Claims (21)
- Fernsteuerbares Schloß, insbesondere für Kraftfahrzeugtüren, mit einem tragbaren Sender und einer ortsfesten Empfangseinrichtung, die vom Sender abgestrahlte zulässige Signale in Schaltbefehle für Schloßteile umsetzt, mit einer mit einem Schließbolzen oder dergleichen zusammenwirkenden Drehfalle, die in einer Verriegelungsstellung von einer Sperrklinke arretiert ist, die durch Betätigung einer Handhabe von einem Betätigungsmechanismus in eine die Drehfalle freigebende Entriegelungsstellung verlagerbar ist, wenn der durch Schaltbefehle der Empfangseinrichtung aktiv und wirkungslos stellbare Betätigungsmechanismus aktiv gestellt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Handhabe (7, 8) über eine Elektroleitung (9, 10) mit einem motorischen Stellantrieb (14, 114, 114', 114") verbunden ist, der bei Betätigung der Handhabe (7, 8) mit einem verlagerbaren Stellglied (15, 115) auf die Sperrklinke (5) einwirkend diese in ihre Entriegelungsstellung verlagert, wenn ein in der Elektroleitung (9, 10) angeordneter Schalter (12, 13) durch einen entsprechenden Schaltbefehl der Empfangseinrichtung (17) oder einer damit in Verbindung stehenden Einrichtung (11, 24) aktiv gestellt ist.
- Fernsteuerbares Schloß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungsmechanismus ein zwischen einer Wirkstellung und einer Sicherungsstellung verstellbares übertragungselement (28) aufweist, das in Wirkstellung durch Betätigung der Handhabe (7, 8) in einer weiteren Verstellrichtung (32) verstellt wird und dabei ein mechanisches Verlagern der Sperrklinke (5) in ihre Entriegelungsstellung bewirkt.
- Fernsteuerbares Schloß nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Übertragungselement ein mit einem Schenkel (34) der Sperrklinke (5) zusammenwirkender, in der weiteren Verstellrichtung (32) etwa geradlinig verstellbarer Schwenkhebel (28) mit einer Durchtrittsöffnung (36) für den Schenkel (34) der Sperrklinke (5) ist und die Durchtrittsöffnung (34) eine solche Länge aufweist, daß sich in Wirkstellung des übertragungselements (28) die Sperrklinke (5) ohne Verlagerung des Übertragungselements (28) von dem motorischen Stellantrieb (14) in ihre Entriegelungsstellung verlagern läßt.
- Fernsteuerbares Schloß nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das übertragungselement (28) von einer Feder in die Sicherungsstellung belastet ist, in der das Übertragungselement (28) nicht mit der Sperrklinke (5) zusammenwirken kann.
- Fernsteuerbares Schloß nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, mit an einer Fahrzeugtür eines Kraftfahrzeugs angeordnetem Schloß, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Handhabe durch einen Türinnengriff (7) und durch einen Türaußengriff (8) gebildet ist, die in Wirkstellung des Übertragungselements (28) unabhängig voneinander betätigt jeweils ein mechanisches Verstellen des Übertragungselements (28) in der weiteren Verstellrichtung (32) und dadurch eine mechanische Verlagerung der Sperrklinke (5) in ihre Entriegelungsstellung bewirken.
- Fernsteuerbares Schloß nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Türinnengriff (7) und der Türaußengriff (8) jeweils über einen eigenen Leitungsabschnitt (9, 10) der Elektroleitung mit dem Stellantrieb (14) verbunden sind und in jedem Leitungsabschnitt (9, 10) ein durch Schaltbefehle der Empfangseinrichtung (17) aktiv und wirkungslos stellbarer Schalter (12, 13) angeordnet ist.
- Fernsteuerbares Schloß nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Übertragungselement (28) von einem Antrieb (14) in die Wirkstellung verstellbar ist.
- Fernsteuerbares Schloß nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb der motorische Stellantrieb (14) ist.
- Fernsteuerbares Schloß nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Fahrgastraum des Kraftfahrzeugs ein mit dem Antrieb (14) in Verbindung stehendes Schaltelement (24) angeordnet ist, das je nach Schaltstellung eine durch den Antrieb (14) und ggf. eine Feder verusachte Verlagerung des übertragungselements (28) in seine Wirkstellung oder in seine Sicherungsstellung bewirkt.
- Fernsteuerbares Schloß nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schaltelement (24) durch einen entsprechenden Schaltbefehl der Empfangseinrichtung (17) betätigbar oder wirkungslos zu setzen ist.
- Fernsteuerbares Schloß nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an die Empfangseinrichtung (17) oder an eine Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung (zentrale Karosserieelektronik 11) ein Crash-Sensor (22) angeschlossen ist, der bei einer vorgegebenen Fahrzeugverzögerung eine Verlagerung des Übertragungselements (28) in die Wirkstellung bewirkt und/oder den bzw. die Schalter (12, 13) in der Elektroleitung (10, 9) aktiv setzt.
- Fernsteuerbares Schloß nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schalter (12, 13) in der Elektroleitung (9, 10) durch Verwendung eines Sicherheitsrelais (20) in der Verbindungsleitung (19) zwischen dem Stellantrieb (14) und der zentralen Karosserieelektronik (11) oder der Empfangseinrichtung nur bei stehendem oder langsam fahrendem Fahrzeug aktiv zu stellen ist.
- Fernsteuerbares Schloß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stellantrieb (14) und/oder der Antrieb hydraulisch, pneumatisch, elektrisch, elektromagnetisch oder dergleichen betrieben ist.
- Fernsteuerbares Schloß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Betätigung der Handhabe (7, 8) zumindest über einen größeren Verstellbereich, den Stellantrieb (114, 144', 114") aus einer Normallage in eine Wirkbereitschaftsstellung verstellt und das Stellglied (115) des Stellantriebs (114, 114', 114") die Sperrklinke (5, 5', 5") in ihre Entriegelungsstellung verlagert, wenn das Stellglied (115) von der Empfangseinrichtung oder einer Notenergieversorgung in eine Wirkstellung verlagert ist, in der das Stellglied (115) mit der Sperrklinke (5, 5', 5") zusammenwirken kann.
- Fernsteuerbares Schloß nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stellantrieb (114) geradlinig verstellbar ist.
- Fernsteuerbares Schloß nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stellantrieb (114', 114") schwenkbar angeordnet ist.
- Fernsteuerbares Schloß nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stellantrieb (114") um die Achse (6") der Sperrklinke (5") schwenkbar ist.
- Fernsteuerbares Schloß nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stellantrieb (114') um die Achse (1") der Drehfalle (2') schwenkbar ist.
- Fernsteuerbares Schloß nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stellantrieb (114, 114', 114") von einer Feder (127, 135) in die von einem Anschlag (128, 136, 136') begrenzte Normallage belastet ist.
- Fernsteuerbares Schloß nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wirkbereitschaftsstellung des Stellantriebs (114, 114', 114") von einem Anschlagelement begrenzt ist.
- Fernsteuerbares Schloß nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stellantrieb (114, 114', 114") über einen Seilzug (Seil 131, 131') von der Handhabe (7, 8) verstellbar ist.
