Abstract
一种立柱式电风扇送风机构,包括壳体、风轮、驱动电机、导风体、摇摆机构,驱动电机安装在与壳体联接的支承板上,摇摆机构的微电机固定在壳体的连接盘上,导风体套在风轮外,导风体上设有进风口、出风口、导风板和挡风板,风轮的上轴通过轴承固定在壳体上,风轮的下轴与电机输出轴连接,其特点是:导风体的出风口处设有导风网栅,在支承板上设有承托导风体的滚动支承件,导风体置于滚动支承件上,导风体设有防止其在摇摆运动时发生位置偏移的限位件,摇摆机构的连杆与从导风体伸出的摇杆成活动连接。本送风机构能减轻摇摆机构的负荷,避免电源引线磨损,运转平稳、噪声低、寿命长、使用安全。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种立柱式电风扇,特别是立柱式电风扇的送风机构。
背景技术
现有立柱式电风扇的送风机构主要由风轮、驱动电机、导风体、摇摆机构组成。导风体是收集由风轮产生的切向风并引导风流流向机外的构件,沿轴向套在风轮之外,一侧设有进风口,另一侧设有出风口,在出风口的两边分别设有导风板和挡风板。风轮转动时从导风体进气口吸入空气,把空气加压后从导风体的出风口排出。当需要电风扇摇摆送风时,启动摇摆机构,摇摆机构的微电机通过曲柄、连杆推动机身使导风体左右摇摆送风。导风体有两种结构,一种是以壳体作为导风体,另一种是独立设置的导风体。上述两种结构的导风体均与驱动电机及风轮一起安装在电风扇的机身上。而摇摆机构是通过其曲柄、连杆推动机身而使导风体左右摇摆的,摇摆机构在推动导风体摇摆送风的同时,也推动风轮和驱动电机一起摆动。摇摆机构处于高负荷状态下运行,微电机、曲柄、连杆等受力部位极易磨损,同时容易出现摆动震颤及运转噪音大等问题。此外,由于驱动电机随导风体摇摆,其电源引线容易与其他部件磨擦,严重时会使电源引线绝缘层磨损甚至引发短路,存在很大的安全隐患。这是此类产品问世近20年来未能解决的一个技术难题。为减小电源引线的磨损,通常只好采用增加电线长度或绝缘层厚度的办法,不但浪费材料,而且绝缘层厚的电源引线对摇摆机构有较大阻力,极易造成摇摆不均等异常现象。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有立柱式电风扇送风机构的上述缺点,提供一种能减轻摇摆机构的负荷,避免电源引线磨损,运转平稳、噪声低、寿命长、使用安全的立柱式电风扇送风机构。
本实用新型是采用如下技术方案实现的:本立柱式电风扇送风机构包括壳体、风轮、驱动电机、导风体、摇摆机构,驱动电机安装在与壳体联接的支承板上,摇摆机构的微电机固定在壳体的连接盘上,导风体套在风轮外,导风体上设有进风口、出风口、导风板和挡风板,风轮的上轴通过轴承固定在壳体上,风轮的下轴与电机输出轴连接,本实用新型导风体的出风口处设有导风网栅,在支承板上设有承托导风体的滚动支承件,导风体置于滚动支承件上,导风体设有防止其在摇摆运动时发生位置偏移的限位件,摇摆机构的连杆与从导风体伸出的摇杆成活动连接。送风机构工作时,旋转的风轮把空气从壳体的进风口吸入,经导风体的进风口进入导风体内。风轮在导风体内把空气加压后经导风体内的导风板和挡风板引导至导风体的导风网栅由出风口排出,经壳体出风口送出风扇外。当需要摇摆送风时,摇摆机构的微电机通过曲柄、连杆推动导风体上的摇杆,使导风体向水平方向左右摇摆,从而达到摇摆送风的目的。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下优点:
1.本立柱式电风扇的摇摆机构只推动导风体作往复摆动,而安装固定于壳体上的其他部件如主电机、风轮、电源引线等均不随导风体一起摆动,摇摆机构的负荷及摇摆产生的噪声和振动将大幅减少,运转平稳,并彻底消除了电源引线与摇摆机构磨擦破损而引发短路的安全隐患。解决了多年来未能解决的技术难题。
2.本立柱式电风扇作摇摆送风时,其摆动机构所受的力只有导风体的负荷,而导风体的重量仅为风扇机身的1/10,从而可减少微电机、曲柄等驱动机构零部件因受力过重而受损产生的故障,有效延长产品的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
参见附图,本立柱式电风扇送风机构由壳体6、风轮1、驱动电机2、导风体3、摇摆机构4构成。驱动电机2安装在与壳体6联接的支承板7上,摇摆机构4的微电机25固定在壳体6的连接盘10上。摇摆机构的连杆27与从导风体3下端伸出的摇杆28成活动连接。导风体3套在风轮1外。风轮1的上轴8通过轴承9固定在壳体6上,风轮1的下轴12与电机输出轴11连接。导风体3上设有进风口20、出风口23、导风板21和挡风板22。导风体3的出风口23处设有导风网栅29。在支承板7上设有承托导风体3的滚动支承件13。导风体3的底部设有环形槽18,可套在滚动支承件13上滑动。滚动支承件13的数量至少3个。本实施例的滚动支承件13为钢珠,钢珠通过支座14安装在支承板7上。导风体3的顶面和底面设有可分别避开风轮顶轴和驱动电机的孔30、31。导风体3设有防止其在摇摆运动时发生位置偏移的限位件15。限位件15分别设置在导风体3的顶部和支承板7的顶部。在导风体3的底部设有限位件15的导轨16,在壳体6顶部的内壁设有限位件15的导轨17。本实施例的限位件15为滚轮,滚轮通过滚轮轴5分别安装在导风体3和支承板7的顶部。
送风机构工作时,旋转的风轮1把空气从壳体6的进风口19处吸入,经导风体3的进风口20进入导风体3内。风轮1在导风体3内把空气加压后经导风体3内的导风板21和挡风板22引导至导风体3的导风网栅29由出风口23排出,经壳体6的出风口24送出风扇外。当需要摇摆送风时,摇摆机构4的微电机25通过曲柄26、连杆27推动导风体3上的摇杆28,使导风体3向水平方向左右摇摆,从而达到摇摆送风的目的。
以上结合附图给出的实施例,仅为便于理解本实用新型,而并非是对本实用新型的限制。有关领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本实用新型的精神和范围的情况下,还可作出多种变形和变化。本实用新型的保护范围是由各权利要求限定的,包括落入各权利要求范围的各种变形和变化,以及它们的等同物。

1.一种立柱式电风扇送风机构,包括壳体、风轮、驱动电机、导风体、摇摆机构,驱动电机安装在与壳体联接的支承板上,摇摆机构的微电机固定在壳体的连接盘上,导风体套在风轮外,导风体上设有进风口、出风口、导风板和挡风板,风轮的上轴通过轴承固定在壳体上,风轮的下轴与电机输出轴连接,其特征在于:导风体的出风口处设有导风网栅,在支承板上设有承托导风体的滚动支承件,导风体置于滚动支承件上,导风体设有防止其在摇摆运动时发生位置偏移的限位件,摇摆机构的连杆与从导风体伸出的摇杆成活动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的立柱式电风扇送风机构,其特征是所述的导风体的底部设有环形槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的立柱式电风扇送风机构,其特征是所述的限位件分别设置在所述的导风体的顶部和所述的支承板的顶部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的立柱式电风扇送风机构,其特征是在所述的导风体的底部设有所述的限位件的导轨。
5.根据权利要求3所述的立柱式电风扇送风机构,其特征是在所述的壳体顶部的内壁设有所述的限位件的导轨。
6.根据权利要求1所述的立柱式电风扇送风机构,其特征是所述的限位件为滚轮。
7.根据权利要求1所述的立柱式电风扇送风机构,其特征是所述的滚动支承件的数量至少3个。
8.根据权利要求1所述的立柱式电风扇送风机构,其特征是所述的滚动支承件为钢珠。
9.根据权利要求1所述的立柱式电风扇送风机构,其特征是所述的摇杆从所述的导风体下端伸出。
