Abstract

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen perforierten, rohrförmigen Stützkörper aus Kunststoff für ein patronenförmiges Fil­ terelement. Derartige innere oder äußere Stützkörper sind durch die DE-OS 31 45 552 bekannt. Filterelemente werden in unterschiedlichen Größen und Durchmessern gebaut und die dafür notwendigen Stützkörper müssen diesen verschiedenen Längen angepaßt werden. Sowohl von der Herstellung der Formwerkzeuge als auch von der Vielfalt der Lagerhaltung entstehen sehr hohe Kosten. Zumindest bei Filterelementen mit sehr großem Durchmesser, z.B. bis zu einer Größe von 250 mm und einer Länge von 1000 mm werden die Formwerk­ zeuge für derartige Kunststoffspritzkörper sehr teuer.The invention relates to a perforated, tubular Support body made of plastic for a cartridge-shaped fil terelement. Ein Widerlager ist dabei zweckmäßig an einem Rohrende als umlaufender Ring ausgebildet und das andere Widerlager am anderen Rohrende ist segmentförmig ausgebildet, so daß diese Segmente beim Ineinanderstecken der Hinterschneidungselemente federnd nachgeben können. Angeformte Verdrehsicherungen und ring­ förmige Abschlußelemente zur axialen Sicherung des Stütz­ körpers am Filterelement und gegebenenfalls zur radialen Zentrierung in einem Gehäuse erleichtern die Handhabung eines Großfilterelementes der eingangs genannten Art. Als Kunststoffspritzkörper ausgebildeter perforierter, rohrförmiger Stützkörper für ein patronenförmiges Fil­ terelement, der dieses gegen innere oder äußere Druck­ belastung sichert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das eine Rohrende des Stützkörpers (1) auf seiner Innenseite eine widerlagerförmige Hinterschneidung (3) und das andere Rohrende auf der Außenseite eine widerlagerförmige Hinterschneidung (4) aufweist, die formmäßig der Hinterschneidung des anderen Rohrendes nach Art eines Verbindungsmittels derart angepaßt ist, daß zwei Stützkörper (1) über ihre gemeinsame Steckverbindung (3, 4) verbindbar sind.1.
