Aus den Fig. 1 und 2 ist ein als verlorene Schalung ausgebildetes Abschalelement 1 ersichtlich, das zwei, die geneigten Seiten eines trapezförmigen Querschnittes bildende Wandungsteile 2a und 2b aufweist, wobei die längere Seite des trapezförmigen Querschnitts zwischen den Wandungsteilen 2a, 2b offen ist. Quer über die kürzere Seite des trapezförmigen Querschnitts erstrecken sich zwei Gitterstreifen 3a, 3b. Die Gitterstreifen 3a, 3b sind aus einer der üblichen Bewehrungsmatten aus Baustahl gefertigt, wobei die Gitteröffnungen zwischen den die Gitterstreifen 3a, 3b bildenden Quer- und Längsstäben 9 und 10 so groß sind, daß die kürzere Seite des trapezförmigen Querschnitts, durch die Gitterstreifen 3a, 3b hindurch, als Betoneinfüllöffnung 11 dienen kann. Die Abstände der Längsstäbe 10 der Gitterstreifen 3a, 3b sind zweckmäßigerweise so gewählt, daß an einem der Längsstäbe 10 jedes Gitterstreifens jeweils eines der Wandungsteile 2a, 2b in einem vorbestimmten Neigungswinkel angeschweißt werden kann. Wie Fig. 1 zeigt, erstreckt sich jeder der Gitterstreifen 3a, 3b um den Betrag a über die kürzere Seite des trapezförmigen Querschnittes hinaus.The
Der U-förmige Korb 4 zur Aufnahme des Fugenbandes 5 besteht ebenfalls aus einer Baustahlmatte und ist mit jeweils einem der Längsstäbe 10 jedes Gitterstreifens 3a, 3b derart verschweißt, daß die geschlossene Seite des U-förmigen Querschnittes in den trapezförmigen Querschnitt hineinragt, während die Schenkel nach oben über die Gitterstreifen 3a, 3b überstehen.The U-shaped
Bei Verwendung des erfindungsgemäßen Abschalelementes 1 wird zunächst, durch übliche Schalungsbretter 12 begrenzt, eine Unterlage in Form einer Bodenplatte 13 aus Beton vergossen, in die die üblichen Bewehrungsbügel 14 eingelegt sind. Nach dem Vergießen der Bodenplatte 13 wird das erfindungsgemäße Abschalelement 1 auf die Bodenplatte 13 aufgesetzt und in seiner Lage dadurch fixiert, daß die überstehenden Bereiche a der Gitterstreifen 3a, 3b mit den Bewehrungsbügeln 14 beispielsweise mit Hilfe von Rödeldraht verbunden werden. Dann wird das elastische Fugenband 5 in den Korb 4 eingelegt und gegebenenfalls durch Zusammenbiegen der beiden freien Schenkel des Korbs 4 in seiner Lage gesichert. Dann kann durch die Betoneinfüllöffnung 11 Beton eingegossen werden, bis der trapezförmige Querschnitt des Abschalelementes 1 zum Herstellen der Aufkantung 15 mit Beton ausgefüllt ist. Durch die Öffnungen in der Streckmetalltafel 6 beider Wandungsteile 2a, 2b kann gerade genügend Beton hindurchtreten, daß beim nachfolgenden Aufbetonieren der nicht gezeichneten Wand ein guter Anschluß geschaffen wird, so daß zusätzlich zu der Verlängerung der Betonanschlußfuge zwischen der Bodenplatte 13 und der nicht gezeichneten Wand durch die Begrenzungsflächen der Aufkantung 15 sowie zum Fugenband 5 eine weitere Absicherung gegen das Durchsickern von Wasser geschaffen wird.When using the
Die Erfindung ist nicht auf das beschriebene und gezeichnete Ausführungsbeispiel beschränkt. So kann die Schalung statt auf eine bereits vergossene Bodenplatte auf eine Bewehrung aufgesetzt werden. Anstelle des Fugenbandes 5 aus elastischem Material kann mit den Gitterstreifen eine Wassersperre in Form eines durchgehenden Blechstreifens verschweißt werden, wobei der Korb entfallen kann. Anstelle der Gitterstreifen können andere, geeignete Abstandshalter, wie beispielsweise einfache Stahlstäbe oder dgl. verwendet werden. Anstelle des Streckmetalls kann ein anderes Material für die Wandungsteile eingesetzt werden.
