Due to the fact that the dust separating parts are arranged in parallel, under the condition of the same dust collecting amount, finer dust can be effectively absorbed, the situation that the dust leaks out cannot occur, and dust filtering efficiency of the dust collector is improved. Meanwhile, the periphery of the inlet of the dust separation part is provided with the filter screen, large dust particles sucked by the dust collector are primarily separated, so that the cyclone separation device is only used for filtering small dust particles, and the dust particles with different sizes can be effectively separated. In particular, small dust particles and large dust particles are accommodated in different dust chambers, so that the dust collecting device is easy to clean and convenient to operate.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention discloses a portable vacuum cleaner. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the portable vacuum cleaner comprises a housing 1, a dust collecting case 2 detachably attached to the housing 1, a handle 3 provided on the housing 1, a motor 4 accommodated in the housing 1, a fan 6 driven by the motor 4, and a power supply device 8 electrically connected to the motor 4 through a switch 9. A cyclone separator 7 is provided in the dust box 2 for collecting and separating fine dust particles.
Typically, the fan 6 of the portable cleaner is driven by the motor 4 via a transmission 5, and the power supply means 8 for powering the motor 4 may be a battery pack or an alternating current. The battery pack is rechargeable and can be reused. Preferably, the utility model discloses a group battery is as power supply unit 8, and this power supply unit 8 is located in the casing 1 of dust catcher.
The handle 3 of the dust collector can be arranged on the shell 1 or on the dust collecting box 2.

The first connecting wall 13 is connected to the second connecting wall 14 by means of the snap means 17, thereby connecting the dust box 2 to the housing 1. The side of the housing 1 facing the dust box 2 is provided with a receiving opening 16, through which opening 16 the cyclonic separating apparatus 7 communicates with the fan 6.
Referring to fig. 2 to 7, the cyclonic separating apparatus 7 comprises inlet openings 72a, 72b for a dust and air mixture, outlet openings 71a, 71b for dust and debris, at least two conical separating portions 74a, 74b arranged in parallel, and air outlet openings 75a, 75b in communication with the fan 6. The air outlets 75a, 75b of the cyclonic separating apparatus 7 communicate with the receiving opening 16 provided in the housing 1 via the connecting portion 76. Depending on the size of the dust collecting box 2, a plurality of parallel conical separating parts can be arranged to improve the dust removing efficiency of the dust collector. Due to the fact that the dust separating parts are arranged in parallel, under the condition of the same dust collecting amount, finer dust can be effectively absorbed, the situation that the dust leaks out cannot occur, and the dust removing efficiency of the dust collector is improved.
The cyclonic separating apparatus 7 further comprises cylindrical separating sections 73a, 73b connected to conical separating sections 74a, 74b, the dust and air mixture inlets 72a, 72b being arranged tangentially to the cylindrical separating sections 73a, 73 b. After the dust-air mixture is sucked into the cylindrical separating portions 73a, 73b, a spiral air flow is formed, and dust particles are separated from the air flow and run out of the dust and debris outlets 71a, 71b to fall into the dust collecting case 2 by centrifugal force. Clean air flows in the direction indicated by arrow a from the air outlets 75a, 75b to the fan 6 driven by the motor 4.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in a preferred embodiment of the cyclonic separating apparatus 7 of the present invention, the inlets 72a, 72b of the cyclonic separating apparatus 7 are located on the same side of the cylindrical separating portions 73a, 73 b. The dust air passes through the sieve 10 and enters the cylindrical separating portions 73a, 73b tangentially from the inlets 72a, 72 b.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, in another embodiment of the cyclonic separating apparatus 7 of the present invention, the inlets 72a, 72b of the cyclonic separating apparatus 7 are located on opposite sides of the cylindrical separating portion 73a, 73 b.
The dust box 2 of the cleaner comprises a first dust compartment 21 and a second dust compartment 22, which are provided with a dust inlet 24 at the front for collecting and guiding a mixture of dust and air. Suitable accessories may be connected to the dust inlet 24 for cleaning in different situations. When the cleaner is in operation, the fan 6 discharges air from the air outlet 11, creating an air pressure in the housing 1 containing the fan 6 that is negative with respect to atmospheric pressure, causing a mixture of dust and air to enter the dust container 2 through the dust inlet 24. The dust container 2 has a substantially D-shaped cross-section, and a mixture of dust and air is drawn in to form a spiral flow of air towards the cyclonic separating apparatus 7 disposed within the dust container 2, and large debris falls down and accumulates in the first dust compartment 21. Meanwhile, the filter screen 10 is provided at the periphery of the inlets 72a, 72b of the cyclone separating apparatus 7 to primarily separate large dust particles sucked by the cleaner, and the cyclone separating apparatus 7 is only responsible for filtering small dust particles, so that dust particles of different sizes can be effectively separated. The sieve 10 is provided with a plurality of through holes through which fine dust particles can pass into the inlets 72a, 72b of the cyclonic separating apparatus 7.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the dust and debris outlets 71a, 71b are located in the second dust holding chamber 22. Referring to fig. 1, the second dust containing chamber 22 is detachable independently, and includes a detachable sealing cover 23 for sealing the collected fine dust particles in the second dust containing chamber 22, so that the dust particles are not mixed into the first dust containing chamber 21, thereby preventing the cyclone 7 from re-separating. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the second dust compartment 22 may be located not only within the first dust compartment 21, but also outside the first dust compartment 21. Referring to fig. 7, the second dust containing chamber 22 is disposed outside the first dust containing chamber 21. The first dust compartment 21 is provided with an opening 15, and the conical separating portions 74a, 74b of the cyclonic separating apparatus 7 are provided at their ends with connections which seal the second dust compartment 22 relative to each other, the outlets 71a, 71b for dust and debris extending from the opening 15 into the second dust compartment 22. When the dust collecting box 2 needs to be cleaned, the first dust containing chamber 21 and the second dust containing chamber 22 can be cleaned at the same time by detaching the whole dust collecting box 2 from the housing 1. Meanwhile, small dust particles and large dust particles are respectively contained in different dust containing chambers and can be cleaned respectively, and the operation is convenient.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the conical separating portions 74a, 74b are disposed substantially parallel to each other, and may be disposed at an angle to each other as the space size permits.
In order to facilitate the operator's view of the dust collection within the dust container 2, the dust container 2 and the cyclonic separating apparatus 7 are preferably constructed from a transparent material, preferably a lightweight plastics material. Thus, the weight of the whole dust collector is not increased due to the arrangement of the cyclone separation device 7, and the operation of an operator is convenient and comfortable.
Claims (10)
1. A portable vacuum cleaner comprising a housing (1), a dust collecting container (2) removably connected to the housing (1), a handle (3) provided on either of the housing (1) and the dust collecting container (2), a motor (4) accommodated in the housing (1), a fan (6) driven by the motor (4), and a power supply device (8) electrically connected to the motor (4) via a switch (9), a cyclone separating device (7) being provided in the dust collecting container (2), characterized in that the cyclone separating device (7) comprises a dust-air mixture inlet (72a, 72b), a dust and debris outlet (71a, 71b), at least two conical separating portions (74a, 74b) arranged side by side, and an air outlet (75a, 75b) communicating with the fan (6).

A portable vacuum cleaner according to claim 1, wherein the cyclonic separating apparatus (7) comprises a cylindrical separating portion (73a, 73b) connected to the conical separating portion (74a, 74b), the dust-air mixture inlet (72a, 72b) being arranged tangentially to the cylindrical separating portion (73a, 73 b).
3. A portable vacuum cleaner according to claim 2, characterized in that the inlet (72a, 72b) is externally provided with a sieve (10).
4. A portable vacuum cleaner according to claim 3, wherein the dust container (2) comprises a first dust compartment (21) and a second dust compartment (22), the dust and debris outlet (71a, 71b) being provided in the second dust compartment (22).
5. A portable vacuum cleaner according to claim 4, characterized in that the second dust compartment (22) comprises a removable sealing cover (23).
6. The portable cleaner according to claim 5, wherein the second dust compartment (22) is provided in the first dust compartment (21).
7. The portable vacuum cleaner according to claim 1, wherein the conical separating portions (74a, 74b) are arranged substantially parallel to each other.
8. A portable vacuum cleaner according to any one of claims 2 to 7, characterised in that the inlets (72a, 72b) of the cyclonic separating apparatus (7) are located on the same side of the cylindrical separating portion (73a, 73 b).
9. A portable vacuum cleaner according to any one of claims 2 to 7, wherein the inlet (72) of the cyclonic separating apparatus (7) is located on opposite sides of the cylindrical separating portion (73a, 73 b).
10. A portable vacuum cleaner according to any one of claims 2 to 7, wherein the cyclonic separating apparatus (7) is constructed from a plastics material.
