Description
Die Temperatur beider Phasen betrug 2O0C.dated and this suspension added 0.4 kg of a 20% sodium hydroxide solution. The spindle oil was then allowed to flow into the aqueous emulsion, with vigorous stirring. The temperature of both phases was 2O 0 C.
The result was a creamy, fine oil-in-water emulsion that was long-lasting.
The spindle oil emulsion produced in this way has the advantage that it is made alkaline and can have a strongly alkaline pH value of up to pH = 12, so that corrosion of the iron tools is avoided. These oil emulsions can be removed very easily from the wastewater, however, because they break quickly and completely if the pH value is lowered to less than 7 by adding acid, for example hydrochloric acid or by adding other strongly acidic wastewater.

2. Paraffinemulsion. Anwendung als Schalmittel für Zementbetonformen und Schalplatten.2. Paraffin emulsion. Use as formwork for cement concrete molds and formwork panels.
100 kg Weichparaffin wurden durch Erwärmen auf 75° C aufgeschmolzen und darin 2 kg eines Fettmonoamins gelöst.100 kg of soft paraffin were melted by heating to 75 ° C. and 2 kg of one in it Dissolved fatty monoamine.
verspritzen ließ.15 kg calcium bentonite were suspended in 500 liters of water and the water was heated to 50.degree. The molten paraffin was allowed to flow very slowly into the aqueous suspension, the mixture being stirred very vigorously by means of a high-speed stirrer.
The result was a liquid, finely divided oil-in-water emulsion that could be brushed or sprayed.

3. Hartbitumenemulsion. Anwendung als Bitumenierungszusatz zum Herstellen bituminierter Preßpappen und Pappen.3. Hard bitumen emulsion. Use as a bitumen additive for the production of bituminized Pressboard and cardboard.
werden kann.200 kg of bitumen of penetration 65 (at 25 ° C.) were melted by heating to 130 ° C. and 0.5 kg of fatty monoamine was added to this melt shortly before emulsification.
In 300 liters of water that had been heated to 7O 0 C, was added 15 kg of a Ca-Na-bentonite suspension. The molten bitumen was allowed to flow into this aqueous suspension very slowly and with vigorous stirring of the mixture, and the mixture was stirred for a further 5 minutes. The result was a medium-dispersed, storage-stable, thixotropic bitumen-in-water emulsion which, compared to the known reinforced emulsions, contains little bentonite, which reduces the adhesive effect of the bitumen.
The emulsion can be broken by the action of acid, whereby the carbon dioxide in the air is sufficient, which has the further advantage that after the emulsion has broken, the excess water is squeezed out and the drying process can be greatly shortened.
Es entstand eine feine Öl-in-Wasser-Emulsion, die unempfindlich gegen die Härtebildner des Wassers ist.4. 1.0 kg of a fatty monoamine (carbon chain from C 6 to C 12 ) was dissolved in the cold in 100 liters of spindle oil. 10 kg of an organic cation exchanger were suspended in 50 liters of water. This organic cation exchanger is a highly condensed synthetic resin with sulpho groups (ion exchangeability 11Omval / 100g), which is in the sodium form and was ground very finely. The oily phase was allowed to flow slowly into the exchanger suspension with vigorous stirring. A fine oil-in-water emulsion was created, which is insensitive to the hardness components of the water.
Like the emulsion according to Example 1, this emulsion also has the advantage that it is alkaline is set and therefore does not attack the tools, but that it is through acidic setting brought to break and thereby easily removes the oily constituents from the wastewater can be.
In general, it can be stated that those produced by the process according to the invention Emulsions are very finely dispersed that they are also storage-stable, d. H. when storing in barrels and remain practically unchanged during transport and that they also have a high processing stability, d. H. are not only sprayable, brushable and mixable with sand, but even with sand and rock flour can be mixed. The emulsions are chemically stable as long as the pH is high enough, but they can easily be broken if the pH is too high is reduced by acidification. Bitumen-in-water emulsions can also be used according to the process according to the invention are made from soft bitumen, calcium bentonite and fatty amine, which are fully stable are, but can already be broken by the action of the carbonic acid in the air.
