Description
Bei· den bekannten Absperrschiebern mit Schließkeil stehen die Dichtplatten mit dem Keil durch schwalbenschwanz- oder T-nutenförmige Führungsstücke, welche in entsprechend geformte Nuten 'eingreifen, in Verbindung. Diese Art der Führung hat sich im Betrieb, besonders im. Dampfbetrieb bei hohem Druck und hoher Temperatur, als nicht genügend sicher erwiesen, da eine Neigung zum Ecken und Klemmen bei der Schwalbenschwanzführung bemerkbar ist und der Flächendruck an den Führungsflächen unverhältnismäßig hoch ist, was bei dem Aufeinandetrgleiten der Führungsteife beim Öffnen und Schließen leicht ein Fressen verursachen kann. Dem ist bei dem Erfmdungsgegienstand in wirksamer Weise dadurch begegnet, daß der Keil mit Winkelleisten auf jeder Seite eine Art Tasche bildet, in welcher die Dichtplatten stecken. Diese werden also von den Winkelleisten am Rande umfaßt. Sie weisen im Gegensatz zu den vorerwähnten Konstruktionen keine besonderen Führungsteile (Schwalbenschwänze) auf, indem sie in einer gewissermaßen bedeutend vergrößerten T-Nut am Umfang geführt sind, nämlich den durch die Winkelleisten gebildeten Taschen am Keil. Da bei dieser Konstruktion die Führungsflächen reichlich dimensioniert werden können und damit eine sichere Führung erreicht wird, kommt weder ein Ecken und Klemmen noch ein Festfressen der gleitenden Teile durch zu großen Flächendruck in Frage.
