotated by the predetermined angle against the spring action. When the manual or motorized drive force is released, the weighting profile is held against the cassette profile by the spring force, so that the elements of the now effective brake clutch are movable within the pretensioned angle of rotation for mutual engagement. The spring counteracts the curtain weight and can be made relatively weak, so that the curtain weight pulls the coupling elements attached to the winding shaft into the one stop position. Only towards the end of the winding movement the curtain, the spring is effective so that it pulls the coupling elements into the other stop position of the predetermined angle of rotation, so that the coupling elements can still be rotated relative to each other within the predetermined angle when the weighting profile is already applied to the cassette profile.

The exemplary embodiment shows a cassette roller blind, in which a curtain 1, on the lower edge of which a weighting profile 2 is fastened, within a cassette profile 3 to a winding shaft 4 mounted therein can be wound up. For this purpose, drive links are usually arranged on one side at one end within the winding shaft 4 and are actuated by a drive chain 5 or motor drive means which is led out of the cassette profile 3 to the side next to the curtain 1. Cassette roller blinds according to the invention differ from spring roller blinds in that the curtain 1 is wound onto the winding shaft 4 by driving forces and not by a torsion spring tensioned when the curtain is pulled down. On the one hand, coupling members are provided between the drive member 6, which can be rotated by the drive chain 5, and the winding shaft 4, which enable a rotationally fixed connection between the drive member 6 and the winding shaft 4 for pulling up the curtain 1. On the other hand, brake members are provided between the winding shaft 4 and a fixedly anchored pin 7, by means of which the winding shaft 4 is fixed as soon as no driving forces in the winding direction are effective on the drive member 6. In the embodiment, the drive member 6 is mounted concentrically within a tubular housing 8 by stops limited in rotation. The angle of rotation is limited by stops 9 on the inner casing of the tubular winding shaft 4 and by stops 10 on the outer casing of the housing 8. Brake disks 11 and 12 are axially displaceably arranged on the journal 7, which are alternately connected non-rotatably to the journal 7 and rotatably connected to the tubular housing 8 are. The package of brake disks 11 and 12 is supported at one end against a fixed abutment 13 on pin 7. The end plate 14 at the opposite end has an axial curve which interacts with an axial curve on an intermediate member 15 such that the package of the brake disks 11 and 12 is released when the drive member 6 rotates in the winding direction of the curtain 1 and at the start of a rotational movement in the opposite direction is pressed together by the axial curves. A coupling element 16, which is connected to the housing 8 in a rotationally fixed manner, is movably connected at an angle of rotation against a torsion spring 17 to a sleeve 18 which is axially displaceably but non-rotatably connected to the winding shaft 4. Pin-like radial projections of the sleeve 18 engage in profile grooves of the stops 9 on the inner circumference of the tubular winding shaft 4. One end of the torsion spring 17 is fixed to the coupling element 15 and the other end of the torsion spring 17 to the sleeve 18. The torsion spring 17 is tensioned when the drive member 6 rotates in the winding direction of the curtain 1. The curtain weight overcomes the maximum spring tension, so that the tubular housing 8 and the tubular winding shaft 4 reach a stop position defined by the stops 9 and 10. At the upper end of the rolling movement of the curtain 1, the torsion spring 17 is effective in such a way that it rotates the winding shaft 4 prematurely, so that the drive member 6 can be rotated further when the weighting bar has already assumed the position shown in FIG. 2 and against it Cassette profile 3 is applied, whereby the further rotation of the winding shaft 4 is blocked. To avoid overextension of the torsion spring 17, the possibility of further rotation is limited by the stops 9 and 10 between the winding shaft 4 and the housing 8. So that the braking effect of the package from the brake disks 11 and 12 can take effect, a slight backward rotation of the drive member 6 is required. This now takes place within the spring tension, so that the weighting profile 2 cannot sag into the undesired position shown in FIG. The size of the angle delimited by the stops 9 and 10 should be greater than the angle of rotation required for the engagement of the braking elements, so that the weighting profile 2 is shown in FIG Position is held against the cassette profile 3 with low spring tension. In the exemplary embodiment, the coupling element 16, which is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the tubular housing 8, is designed as a sleeve, on which the sleeve 18 is arranged concentrically.

The application of the features of the invention is not limited to cassette roller blinds, but can always take place in roller blinds with an actuatable drive member when the rest position of the curtain is to be reached at a precisely predetermined point after a blind actuation, for example in order to avoid or to achieve slot overlaps, or in order to to enable special image designs with the roller blind.
