Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren zum Bearbeiten einer keramischen Schutzschicht (3), welche auf der Oberfläche (2) an der Saugseite (4) und an der Druckseite (5) einer Gasturbinenschaufel (1) aufgetragen wird, offenbart. Die Rauhigkeit der keramischen Schutzschicht (3) wird an der gesamten Oberfläche (2) reduziert. Zusätzlich wird die Rauhigkeit an mindestens einer stromabgelegenen Stelle (7) der Saugseite (4) oder Druckseite (5) durch Feinstschleifen oder Polieren reduziert. Das zusätzliche Glätten bringt einen zusätzlichen Wirkungsgradgewinn.
