Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Anschlußklemme der im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Gattung.The present invention relates to a connection terminal of the type specified in the preamble of claim 1.
Aus der Verbindungstechnik von elektrischen und elektronischen Baugruppen ergibt sich die Notwendigkeit einzelne Leiter mit anderen Leitern oder Leiterbahnen, bspw. auf Leiterplatten, zu verbinden.The connection technology of electrical and electronic assemblies results in the need to connect individual conductors with other conductors or conductor tracks, e.g. on printed circuit boards.
Verwendet werden hierfür Leiteranschlußklemmen beispielsweise mit Federklemmverbindungen, wobei der Leiter mittels einer Klemmfeder gegen ein Kontaktelement gedrückt wird, welches in leitender Verbindung mit einer Leiterplatte steht. Zum Anklemmen eines Leiters wird die Klemmfeder über ein Drückerelement in eine Öfmungsstellung gebracht und nach Positionierung des Leiters federt die Klemmfeder durch Lösen des Drückerelements in ihre Klemmstellung gegen das Kontaktelement zurück.Conductor connection terminals are used for this purpose, for example with spring clamp connections, whereby the conductor is pressed against a contact element by means of a clamping spring, which is in conductive connection with a circuit board. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß eine Einsteckebene der elektrischen Leiter in einer Gehäusewand im wesentlichen entgegen der Einsteckrichtung des Kontaktfahnenanschlußes in der Leiterplatte verläuft, wobei eine Bewegungsebene des Drückerelements zu der Einsteckebene annähernd senkrecht zueinander steht und daß Drückerelement in der senkrecht verlaufenden Gehäusewand schräg von oben nach unten in einer Bewegungsebene bewegbar ist, die vorzugsweise unter 45° zur Senkrechten verläuft.
Dies ermöglicht die Klemme auch dann noch mit Leitern unter Mitwirkung des Betätigungsdrückers am einzubauenden Gerät zu bestücken, obwohl bereits alle Flächen der Klemme bis auf die erwähnte Gehäusewand im Innern des elektrischen Gerätes unzugängig sind.This object is achieved according to the invention in that an insertion plane of the electrical conductors in a housing wall runs essentially opposite to the insertion direction of the contact lug connection in the circuit board, wherein a plane of movement of the pusher element is approximately perpendicular to the insertion plane and that the pusher element in the vertically running housing wall is movable obliquely from top to bottom in a plane of movement which preferably runs at 45° to the vertical.

Nun kann er mit der anderen Hand den oder die aus dem Boden einer bspw. Unterputzdose gezogenen, abisolierten Leiter von hinten in die Einstecköffhung 6 des Anschlußstutzens 12 stecken. Durch Lösen des Fingers der Hand, die das Installationsgerät hält wird das Drückerelement 9 entlastet und der Leiter 7 ist durch die Klemmfeder 8 am Kontakelement 3 fixiert. Danach kann das Installationsgerät 13 mit seiner Rückwand voran in die Unterputzdose eingeschoben werden. Die Leiter 7 liegen dabei eng am Installationsgerät an, ohne den Anschlußstutzen 12 zu überragen. Gleichzeitig verbleibt genügend Freiraum zwischen der Druckfläche 10 und der Seitenwand der Unterputzdose, um ein ungewolltes Betätigen des Drückerelements 19 zu vermeiden. Durch diese Art des Vorgehens ist ohne Probleme auch ein Anschließen massiver Leiter möglich.Fig. 2 shows the use of the connection terminal for an installation device 13.
