Abstract

<p>La presente descripcion se refiere a compuestos de formula I que son utiles como moduladores de α7 nAChR, composiciones que comprenden tales compuestos, y el uso de tales compuestos para prevenir, tratar o mejorar la enfermedad, particularmente trastornos del sistema nervioso central, tales como deterioros cognitivos en la enfermedad 5 de Alzheimer, la enfermedad de Parkinson y la esquizofrenia, asi como para la disquinesia inducida por L-DOPA y la inflamacion.</p>
