La figure 1 représente schématiquement un ensemble de distribution 2501 dont la tête de distribution 2503 forme pompe car elle comporte deux valves. L'ensemble de distribution 2501 comporte une poche souple 2502 protégée par une enceinte rigide 2510 munie d'une ouverture de prise d'air 2510a. La tête de distribution comporte, en premier lieu, une pièce 2504 comportant le siège, en deuxième lieu, une pièce torique 2505 moulée d'une seule pièce avec une lame flexible formant un dôme 2507 et portant un ergot 2508 faisant partie d'une seconde valve 2513, et, en troisième lieu, un couvercle 2506. La pièce 2504 comportant le siège a la forme générale d'un disque fixé sur le bord supérieur de l'enceinte rigide 2510 et elle est munie d'une jupe intérieure cylindrique 2541 sur laquelle est soudée la poche souple 2502. Sur une portion de sa périphérie, elle est creusée d'une rainure 2542 ayant en section la forme d'un segment de cercle dans laquelle débouche un canal radial 2543 creusé dans la pièce 2504. En un point diamétralement opposé à la sortie du canal 2543 la pièce 2504 est creusée par un canal 2544 parallèle à l'axe longitudinal de l'ensemble 2501 qui débouche dans la poche souple 2502 à une extrémité et est en communication avec une échancrure 2545 de la pièce 2504, séparée du canal 2544 par une paroi 2546 parallèle à l'axe de l'ensemble 2501 dont le bord supérieur est en biseau.FIG. 1 schematically represents a
Le joint torique 2505 a, en section, la forme d'un cercle muni d'un ergot 2552 au niveau du système de fermeture et il s'emboîte dans la rainure 2542. Le dôme 2507 est situé au-dessus du support 2504 et il définit au-dessus dudit support 2504, un espace interne E qui communique, d'une part, avec le canal 2543 et, d'autre part, avec l'échancrure 2545. La base du dôme 2507 se prolonge du côté opposé à l'ouverture du canal 2543 par une plaque portant un ergot 2508 qui coopère avec la paroi 2546 pour former une valve 2513. Dans cette valve 2513, l'ergot 2508 repose de façon étanche sur la surface du rebord de la paroi 2546. Le couvercle 2506 est fixé sur la périphérie du support 2504 et il est muni d'une ouverture 2561 par laquelle le dôme 2507 fait saillie. Au niveau du tore 2505, le couvercle 2506 est creusé d'une rainure 2562 ayant la forme en section, d'un segment de cercle qui s'ajuste à la rainure 2542 pour former ensemble (en section) un segment de cercle plus étendu. Au niveau de la sortie du canal de distribution 2543, audessus de celui-ci la rainure 2562 et, une fraction de la rainure 2542 sont creusées par un canal d'amenée du produit 2509.The O-
L'ensemble 2501 fonctionne de la façon suivante. Lorsque l'utilisateur désire distribuer le produit, il appuie sur le dôme élastique 2507 et fait diminuer l'espace interne E, la valve 2513 étant fermée. Le produit contenu dans cet espace subit une surpression et exerce une poussée par l'intermédiaire du canal 2543 sur le tore 2505. Il provoque le déplacement de ce dernier par élasticité dans le sens de la flèche f2, ce qui ouvre le canal d'amenée 2509 sur l'extérieur. Le produit est distribué. Lorsque l'utilisateur cesse d'appuyer sur le dôme élastique 2511 la poussée du produit à distribuer sur le tore 2505 cesse et celui-ci reprend sa place par élasticité et ferme le canal 2509. Le dôme reprenant sa forme par élasticité, il se produit une dépression dans l'espace E. Cette dépression provoque l'ouverture de la valve 2513, l'ergot 2508 s'écartant par flexion du rebord de la cloison 2546. Du produit contenu dans la poche 2502 est aspiré dans l'espace E par le conduit 2544 et l'échancrure 2545. La tête de distribution est prête pour une nouvelle distribution du produit.The
La figure 3 représente une tête de distribution 2403 à sortie latérale. La tête de distribution 2403 est constituée par une pièce 2404 comportant le siège 2442 en plastique percée d'un canal de distribution 2441 coudé à angle droit qui s'ouvre dans une rainure 2442 annulaire dont la section a la forme d'une portion de cercle. Dans la rainure est emboîtée une pièce torique en matière flexible 2405 qui fait le tour de la tête de distribution 2403. Au niveau de la sortie du canal de distribution dans la rainure 2442, la pièce torique 2405 forme obturateur et la rainure 2442 forme siège. Au vis-à-vis de la sortie du canal de distribution 2441 la pièce torique 2405 est creusée par un canal d'amenée 2451 qui communique avec le canal de distribution et a une forme telle qu'il puisse diriger vers le haut (sur la figure 3) le flux de produit distribué. Au-dessous de la sortie du canal de distribution, (sur la figure 3), le tore 2405 est muni d'un ergot 2452 qui s'emboîte dans une rainure correspondante de la pièce 2404 et qui constitue l'organe de contrainte. Sur la figure 3, la tête de distribution 2403 est représentée en position de repos, la pièce torique 2405 étant emboîtée dans la rainure 2442 de façon que le canal d'amenée 2451 soit fermé. Lorsque du produit à distribuer pénètre selon la flèche f1 dans le canal de distribution 2441 puis dans le canal d'amenée 2451, il pousse à ce niveau sur le tore 2405 et celui-ci se déforme par élasticité et la partie située au vis-à-vis de la sortie du canal 2441 se déplace selon la flèche f2 jusqu'à ce que le déplacement soit suffisant pour que le canal d'amenée 2451 soit en communication avec l'extérieur.FIG. 3 represents a
Claims (9)
- A unit (2501) for the dispensing at least one fluid product, which unit comprises a container (2502) and a dispensing head (2503) containing at least one dispensing duct (2543) for the product or products to be dispensed; a closing system (F) being situated at the end portion, opening towards the outside of the (or each) dispensing duct (2543); the said system being formed by an obturator (2505) which forms part of a component (2505) made of an elastically deformable material of the dispensing head, and by at least one seat (2542) which forms part of another component (2504) of the dispensing head; the obturator or obturators (2505) being in contact with their associated seat when no dispensing takes place, moving away from the said seat (2542) by elastic deformation under the pressure of the product to be dispensed and returning by resilience into contact with the said seat when the dispensing stops; characterized in that the obturator is constituted by an elastic component (2405, 2505) a portion whereof is disposed opposite the opening of the duct (2543) and which in this zone moves away from the seat by elasticity parallel to the direction of the thrust of the product.
- A unit according to claim 1, characterized in that the elastic component (2405) forms part of a torus disposed round the dispensing head (2403).
- A unit according to claim 2, characterized in that the torus (2405) is interrupted and has, at each end, an anchorage in the part comprising the seat.
- A unit according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the elastic component (2405) comprises a feeder duct (2451) for the product.
- A unit according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that a feeder duct (2562) is arranged in the other rigid component (2504) comprising the seat opposite the elastic element (2505).
- A unit according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the (or each of the) obturators (2505) is subjected to the action of a constraining element (2552) having a tendency to keep it (or them) applied to the seat (2542), wherewith it (or they) cooperate(s) to ensure the seal of the closing contact.
- A unit according to claim 6, characterized in that the constraining element is constituted by a catch (2452, 2552) capable of being inserted in a corresponding recess of the rigid seat (2404, 2504).
- A unit according to claim 6 or 7, characterized in that the constraining element (2552) is made of an elastic material.
- A unit according to claim 8, characterized in that the constraining element is constituted by a catch (2552) made of an elastic material limiting the displacement of the obturator.
