Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kraftfahrzeugrohbau nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 sowie ein Verfahren zum Herstellen desselben. The invention relates to a motor vehicle shell according to the preamble of claim 1 and a method for producing the same.
Aus der Praxis ist es bekannt, einen Kraftfahrzeugrohbau aus Aluminium zu fertigen. Kraftfahrzeugrohbauten aus Aluminium verfügen gegenüber Kraftfahrzeugrohbauten aus Stahl über ein deutlich geringeres Gewicht. Bislang ist es aber nicht möglich, ein Bauteil aus einem Magnesiumwerkstoff und ein Bauteil aus einem Aluminiumwerkstoff unter Ausbildung des Kraftfahrzeugrohbaus unter Gewährleistung eines ausreichenden Korrosionsschutzes miteinander zu verbinden. Hiervon ausgehend liegt der vorliegenden Erfindung die Aufgabe zu Grunde einen neuartigen Kraftfahrzeugrohbau sowie ein Verfahren zum Herstellen desselben zu schaffen. Mit der vorliegenden Erfindung wird ein Kraftfahrzeugrohbau vorgeschlagen, bei welchem ein Bauteil aus einem Aluminiumwerkstoff mit einem Bauteil aus einem Magnesiumwerkstoff verbunden ist, nämlich über eine Schraubverbindung, die eine Schraube aus Stahl und eine Unterlegscheibe aus einem Aluminiumwerkstoff umfasst, wobei die Unterlegscheibe zwischen dem Schraubenkopf der Schraube aus Stahl und dem zweiten Bauteil aus dem Magnesiumwerkstoff positioniert ist. Durch die Verwendung der Unterlegscheibe aus dem Aluminiumwerkstoff kann ein guter Korrosionsschutz zwischen dem zweiten Bauteil aus dem Magnesiumwerkstoff und der Schraube aus Stahl gewährleistet werden. Gegenüber einer Lösung, bei welcher Schraube und Unterlegscheibe als Einheit im Sinne einer Kombischraube den zu verbindenden Bauteilen zugeführten werden, kann durch die getrennte Zuführung von Schraube und Unterlegscheibe einerseits ein Verkippen von Schraube und Unterlegscheibe beim Zuführen derselben den zu verbindenden Bauteilen vermieden werden, andererseits wird eine Beschädigungsgefahr der Unterlegscheibe aus dem Aluminiumwerkstoff bei der Ausbildung der Schraubverbindung vermieden, da der Schraubenkopf der Schraube erst unmittelbar vor dem Ausbilden der Schraubverbindung die Unterlegscheibe kontaktiert.
