Ausgehend hiervon, liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein elektrisch leitfähiges Textilmaterial der eingangs genannten Art zu entwickeln, das einen hohen Tragekomfort bei der Verwendung in einem Schuh ermöglicht und eine dauerhaft verbesserte Leitfähigkeit aufweist.outgoing thereof, the invention is based on the object, an electrical conductive To develop textile material of the type mentioned, the one allows high wearing comfort when used in a shoe and a permanently improved conductivity having.
This object is achieved in claim 1 feature combination proposed. Advantageous embodiments and further developments The invention will become apparent from the dependent claims. One Process for producing the flat braid according to the invention results from the claims 13 to 17.
According to the invention it is proposed that the textile material is designed as a flat braid, in which the plastic threads at least in sections at connecting points cohesively with each other are connected. The flat braid remains flexible, however becomes a support the threads reached together, whereby the braid with compressive load not fanned out becomes. The steel threads are less heavily loaded and their risk of breakage is thus reduced. Furthermore, the surface roughness becomes of the flat braid, resulting in the preferred use of the flat braid as a grounding conductor for static electrical charges in safety clothing, in particular safety shoes and boots improved. The connecting points of the plastic threads are preferred a chemical and / or thermomechanical treatment of the flat braid created. The joints between the plastic threads can be point- or linear be formed, but do not take such an extent that as it were a clumping of the threads would occur. The plastic threads preferably consist of polyester and the metal threads stainless steel. The ratio of plastic to metal filaments in the range from 80:20 to 50:50, and is preferably about 60:40. Around a sufficient flexibility ensure the flat mesh, the fineness of the threads is advantageous in the range of Nm 50/2. Preferably, the plastic and metal threads are one Yarn spun, from which the flat braid is braided. One Flat braid with the above properties has an electrical Resistance in the range of 500 to 3,000 Ω / m. In more preferred Embodiment of the invention, the flat braid has a width in the range of 5 to 15 mm and is doppellechtig trained. The number of lichens can be advantageous in the range of 50 to 70 per 10 cm length be.
The inventive method for producing a flat braid of the above-described Art provides that the flat braid after braiding cohesive joints creating between the plastic threads is treated chemically and / or thermomechanically. Basically the desired Properties also exclusively by a thermomechanical treatment, however, has It turned out that a chemical pretreatment the use lower temperatures allowed in the thermomechanical treatment. Preferably, the flat braid is thus initially by a liquid bath, consisting of water and acetone in a mixing ratio of about 10: 1, before It is passed through a pair of heated rollers. The roll temperature should be in the range of 30 to 60 ° C and is preferably at a wet-chemical pretreatment 35 to 40 ° C.
Es zeigt:in the The invention will be described below with reference to a drawing in the drawing illustrated embodiment explained in more detail. It shows:

Schließlich wird eine elektrisch leitfähige Gummisohle mit elektrisch leitendem Kleber auf die Unterseite der Brandsohle geklebt.at a preferred use of the flat braid is this laterally on the upper leather in the interior of a safety shoe so incorporated that it is about 5 inches across an assumed shoe insert protrudes into the footwell. It can It can be sewn directly to the upper leather in the front part of the shoe. Since the flat braid is flexible, it fits any shoe shape at. Subsequently is the flat braid through a slot in the (non-conductive) Insole pulled through and on the bottom of the insole attached. This lot of flat braid should be about 5 cm long be. After all becomes an electrically conductive Rubber sole with electrically conductive adhesive on the bottom of the Insole glued.
