Aus Fig. 1 ist eine prinzipielle Anordnung einer Extrusionsanlage dar­ gestellt. Über ein Reservoir 7 werden mehrere Extruder, hier drei mit 1, 2 und 3 bezeichnet, über Versorgungsleitungen 8 mit ein und dem sel­ ben Rohstoff, beispielsweise Kunststoffgranulat, versorgt. Die Extru­ der 1, 2, 3 sind über Extruderstränge 5 mit dem Extrusionswerkzeug 4 verbunden. Das Extrusionswerkzeug ist in mehrere Teilbereiche aufge­ teilt, in diesem Beispiel in drei Teilbereiche 4a, 4b, 4c, die jeweils mit einen anderen Extruder 1, 2 oder 3 verbunden sind. An das Extrusions­ werkzeug 4 schließt sich die Kalibriereinrichtung 6 an.From Fig. 1 a basic arrangement of an extrusion system is provided. Hierbei ist vorgesehen, die Tempe­ rierung über Heizpatronen oder über eine Heizringleitung zu ermögli­ chen. Beim Einsatz einer Ringleitung ist es möglich, nicht nur den Schmelzestrom zu erwärmen, sondern auch durch den Einsatz eines ent­ sprechenden Kühlmittels zu kühlen. Bei manchen Profilgeometrien kann es erforderlich sein, einen Extruderstrang 5 noch weiter aufzuteilen, hierzu ist eine Aufteilung des Extruderstranges 5 über einen Y-Verteiler besonders geeignet. Ein derartiger Y-Verteiler ist in Fig. 2 dargestellt. Claims (8)

1. Vorrichtung zum Extrudieren von Profilen, insbesondere von Fen­ sterprofilen, die umfaßt:
mindestens drei Extruder (1, 2, 3) zum Extrudieren von Kunst­ stoffmaterial,
eine Extrusionsdüse (4) zum Erzeugen eines Kunststoffprofils, die über einen Extruderstrang (5a, 5b, 5c) mit den Extrudern (1, 2, 3) in Verbindung steht, und
eine Kalibriereinrichtung (6) zum Kalibrieren des erzeugten Kunststoffprofils,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Extrusionsdüse (4) in mindestens drei Teilbereiche (4a, 4b, 4c) aufgeteilt ist, wobei jeder Teilbereich (4a, 4b, 4c) von einem der Extruder (1, 2, 3) mit Kunststoffmaterial versorgt wird, wobei in allen Extrudern (1, 2, 3) dasselbe Kunststoffmaterial verarbeitet wird.
1. An apparatus for extruding profiles, in particular Fen sterprofilen, which comprises:
at least three extruders ( 1 , 2 , 3 ) for extruding plastic material,
an extrusion nozzle ( 4 ) for producing a plastic profile, which is connected to the extruders ( 1 , 2 , 3 ) via an extruder strand ( 5 a, 5 b, 5 c), and
a calibration device ( 6 ) for calibrating the plastic profile produced,
characterized in that
the extrusion nozzle ( 4 ) is divided into at least three sections ( 4 a, 4 b, 4 c), each section ( 4 a, 4 b, 4 c) being supplied with plastic material by one of the extruders ( 1 , 2 , 3 ) , whereby the same plastic material is processed in all extruders ( 1 , 2 , 3 ).

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Teilbereich (4a, 4b, 4c) über mindestens einen separaten Extru­ derstrang (5a, 5b; 5c) mit einem der Extruder (1, 2, 3) verbunden ist. 2. Verfahren zum Extrudieren von Profilen, insbesondere von Fen­ sterprofilen, das folgende Schritte umfaßt:
  • - Extrudieren von Kunststoffmaterial in mindestens drei Extru­ dern (1, 2, 3),
  • - Zuführen der extrudierten Kunststoffmasse von den Extru­ dern (1, 2, 3) zu einer Extrusionsdüse (4), wobei die Verbin­ dung von jedem Extruder (1, 2, 3) zur Extrusionsdüse (4) über je einen Extruderstrang (5a, 5b, 5c) erfolgt und jeder Extru­ derstrang (5a, 5b, 5c) je einem Teilbereich (4a, 4b, 4c) der Ex­ trusionsdüse (4) zugeordnet ist,
  • - Extrudieren des Profils in der Extrusionsdüse (4),
  • - Kalibrieren des Profils in einer Kalibriereinrichtung (6), bis es eine ausreichende Eigenstabilität erreicht hat,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Mengenzufuhr von Kunststoffschmelze in die einzelnen Ex­ truderstränge (5a, 5b, 5c) unabhängig voneinander gesteuert oder geregelt wird.
5. A method for extruding profiles, in particular Fen sterprofilen, comprising the following steps:
  • - Extruding plastic material in at least three extruders ( 1 , 2 , 3 ),

  • - extruding the profile in the extrusion die ( 4 ),
  • - Calibrate the profile in a calibration device ( 6 ) until it has achieved sufficient inherent stability,
characterized in that
the quantity of plastic melt in the individual extruder strands ( 5 a, 5 b, 5 c) is controlled or regulated independently of one another.
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerung oder Regelung der Mengenzufuhr von Kunststoff­ schmelze in die Extruderstränge (5a, 5b, 5c) über Beeinflussung der Drehzahl der jeweiligen Extruder (1, 2, 3) erfolgt. 6.
