- the lining or is essentially maximum expanded packing on the inside of the outer container essentially wrinkle-free all over both Scope as well as on the end faces and possibly in Area of container openings or nozzles, so that a complete emptying of the container space without remaining any cavity is possible.
- this can be achieved if the outer container as a mold for the lining or the packing is formed.
- the respective can be used for shaping Outer, lining or filling container, if necessary under suitable elevated temperature, inside with a Fluid pressure applied and / or a vacuum on the outer circumference exposed and thereby shaped against a tool that forms only a negative form of the outer form. So it's one Production possible by extrusion or blowing process.
- the training courses according to the invention are also for so-called Squeeze bottles suitable, from which medium discharged is that the squeeze container is compressed manually and thereby the medium in it Discharge pressure is subjected.
- Such or other containers can be made up of two separate media Containers using the same manual discharge actuation pressure simultaneously, successively or carried out overlapping medium and separate outlet openings, a common outlet opening and / or with a constant orientation of the discharge device outside the respective discharge opening of an application site be fed.
- the inner container by increasing the pressure in the outer container over that in this contained fluid are subjected to an overpressure by which the medium contained in it is discharged.
- At Pressure relief becomes the compensation chamber of the inner container then refilled by a volume equal to that from it volume discharged plus the volume that corresponds discharged from the outer or media container is.
- a volume equal to that from it volume discharged plus the volume that corresponds discharged from the outer or media container is.
- one of the outlet opening of the expansion tank separate suction opening can be provided, e.g. with the Atmosphere.
- To control the named discharge or the refilling of the expansion tank can be a Appropriate valve control, if necessary with two-way or staggered opening and closing valves be which pressure and / or path dependent or mechanical work controlled.
- the respective container e.g. the expansion tank
- the respective container when emptying by random folding are so narrowed under wrinkling or the like of its walls, that opposite walls with their insides be applied to one another essentially without a gap or the Containers are even substantially to completely void-free and only takes up a volume that the simple or at most 4 to 5 times the material volume of it Corresponds to walls.
- the inner container on the outside expediently at least one or spaced apart projections, such as Folds, ribs or similar spacers that take place its or additionally on the inside of the outer container can be provided and by which even then Passage gap for the medium remain free when the inner container applied to the inside of the outer container Has.
- This can also avoid that the inner container the outer container into two tightly separated Container spaces divided. Because of the wrinkled or disordered Folding of the inner container can be found on the outside do not form inclusions or closed chambers, which is caused by constriction when emptying the container space and could form with media filling, so that also a complete emptying of the entire stored Medium is guaranteed.

- flow movements of the medium are the two Completely deformable areas, e.g. so that at Changes in position of the vessel 2, the specifically lighter second Area always has a tendency to the first Room area to rise to the top. In the upright position according to Fig. 1 therefore becomes the second area due to buoyancy in the direction stretched to the projecting zone 7, while in reverse Overhead in the direction of the bottom wall 5 rises.
- the second room area is occupied by a second medium in the essentially completely ingested, that of the first space area sealed in a receptacle 15 included, which is essentially complete here encapsulated within the container space 3 and how its Container wall 16 relative to this container space 3 or first area of the room over most of its extent essentially in the direction of one, two or three spatial axes is free to move.
- the one-piece and is approximately constant thick container wall 16 is essentially limp, but self-resetting too elastic and / or permanently deformable by tensile expansion without tear. It can be used without any damage to any Place folded equally and therefore the receptacle 15 also to be crumpled up so that by him enclosed recording space reduced to zero volume becomes.
- the receptacle can be filled with the second medium 15 up to its maximum volume size Unfolding can be converted into all intermediate sizes, wherein each adjoining in the longitudinal and / or transverse direction Sections of the receptacle 15 and the Container wall 16 substantially independently of one another in deformed in these directions and / or transverse to their surface or be moved and therefore to any distribution of the first medium in the container room 3 or in the first room area can adjust.
- the receptacle can 15 the container space 3 almost completely or Fill in at least 80 to 90%.
- the area of the container neck 17 is the receiving container 15 compared to the container room 3 with a bracket only one, close to the boundary of the room 3 lying area set while all other areas of the receptacle 15 up to the flat stop on the vessel walls 4 to 6 in relation to the container space 3 in each of the directions are freely movable.
- the passage forms a connection between the interior of the container and the outside atmosphere, so that in the receptacle 15 or the second room area from outside the container room 3 Air with lower flow resistance as required can be sucked in as it comes out again can be expelled.
- Air with lower flow resistance as required can be sucked in as it comes out again can be expelled.
- the discharge device 1 is useful with a pump provided with which the custom medium on the one hand Discharge zone 7 and on the other hand those in the recording room of the receptacle 15 contained amount of the specific easier second or balancing medium, e.g. during the resetting of the pump stroke Pump must be raised to the starting position by suction.
- the Pump is designed like a bellows or squeeze pump, namely by manually narrowing the vessel wall 4 and thus to actuate the outer circumference of the container space 3.
- the pump is e.g. thereby resiliently self-resetting, that the vessel 2 after compression and release due its inherent elasticity approximates its original form or returns to the initial size of the container space 3.
- the pump will stop operating released, so it sets itself to the starting position back, whereby in the container space 3 or in the first or second A vacuum is created in the area of the room and thereby the valve is opened.
- This is like a ventilation of the container space 3 in the receptacle 15 from the outside air such sucked in that the volume of the receptacle 15th by unfolding and / or expanding its container wall 16 approximately increased in volume by the previous one Discharge of the first medium 11 in the container space 3 free has become.
- the outlet valve closes e.g. depending on pressure and / or before or at the latest at Opening the control valve so that the outlet in the Container room 3 or the first room area no air from can be sucked in outside.
- the pump can also run through the Discharge device formed and e.g. as bellows and / or Piston pump to be formed, with the vessel wall can be dimensionally stable.
- the first can Medium 11 after each by changing the location of the Vessel 2 changing gravitational relationships in the Redistribute the vessel space 3 and the shape of the receptacle 15 adapts accordingly.
- the container wall 16 temporarily on the inside of the respective vessel wall Apply 4 to 6 flat or slightly adhesive and then detached and opened by the first medium Distance.
- the first medium is not preferred or less compressible than the second medium that comes with the Receptacle 15 usually one over most of his Circumferential flow around the displacement or core body in the container space 3 can form.
- the container wall 16 can, however also in the manner of a climbing piston along the Inside of the vessel wall 4 in the direction of the discharge zone 7 create so that the first room area the second room area does not surround in the manner of an envelope, but transversely to the central axis in relation to the second area through the intermediate end section of the container wall 16 is separated.
- the container space 3 can in when the discharge zone 7 is closed Head position or the like. Through a mounting opening 27 with the first medium are filled. Only then will the Receiving container 15 used unit and thereby the filling opening 27 is closed. The can in essential empty receptacle 15 first on the in Container space 3 located medium or in this be pushed in. Can also be filled via the discharge zone 7 become.
- the container space can be with the inside of it Vessel jacket a cylinder liner for a pump piston form with which in axially successive partial strokes individual discharge batches can be pressed out, e.g. about an outlet channel passing through a pump piston.
- the inside of one to all vessel walls 4 to 6 and of the neck 8 and thus the discharge zone or discharge opening 7 can be partially or completely with a thin coating or cover or lining, which partially or completely on the inside is attached unsecured or adhered and as by means of of the expansion tank 15 described an inner container forms the wall associated with the respective vessel wall from a very thin, flexible plastic film exists, but which is smoothed in substantially wrinkle-free Position reinforced by the associated vessel wall and so at least when the container space 3 is full, also under the fluid pressure is secured.
- the receptacle 15 or the inner container has walls 54 to 57, 63, namely the jacket wall 54 which is attached to this subsequent, washer-shaped or truncated cone-shaped bottom and top walls 55, 56, one directly on the wall 55 subsequent, approximately by the wall thickness of the vessel wall 4 narrowed section 57 of the casing wall 54 and one starting from the top wall 56 and narrowed Neck portion 63.
- To each other bordering walls go in one piece and in cross section in each case also a substantially full-surface Rounding 60 with constant wall thickness into each other. Of the Radius of curvature of the curves 60 is larger, for example 2 to 5 times greater than the wall thickness of the vessel walls.
- the inner container can e.g. from one into the vessel body 2 introduced or penetrating this in the openings 7, 27
- Foil tube blank by applying overpressure inside, evacuation of the area between the vessel walls and the lining walls and / or elevated temperature with permanent wall stretching and widening immediately to the inner sides or the end face mentioned of the neck 8 are formed so that the vessel body 2 Forming tool forms and the inner container an exact picture the associated surfaces of the vessel body 2 without any Represents spaces.
- the vessel body 2 can preformed or at the same time in the manner described still against a mold determining its external shape be molded, the elevated temperature promoting adhesion caused between the walls.
- the inner container can but also in a separate, reusable Mold partially or completely preformed, cooled or removed and then in the vessel body 2 via one of the Openings 7, 27 are used.
- the expansion tank 15 essentially has the shape and size of the inner container described so that it is essentially fully expanded without tension Condition so on that formed by the inner container outer boundary of the container space 3 may be present, such as described on the basis of the system of the inner container on the vessel body 2.
- Receiving container 15 initially outside of the vessel body 2 in its axis and as an extension to the bottom wall 5.
- the container 15 is on its jacket neck 17 with the Connected inside the vessel wall 5.
- the container 15 In this outside location is the container 15 which can be slipped through the interior of the neck 17 compared to its functional position so that the functional inside 61 of its walls including the Neck 17 on its outside and its functional outsides 62 are accordingly on the inside.
- the outside of the vessel body 2 are lying walls of the container 15 essentially completely sealed, so that its Interior only communicates with the container space 3 and at sterile or dust-free loading of the container space 3 its side 62, which comes into contact with the medium later can be kept very clean or sterile.
- the arrangement, design and connection of the walls of the Container 15 corresponds to that described with reference to the inner container Walls.
- the container 15 has on his associated end the hollow starting from its top wall Projection 63, which is also made in one piece from film the other walls is formed and in continuation of the Vessel wall 6 completely or up to the inside of the neck 8 to fill a discharge unit, which in the interior of the neck engages.
- This is essentially one complete emptying of the container 3 located Medium possible by such pressure, which is the medium increasing funding.
- the container 15 can according to the inner container described method and thus also in the outer location or be produced together with the inner container, whereby the same pressure builds up in both tanks because it enclose a common space, which except for the Pressure supply opening 7 is tightly closed.
- the two containers partially or completely in one piece with or from the same Material are made from the material of the vessel body 2 may differ partially or completely.
- the one in essential cylindrical jacket neck 17 closes in one piece and via annular joint zones directly to the radial inner boundaries of the bottom of the container 15 and the Bottom wall 55, the length of the neck 17 often, e.g. 5 to 10 times smaller than its width.
- the rest Transitional curves between the walls of the container 15 also form ring-shaped joint zones that turn inside out allow.
- the partially or fully molded container 15 is removed from the container 2 after this manufacture In the end turned inside out and thereby in essentially completely transferred into the container space 3.
- the container 15 can also first in the outer layer a volume can be folded, which is only about the material volume of its walls or at most 2 to 3 times of which corresponds and then only through the opening 27 to the To be transferred inside the vessel wall.
- a volume can be folded, which is only about the material volume of its walls or at most 2 to 3 times of which corresponds and then only through the opening 27 to the To be transferred inside the vessel wall.
- both Cases is the folding or transfer by evacuation of the Container space 3 or the interior of the outside Container 15 from the opening 7 possible. Will the container 15 stretched in the transfer into the container space 3 or inverted, he can then by evacuation from the Outside of the vessel wall 5 ago, namely by the turned Neck 17 folded tightly against the bottom 5 become.
- the opening 27 with a cap-shaped cover 65th be closed, the end wall of which is on the outside of the Vessel wall 5 and its jacket wall on the outside of the Narrowing 57 of the vessel wall 4 rests so that its outer circumference aligned with that of the vessel wall 4 and in this passes almost continuously.
- the lid 65 can Wear control valve to fill the expansion tank 15 and form the base 37 for the discharge device 1.
- the expansion tank 15 is in one piece with one to all vessel walls 4 to 6, 8, 52 or whose the inside of the container space 3 and / or the Formed outside of the vessel body 2 areas.
- the neck 17 goes here in one piece into the vessel wall 5 at their radially inner boundary, the one in Cross section approximately axially angled and exclusively after forms externally projecting, annularly closed extension 66, which is rounded approximately in a partial or quarter circle can be and approximately in the area of this transition 67 steady or gradation-free from the wall thickness of the Wall 5 in the much smaller wall thickness of the container 15 or the neck 17 decreases.
- the latter The smallest wall thickness can be 1 to 3 times larger the thickness of the wall 5 corresponding distance from the outside of this wall 5 or even between the levels the two sides of the wall 5 can be reached.
- About in the middle between its ends forms the neck 17 Inverted articulation zone, around which it is folded in two layers can be, so that its two layers of partially different Thick at the end of the shoulder 66 an annular fold Form edge 68.
- This and approach 66 will be then completely covered by the cover 65 to the outside.
- the cover 65 has the inlet opening Filling of the expansion tank 15 in the jacket and / or in its end wall on, forming from the bottom wall 5 of an annular cavity can have a distance.
- the continuous one-piece unit according to Fig. 1 can e.g. from a blank 64 or one-piece preform according to FIG. 2 are produced, the elongated cup or sleeve-shaped here is designed as a molded plastic part.
- Blank 64 already has the preformed or finished shape Opening 7 'delimiting neck flange 52' or neck 8 'and these are then zones 6 ', 4', 5 'for the vessel walls 6, 4, 5 on.
- These wall zones 4 'to 6' can approximately same thickness, compared to the finished walls 4d to 6d reduced thickness and / or approximately the same interior or Have outside width and merge into each other without gradation.
- the bottom 15 'of the molding 64 closes in cross section continuously to the wall zone 5 'and is to the outside dome-shaped or hemispherical dome-shaped, whereby he compared to the respective zone 5 'to 6', 8 'is less Can have wall thickness, which is advantageous continuously in the wall thickness of zone 5 'passes over.
- the molding 64 can be completed without Solidification cooling or still in the production associated plastically deformable state, in a blow mold which are transferred using the inner container described properties. If necessary, under again The zones are supplied by heat and pressure 4 'to 8', 52 'with stretching and plastic deformation in transferred the finished container shape according to FIG. 1. In doing so the zones mentioned stretched almost exclusively axially and an internal mold is not required.
- the zone too 15 ' is in one of the inverted forms of the container 15 corresponding mold space of the outer mold, wherein this zone 15 'due to the internal pressure and without an internal mold stretched both axially and radially plastically so much is that the very thin forming the container 15 Foil wall arises, which via the transition 67 to the Vessel body 2 connects.
- Both containers 2, 15 are thus manufactured in one operation at the same time, after which a return suction flow to the channel supplying the forming pressure medium can be generated by which in the outer location molded container 15 through opening 27 into the container space 3 sucked in with folding and formation of the everted edge 68 becomes.
- This process can also be done in a separate operation or after removing the assembly from the mold or after cooling or solidification.
- the container 15 can also have a corresponding pocket-shaped recess 69, which this housing approach essentially free of gaps records.
- the receptacle 69 goes from the annular end wall of the projection 63 in one piece and can either according Fig. 1 can be slipped over to the functional position or instead, in the form state in the interior of the outer layer located container 15 also protrude outwards, so that not to be put over to the functional position needs.
- the in the container space 3 slipped or transferred container 15 e.g. by applying an internal pressure from the neck 17 or the opening 27 forth in the manner described above placed on the inside of the container space 3 so that there are no voids between it and the inside there is no air or the like.
- the container 15 retreats in parallel with the increasing filling volume or is reduced by folding. That in the out; equal container 15 located medium can be against one Escape the excess pressure limiter through the neck 17, the medium is expediently compressible or gaseous.
- the filling channel When the filling channel is connected to the Opening 7 can also promote the medium by suction into the container space 3, namely e.g. through evacuation of the container 15 from the neck 17.
- the container 15 In any case the container 15 only folded with the filling, so that possibly by this fold on its outside forming and completely enclosed cavities Foreign medium, but can only contain the filling medium.
- the respective container can also be partially or completely be produced in the extrusion or blowing process so that as the medium present or as the pressure medium carbon monoxide or a gas with similar properties is provided.
- the container and the inner container are then made of a double-walled tubular preform made together, taking simultaneously the container 15 is manufactured in the outer position.
- Of the Preform is open at both ends and has its length has approximately constant cross sections. He can have a width that corresponds to the first and second pipe socket, which in the finished vessel body 2 only from the facing away from each other of the walls 5, 6 after protrude on the outside and almost coaxially in the Center axis of the vessel body 2 lie.
- the first Neck can have an opening for the introduction of the shaping Pressure medium, for filling the container space 3 and / or Attachment of a discharge device for the medium or form a removable closure. But this can also be done laterally offset next to the second nozzle also over the wall 6 to the outside and only from this Wall 6 outgoing additional neck are formed, which forms the discharge opening and also up to its End of the inner container is lined.
- this lining part closes the Discharge opening with an end wall, but this can be through Cutting, pricking or the like can be opened in a simple manner.
- the discharge opening is used for the media discharge, here is the receiving containers transferred from its outer position into the container space 15 essentially only in the area of the top wall 6 fixed so that it increases with increasing emptying of the Expands service medium towards the bottom wall 5.
- the the Bottom wall 5 associated wall of the container 15 and the Inner container can also be welded to the bottom 5 or this container can be unpaved from the top wall 6 hang freely against the floor 5.
- the Wall 5 or 6 expediently with a lid of the above Kind covered, which also the one or the associated Covers.
- the one going through the first neck Compensating passage is on the same side of the Container space 3 as the discharge opening and immediately next to this.
- the necks of the substantially tubular receptacle can be fixed to the nozzle with fastenings be that the main section of the Container 15 is not fixed in the container space 3, this however tightly sealed to the outside in the area of the connecting piece is. It can be a projection that fills the additional neck be provided according to projection 63, here no separate Inner lining must be provided.
- the receptacle is in a Functional starting position transferred, in which also the lead can be tightly folded.
- the container is located then in the manner of an elongated and over his Extent of the medium completely washed between the strands End walls of the vessel without contact in the container space. From this state, the container can be radial and expand axially in all directions until it is fully in place lies against the vessel walls.
- Control means can also be provided for this in the expansion tank 15 located medium as a function or Active medium e.g. so that it is pressurized, Discharge or the like.
- the discharge behavior or the discharge properties the discharge device 1 is affected.
- E.g. can be the air in the container 15 or another Medium immediately before and / or after the outlet opening Medium coming from the room area 12 and this supplied so atomized finer outside of the device 1 into one foamed state transferred or in the case of an atomized flowing, bundled beam discharge with the supplied Medium to be enforced.
- the container 15 over the incompressible, in Medium 12 located in space area 12 is also pressurized, if he is not in direct contact with the Vessel walls of the vessel body 2 stands.
- the discharge device works in everyone Location, e.g. lying, upside down or upright Normal position. It also enables in an advantageous manner preservation-free product storage of the process medium.
- the outlet valve can also be designed as a metering valve, so that e.g. through the valve stroke, which is applied per actuation Amount of medium is precisely determined.
