Die mit einer Sicke 7 ausgebildete topfförmige Metallmembran 8 ist am Gehäuse 1 dicht verschweißt und wird vom aufschraubbaren Gehäuseoberteil 9 derart gegen das Gehäuse gepreßt, daß die Schweißnaht 10 voll entlastet ist.
