Description
Flushing pipe with flushing head for flushing piles is the subject of the invention is a new type of flushing pipe with flushing can for flushing driven piles and sheet piles, for lowering wells and the like.
In general, the purpose of the flushing process is that of the piles remove soil to be displaced when driving in beforehand. -. With this elimination There are two main processes to be distinguished, namely: i. loosening and flushing the floor through the flushing can. and 2. the flushing up or ejection of the dissolved Soil to the surface of the earth. In the known flushing process, the flushing device usually only consists of a pressure pipe with flushing can, the main work process remains, namely the lifting of the loosened soil, left more to chance by that after leaving the flushing nozzle-converting in its direction and therefore only Water that is still under little pressure is laboriously reconciling itself in the sense of an o_nelle Must make way to the surface of the earth and because of the great frictional resistance in the soil and, depending on the type of soil stratification, significant entrainment of the in the depth of loosened soil does not enter. In order to remedy this deficiency, according to the invention, the introduced pressurized water not only as a detergent, but -and this is what is new about the invention - at the same time to a greater extent than Conveying means are used, -by upwardly directed strong conveying jets! The Eject items that are loosened at the nozzle and left in a mushy state upwards. For this purpose, as can be seen from the drawing, Idas flush pipe with ribs 2, which cut the previously loosened soil layers continuously in strips and with the constant movement of the flushing pipe, keep it in constant relaxation. The between the ribs z forming grooves for the from the upper flushing openings i des Clear, effective conveying channels, in addition to the soil loosened from the flushing head, the other soil along the pipe pending soil is also ejected, so along the pipe it becomes looser, looser Floor is located, which also the so often occurring, annoying ramming of the flush pipe prevented.
