Abstract

Known casings for foundation parts for spread foundations are of channel-shaped design with constant spacing of the side walls, although it is already known that foundation parts of this type can perfectly well be narrower at their top side than at their bottom side. However, since the labour cost of a casing of this type with a narrowing cross-section is relatively high, the foundation parts, in practice, have hitherto been produced with a constant cross-section even with the known casing and the additional concrete requirement has been accepted. It is therefore proposed to use a lattice (5) consolidated with plastic film (6) for the novel casing (l, 11). Due to the flexibility of this material, the labour required for a casing of a foundation part with reduced cross-section can be decidedly reduced. <IMAGE>
