Das neue Verfahren besteht darin, daß zunächst eine achsiale Bohrung α und damit im Zusammenhang drei zusammenlaufende Bohrungen δ hergestellt werden. In diese zusammenlaufenden Bohrungen b werden die hydraulischen Sprengpumpen eingesetzt, so daß sie einen Kegelteil heraussprengen, wobei die achsiale Bohrung α die Gesteinsspannung im Innern des Kegels aufhebt und dadurch die Wirkung der Sprengpumpen erleichtert.
