Abstract
Bidirektionaler Drehmomentschlüssel, aufweisend: einen Grundkörper (10), der mit einer Wellenbohrung (11) versehen ist, wobei rings um die Wellenbohrung (11) mindestens zwei Montagenuten (12) in einem gleichen Winkel und symmetrisch angeordnet sind, wobei die einzelnen Montagenuten (12) mit der Wellenbohrung (11) verbunden sind; einen Betätigungshebel (20), der in der Wellenbohrung (11) drehbar gelagert ist, wobei außenumfangsseitig an dem Betätigungshebel (20) mehrere Positionierschlitzen (22) ausgebildet sind, die an die Montagenuten (12) angepasst und jeweils mit einem bestimmten Abstand zueinander ringförmig angeordnet sind, wobei die Anzahl der Positionierschlitze (22) genau ein Vielfaches der Anzahl der Montagenuten (12) darstellt; mindestens zwei Arretiereinheiten (30), die separat in den jeweiligen Montagenuten (12) vorgesehen sind, wobei die einzelnen Arretiereinheiten (30) je ein Andruckstück (32) aufweisen, und wobei an einer dem Positionierschlitz abgewandten Seite des Andruckstückes (32) ein elastisches Element (33) angeordnet ist, wodurch das Andruckstück (32) elastisch gegen den Positionierschlitz (12) anliegt.Bidirectional torque wrench, comprising: a main body (10) provided with a shaft bore (11), wherein at least two mounting grooves (12) are arranged at an equal angle and symmetrically around the shaft bore (11), the individual mounting grooves (12 ) are connected to the shaft bore (11); an actuating lever (20) which is rotatably mounted in the shaft bore (11), wherein on the outer peripheral side of the actuating lever (20) a plurality of positioning slots (22) are formed, which are adapted to the mounting grooves (12) and arranged annularly with a certain distance from one another are, wherein the number of positioning slots (22) is exactly a multiple of the number of mounting grooves (12); at least two locking units (30) which are provided separately in the respective mounting grooves (12), wherein the individual locking units (30) each have a pressure piece (32), and wherein on a side facing away from the positioning slot of the pressure piece (32) an elastic element (33) is arranged, whereby the pressure piece (32) elastically abuts against the positioning slot (12).

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Drehmomentschlüssel, insbesondere einen bidirektionalen Drehmomentschlüssel nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a torque wrench, in particular a bidirectional torque wrench according to the preamble of claim 1.
Durch die Erfindung wird ein bidirektionaler Drehmomentschlüssel geschaffen, der einen Grundkörper aufweist, an dem ein Betätigungshebel angebracht wird. Rings um den Betätigungshebel werden mindestens zwei Arretiereinheiten in einem gleichen Winkel zueinander und symmetrisch angeordnet, wobei die Arretiereinheiten jeweils gegen einen an dem Betätigungshebel ausgebildeten Positionierschlitz gedrückt werden, was nicht nur bei Betätigung des bidirektionalen Drehmomentschlüssels ermöglicht, dass jeweils in einer entgegengesetzten Richtung auf die Arretiereinheiten wirkende Querkräfte gegenseitig aufgehoben werden, sodass die Arretiereinheiten nicht mehr so leicht exzentrisch verlagert werden, sondern auch eine stabile Drehmomentausgabe gewährt, sodass ein auf eine einzige Arretiereinheit wirkendes Drehmoment reduziert wird, um einen maximal erreichbaren Drehmomentwert des bidirektionalen Drehmomentschlüssels stark zu erhöhen.The invention provides a bidirectional torque wrench having a base body to which an operating lever is attached.
