Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Tragkonstruktion für eine Hängedecke gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruches.The invention relates to a supporting structure for a suspended ceiling according to the preamble of the main claim.
Eine derartige Tragkonstruktion ist durch das DE-U- 84 35 293 bekannt. Bei dieser Anordnung sind an den Endstücken der Trägerstege Biegezungen angeordnet, die Rastköpfe aufweisen, die mit in den Hängestangen vorgesehenen Rastaufnahmelöcher zusammenwirken können. Die Hängestangen sind an ihrer Außenseite mit über ihre Höhe verlaufenden schwalbenschwanzförmigen Aufnahmenuten ausgerüstet sind, in die entsprechend ausgebildete Trägerstege einsetzbar sind. Diese Trägerstege werden mit Schwalbenschwanzzapfen in den Schwalbenschwanznuten arretiert und tragen ihrerseits nunmehr die eigentlichen Deckenplatten. Durch diese Anordnung ist ein Einstellen in beliebiger Höhe möglich, wobei von einer Hängestange auch mehrere Platten in unterschiedlichen Höhen getragen werden können. Die eigentlichen Hängestangen schließen über eine Befestigungskonsole an der Tragvorrichtung, beispielsweise der ursprünglichen Decke, an. Diese Befestigungskonsole kann in bestimmter Weise ausgebildet sein und der Anschluß der Hängestange an die Befestigungskonsole kann unter Zwischenschaltung eines Kugelgelenkes erfolgen, wobei auch die Trägerstege Kugelgelenke tragen können.The hanging rods are equipped on the outside with dovetail-shaped grooves extending over their height, into which appropriately designed support webs can be inserted. In Fig. 1 ist eine Hängestange 2 dargestellt, die auf ihrem Außenumfang mit über ihre Höhe verlaufenden schwalbenschwanzförmigen Nuten 7 ausgerüstet ist. Diese Hängestange 2 schließt an eine Befestigungskonsole 3 (Fig. 3) an, die im wesentlichen aus einer mit Innengewinde versehenen Tragplatte 16 und einer mit Außengewinde versehenen Anschlußplatte 17 besteht. Die Anschlußplatte 17 kann unter Zwischenschaltung einer Festlegplatte 18 und einer Befestigungsschraube 19 an der eigentlichen Tragvorrichtung 1 beispielsweise einer aus Fig. 3 erkennbaren Decke einstellbar festgelegt werden. Dadurch, daß die Anschlußplatte 17 eine relativ große Mittelöffnung 30 aufweist, sind Verstellungen der Festlegplatte 18 leicht möglich. Der zur Aufnahme der Befestigungsschraube 19 dienende Dübel 31 ist in Fig. 5 dargestellt. Über eine Tragschraube 20 kann die Hängestange 2 an der Tragplatte 16 befestigt werden und durch Einschrauben der Tragplatte 16 an der Anschlußplatte 17 wird nunmehr die Hängestange 2 sicher von der Tragvorrichtung 1 getragen. Durch diese Konstruktion wird eine Einstellung in der horizontalen Ebene möglich, was eine exakte Einstellung der Hängestange 2 ermöglicht.In Fig. 1, a
