Definitions
- the invention relates to a bar strip according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a rod band is known from EP-A-0 340 514.
- the ends of the fastening elements on the back of the respective band are angled so that they lie parallel to the surface of the band on the plate.
- the fastening of the brackets ensured by driven fastening elements is to be improved in such a way that an undesired bending of the ends of the fastening elements is prevented.
- This object is achieved in that the ends overlap the edges of the plates, bent back towards the tape and are slightly returned to the tape.
- This version has the great advantage that foreign bodies can no longer grasp the ends; it is therefore also excluded that the ends are bent up and that the fastening of the bracket is endangered.
- Such an arrangement of the fasteners secures the rod attachment even with larger loads.
- the tape body is not damaged by the tips in the tape.
- the bar strip revolving in the direction of arrow 1 has tensile, flexible strips 2 on both edges, which are connected to one another by transverse bars 3 made of steel. These rods are used for promotion, at the same time a screening occurs due to the mutual spacing of the rods 3.
- the tapes 2 are made of rubber or the like and have a top layer of rubber at the top and bottom and rubberized fabric layers which are combined like a packet in between.
- the attachment of the rod ends 7 to the bands 2, which is provided on the basis of the invention, is carried out by means of a steel bracket 8 which extends transversely to the rod 3.
- the ends 9 of the bracket 8 are angled and are spherical on their side lying on the band 2.
- the brackets 8 are fastened by means of steel staples 16 which pass through the ends 9 and are driven into the belts 2 without removing material.
- the brackets 8 are located on the inside of the bands 2 plates 13 made of steel, through which the sections 23 of the staples 16 are also passed.
- the ends 17 of the staples 16 are angled and lie in trough-shaped depressions in the plate 13 which extend in the direction of the rods 3; these ends also overlap the edges of the plate 13 and are led back with their free tapering section into the band 2, whereby the positive fit between the plate 13 and the ends 17 is increased. Otherwise, the edges 14 of the plate 13 are curved as shown in FIG designed to create the trough-shaped depressions and prevent incisions in the plate edges in the band 2.
- the sections 23 run in a V-shape in such a way that their mutual distance in the area of the brackets 8 is greater than in the area of the plates 13. This takes account of the circulation of the belts 2.
- the ends 17 are also arranged with their bends in the symmetrically arranged planes which are determined by the section 23 (FIG. 2). It should also be mentioned that the plate 13 is arranged within a gap 25 running transversely to the band 2 between two teeth 26 on the inside of the bands 2.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a bar strip according to the preamble of
Such a rod band is known from EP-A-0 340 514. In this rod band, the ends of the fastening elements on the back of the respective band are angled so that they lie parallel to the surface of the band on the plate. With such an arrangement, however, there is a risk that the ends may be bent up by the penetration of foreign bodies and the attachment point may become loose.
Due to the invention, the fastening of the brackets ensured by driven fastening elements is to be improved in such a way that an undesired bending of the ends of the fastening elements is prevented.
This object is achieved in that the ends overlap the edges of the plates, bent back towards the tape and are slightly returned to the tape.
This version has the great advantage that foreign bodies can no longer grasp the ends; it is therefore also excluded that the ends are bent up and that the fastening of the bracket is endangered. Such an arrangement of the fasteners secures the rod attachment even with larger loads. The tape body is not damaged by the tips in the tape.

The bar strip revolving in the direction of
The
The attachment of the rod ends 7 to the
The
As can be seen from FIG. 2, the
