Abstract

The device uses a card (21) with a flat rectangular base printed with a series of number channel numbers aligned with a corresponding number of recesses which can be fitted with plug-in elements (25), each provided on their top face with identification information for a respective channel. Pref the centre of the card is printed with 2 parallel rows of channel numbers, a plug-in element (22) provided with information relating to the device, fitted in a recess above and/or below these rows at the centre. <IMAGE>
