Abstract
Description
Elektrisch leitende KlebeverbindungElectrically conductive adhesive connection
The invention relates to an electrically conductive adhesive connection between two conductive parts.
Such adhesive connections can be made with adhesives, the conductive Have admixtures, carry out. The resistance and the layer thickness however, cannot be precisely defined here. The present invention thus lies the underlying purpose of creating an adhesive connection of the type mentioned above which allows the thickness of the adhesive layer and also the contact resistance to be determined in advance are. This is achieved in a simple manner that between the conductive Divide a conductive grid is arranged, the adhesive between the bars, preferably reaction resin, which is in connection with the parts. here a method has proven to be advantageous, which consists in that a with metallic fabric or braid provided with a thermosetting reaction resin layer is placed between the parts and then cured under such pressure and heat that a conductive bridge between the parts is established via the tissue. The dry or semi-dry metal mesh prepreg thus produced is light punchable and cutable. In addition, the good freedom from distortion also allows production and manipulation of complicated blanks. During the subsequent pressing process Any excess melted adhesive is displaced from the adhesive joint for as long or leveled until the touched wire mesh prevents further approach, i.e. the metallic carrier fabric is used as a spacer element. Minimal layer thicknesses up to 0.05 mm can be guaranteed without any problems. Because La 2 Syr / 05.02.1985 the metallic carrier fabric on both parts more or less without interposition If the adhesive is in direct contact with it, the carrier fabric acts as a safe power transmission element usable. It has proven to be advantageous if the mostly very thin metallic Weave or braid in the brushing process with a reactive, thermosetting Adhesive is coated e.g. on an epoxy basis.
An exemplary embodiment according to the invention is illustrated with the aid of the drawing described and the process explained in more detail.
The figures show: FIG. 1 the individual parts in a perspective illustration before assembly and FIG. 2 shows a sectional view of the adhesive connection after Implementation of the procedure.
Between the two parts 1 and 2 to be connected is the fabric or braid 3, which is provided with reactive resin layers 4 and 5 on both sides is inserted.
The layer can be applied by brushing or dipping, painting has proven to be more advantageous. After joining the Parts 1, 2 and the wiping circuit of the conductive grid results from Fig. 2 visible constellation. The bars of the fabric or mesh 3 are located directly on parts 1, 2 and between the bars is that of the Layers 4, 5 here pressed in epoxy resin 7, which is the mechanical connection of the two parts 1, 2 takes over. Since the bars 6 directly on the parts 1 and 2 are present, a safe electrical connection is also guaranteed. The connection can not only be used for ground connections in electrical devices, but under certain conditions Can also be used for fastening contact pads on contact carriers Find.
