Abstract

A foil pouch for the receipt of information carriers, such as waybills, invoices or the like, consists of a foil blank, an adhesive track running round the edge and a cover sheet after the removal of which the foil blank can be attached upon inclusion of the information carriers to a support, e.g. to the merchandise, its packaging or the like, enclosing the information carriers in the process. In order to simplify the manipulation of such foil pouches, it is provided to form the cover sheet from two sections which overlap one another, forming an insertion opening with parallel edges for the information carriers.

Description

The invention relates to a film bag for receiving information carriers, such as accompanying documents, invoice documents or the like, consisting of a film cut, a peripheral adhesive track and a cover sheet, after removing the film cut including the information carrier on a base, for. B. attached to the goods, their packaging or the like.

Foil bags of the aforementioned construction are attached to the outside of goods or their packaging in such a way that the information carriers accommodated by the bag, such as accompanying documents, invoice documents, customer information or the like, are captively connected to the object and easily accessible, possibly also being visible through the transparent film . Various embodiments of such film bags are known, which can basically be divided into two types. One version consists of a bag designed in the sense of the word, namely a double-layer film which is welded at the edge or sealed in some other way and into which the contents can be introduced through an opening provided with a closure flap. The back of the film bag is coated with an adhesive, by means of which it is adhered to the surface. This film bag is comparatively expensive due to the material requirements and the manufacturing effort.

In the other embodiment principle, to which the invention also belongs, the pocket is formed on the one hand by only one film cut and on the other hand on the substrate to which the film cut is adhered. The film blank is provided on its rear side with an adhesive track running around the edge and with a cover sheet covering it, which has the same contour as the film blank. The information carriers to be accommodated in the film pocket are merely placed on the substrate, the cover sheet is separated from the film blank and this is placed on the information carriers and the substrate in such a way that the information carriers are located within the circumferential adhesive track by means of which the film cutter is adhered to the substrate.

It is obvious that a film bag formed in this way can be manufactured very inexpensively due to the minimal use of material. However, this advantage is bought with the considerable disadvantage for the user, namely that the accommodation of the information carriers is relatively cumbersome and can also be incorrect. So the surface must be arranged approximately horizontally in order to be able to put the information carriers on without the risk of slipping. Furthermore, the foil cut must be aligned very precisely before being attached to the substrate, so that the information carriers covered by it are within of the outline given by the adhesive track. This can result in the information carriers being shifted so that they are partly outside the film blank or at least within the adhesive track, neither of which is desired. This risk is particularly great if the information carriers are only a little shorter than the film cut in only one extension. To make matters worse, the film formed from plastic is charged statically - this charging process is particularly favored by the frictional forces that arise when the cover sheet is removed - so that when the film cut approaches the loose information carriers lying on the surface can be attracted or slip.

The invention is based on the object of improving a film pocket of the construction mentioned at the outset in terms of use and, in particular, of allowing the information carriers to be attached simply and correctly to the ground.

This object is achieved in that the cover sheet is formed from two sections which overlap one another to form an edge-parallel insertion opening for the information carriers.

By forming the cover sheet from two sections, one of which overlaps the other, a slot-like opening is formed between the two sections, which opening can be widened by lifting off the overlapping section from the section of the cover sheet below. The information carriers can be inserted into this slot-like, optionally widened opening, if necessary until they abut the edge opposite the insertion opening and closed by one of the adhesive traces. The film cut and the overlapping section of the cover sheet a kind of pocket for the information carrier. Subsequently, the section of the cover sheet lying underneath is gripped and pulled off to the side, so that the adhesive track is exposed on this part of the film cut and this part of the film cut is placed on the substrate with the information carriers underneath and aligned in the still existing "pocket" this can be attached. Then, or with this handle, the film blank with the part of the information carrier underneath is pressed against the base and thereby fixed, while the fingers of the other hand are used to intervene between the remaining section of the cover sheet and the information carrier in order to also separate this section of the cover sheet and then smooth out and adhere the overlying area of the film blank to the base.

Due to the design according to the invention, the pocket formation between the overlapping section of the cover sheet and the film blank is used as an intermediate stage for the preliminary fixing and alignment of the information carriers. Moving or slipping of the information carrier when attaching the film bag is largely impossible. A possible static charging of the film also does not play a role here, since the information carriers are inserted after the first handle in the pocket-like space between the film blank and the one section of the cover sheet. Even when the other section of the cover sheet is subsequently pulled off, the information carriers can no longer slip. This film bag with the information carriers can also be attached in any position of the base, in particular in a vertical position or also in any inclined position or also overhead, as with the conventional ones single-layer film bags is practically impossible. The simplest procedure is that the information carriers are first inserted into the pocket formed between the overlapping cover sheet and the film blank, this side is then pressed against the base with the cover sheet, then the other section of the cover sheet is pulled off by reaching under and the exposed film blank adheres becomes. With continued pressure on this side of the film blank and the information carriers, the other side is undercut and the remaining cover sheet is pulled off and finally this part of the film blank is pressed onto the base with the exposed adhesive track.

In a preferred embodiment it is provided that the overlap of the two sections of the cover sheet lies approximately in the central region of the film blank, so that on the one hand the information carriers are aligned in the pocket formed between the cover sheet and the film blank after insertion into the slot-like opening to approximately half their length and furthermore, after the opposite area of the film blank has adhered to the base, the pressure on this film blank and the information carriers underneath are again carried out on one half thereof. In the case of film pockets or information carriers with different edge lengths, the insertion opening will generally be arranged transversely to the longer extension, but of course any other arrangement, in particular an off-center arrangement, is also possible.

If a kind of tamper-evident protection for the recipient is provided for the information carrier, no further opening measures need be provided on the foil blank, rather it can be left to the recipient to tear open the foil blank or cut off. If, on the other hand, an opening of the film pocket is desired, be it to facilitate the removal or to allow only part of the information carrier to be removed on the way from the sender to the recipient, it can be provided that the film cut has a tear line running parallel to the edge and close to the edge, e.g. B. a tear thread, a perforation or the like., For removing the information carrier. Due to the fact that the film blank lies flat on the ground and the opening that is created is only slit-shaped, information carriers remaining in the pocket or re-entered cannot be lost.

A preferred embodiment, however, is characterized in that the film cut consists of two sections, one of which is formed as a narrow strip to form a closure flap, is arranged along an edge and is connected to the other section of the film cut underneath via an edge-parallel adhesive track.

In this embodiment, the film blank forming the pocket consists on the one hand of a large-area section, which forms a correspondingly large-area pocket, and a narrow strip, which forms a type of closure flap. The large section and the narrow strip are provided with the necessary traces of adhesive on the edges to enable them to adhere to the base. Because of the further adhesive track present between the narrow strip and the large-area section of the film blank, the section of the cover sheet lying underneath can be detached without problem, without the narrow strip detaching from the large-area section of the film blank. The film pocket can thus be inserted into the slot-like insertion opening after the information carriers have been inserted fix in the same way after separating the cover sheet sections on the base. Otherwise, it is possible to open the film pocket by lifting off the narrow strip and tearing open the adhesive connection. The adhesive can be selected so that the film pouch can be closed again.

In order to facilitate the opening of the film pocket, it is further advantageously provided that the adhesive track connecting the narrow strip to the section of the film blank underneath it is arranged at a distance from the edge of the strip overlapping this section, forming a grip tab.

The film pocket designed according to the invention can be produced without problems from endless webs of the film and the cover sheet by collating the webs and applying the necessary traces of adhesive beforehand. By attaching corresponding predetermined tear lines, it is also possible to provide the user with the film pockets in an endless form, which then pulls them off the roll and separates them along the predetermined tear points. On the other hand, it is of course also possible to form a stack from individual blanks or from a folded endless web.

  • Figur 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht auf die Folienseite der Folientasche;
  • Figur 2 eine perspektivische Ansicht auf die Abdeckblatt-Seite der Folientasche;
  • Figur 3 eine schematische Seitenansicht der Folientasche vor dem Aufbringen auf eine Unterlage;
The invention is described below using an exemplary embodiment shown in the drawing. The drawing shows:
  • Figure 1 is a perspective view of the film side of the film bag;
  • Figure 2 is a perspective view of the cover sheet side of the film bag;
  • FIG. 3 shows a schematic side view of the film bag before it is applied to a base;
  • Figure 4 is a view corresponding to Figure 3 after partial application of the film bag on the base and
  • Figure 5 is a perspective view corresponding to Figure 1 of another embodiment of the film bag.

The film bag according to FIG. 1 consists of a preferably transparent, optionally imprinted film blank 1 and a cover sheet 2 on the rear side. The film blank 1 and cover sheet 2 are connected to one another at the edges by a circumferential adhesive track 3. While the film blank 1 is a single flat part, the cover sheet 2 consists of two sections 4, 5 which overlap one another approximately in the central region of the film pocket.

As can be seen in particular from FIG. 2, the two sections 4, 5 of the cover sheet 2 are not connected to one another in the overlapping area, since there is no adhesive trace between the two sections, so that a type of flap 6 is created there. A slot-like insertion opening 7 is formed between this and the cover sheet 2 lying underneath. Through this insertion opening 7 in the drawing dashed lines of information carrier 8 are inserted into the pocket formed between the section 4 of the cover sheet 2 and the front film 1 until it abuts the other end of the closed pocket.

Before the film pocket is applied to a base 9 (FIG. 3), the section 5 of the cover sheet lying at the bottom is pulled off the film in the direction of arrow 10 by engaging in the insertion opening. Here, the film pocket on the other side, as indicated for example by the arrows 11, is clamped between the fingers, so that the information carrier 8 cannot slip. After the section 5 of the cover sheet has been pulled off, the region of the film 1 lying above it, as shown in FIG. 4, is adhered to the support 9, as a result of which the information carrier 8 is also clamped between the film 1 and the support 9. By pressing in the direction of arrow 12, this part is fixed and the flap 6 is gripped behind with the fingers of the other hand, and section 4 of the cover sheet, as can be seen in FIG. 4 on the left, is separated. Then the film 1 is smoothed to the left together with the information carrier 8 and in this way the film pocket with the information carrier 8 is completely fixed to the base 9.

In this embodiment, the film 1 forming the front side of the pocket is formed from two sections, namely a large-area section 13 and a narrow strip 14 which overlaps the large-area section 13. The narrow strip 14, like the large-area section 13, is connected to the sections 4 and 5 of the cover sheet via the adhesive track 3. Furthermore, the large-area section 13 has an adhesive track 15 on the front or the narrow strip 14 on the back, through which the foils are connected. The narrow strip 14 extends beyond the adhesive track 15 and there forms a grip tab 16 which has no connection with the large-area section 13 of the film 1, so that it can be pulled up by reaching under it and the pocket can be opened in this area after the adhesive track 15 has been separated . By appropriate selection of the adhesive, it is possible to close the film pocket again by pressing the grip tab 16.
