Abstract
The utility model provides sandals with binding band connecting lugs, which comprise soles and binding bands and are characterized in that the connecting lugs are integrally formed at the connecting positions of the soles and the binding bands, and the binding bands are sewn on the connecting lugs. The utility model is especially suitable for sandals with wider binding bands, and increases the area of the binding bands and/or sewing binding bands by arranging the binding band connecting lugs, so that the connection is firmer, and the connection operation is more convenient.
Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the field of articles of daily use, in particular to footwear products, and more particularly to sandals.
Background
For sandals, the connection between the upper and the sole is relatively limited, and there is a need for a secure connection without losing aesthetics and comfort. The prior art method is mainly to insert the strap attachment portion into the nip between the midsole and outsole, then glue it, and often re-engage the stitching as shown in fig. 1. This approach has the disadvantage that sandals that rely solely on gluing can come unglued over time. For the case of sewn connection, it is difficult to achieve the strap end sewn to the sole, especially if the sole is thicker; and secondly, the connecting mode is basically linear connection, the connecting surface is small, the connection is weak, and the sole and the binding belt are easy to tear.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of this application is to provide a sandal of structure optimization, solves the sole and the strap of sandal among the prior art and connects not firmly, the easy problem of tearing.
The sandal comprises a sole and a binding band, and is characterized in that the sole is integrally provided with a connecting lug at the joint of the sole and the binding band, and the binding band is sewn on the connecting lug.
Preferably, the connecting lugs and the adjacent sole portion are internally provided with a reinforcing lining, typically.
Preferably, a groove is arranged on one side of the connecting lug, which is used for the sewing band.
Preferably, the sole comprises a midsole and an outsole, the lugs being part of the midsole.
The utility model is especially suitable for sandals with wider binding bands, and increases the area of the binding bands and/or sewing binding bands by arranging the binding band connecting lugs, so that the connection is firmer, and the connection operation is more convenient.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present utility model will be described in detail with reference to the embodiments shown in fig. 2 to 3.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the sandal comprises a sole 1 and a strap 2, the sole 1 being provided with a connecting lug 12 integrally at the connection with the strap 2, the strap 2 being connected to the connecting lug 12. In this embodiment, the strap of each shoe is composed of a front strap and a rear strap, and the connecting lugs 12 are integrally formed at the portions of the sole corresponding to the front strap and the rear strap. It will be readily appreciated that the utility model is not limited thereto and that the strap may be one or 3, and that the shape may be different from that shown in fig. 2.
By adopting the integrally formed connecting lug structure, the connecting area of the binding belt and the sole is increased, the binding and sewing are more convenient and sufficient, the tear resistance of the connecting part is improved, and the comfort level of a wearer is also improved.
In the preferred embodiment shown in fig. 3, the sole has a portion with lugs which are of a ship-shaped cross section or have wing-shaped edges on either side of the sole. The fin-shaped sides serve as the connecting lugs 12. More preferably, the outer side of the connecting lug is provided with a groove 122, and the shape of the groove 122 is adapted to the shape of the strap connecting portion. The groove structure increases the matching area of the connecting lug and the connecting part of the binding band, so that the binding is firmer, and the binding is more convenient to machine. As a variant, the recess 122 may also be provided on the inside of the connecting lug, which may not be preferred from the standpoint of wearing comfort.
In a more preferred embodiment, at least the front attachment ear has a length of not less than 15mm, for example in the range of 15-40 mm; the width (in the up-down direction with respect to the ground) is not less than 10mm, for example, in the range of 10 to 30 mm.
In the case of a sole comprising a midsole and an outsole, the lugs are part of the midsole. The mid-substrate material is selected from materials with higher tear strength. In another embodiment, a reinforcing liner, typically a textile with the desired tear resistance, is provided within the connecting lugs and adjacent sole portions thereof. Typical examples of textiles are suede, canvas, polyester, cotton-polyester, etc. The reinforcing innerliner is placed in a mold for injection molding the sole such that the innerliner material is located inside the connecting lugs and other portions of the sole (not visible to the naked eye) after injection molding. The preferred mode is that when the sole parison is heat-set, the textile is placed in the sole inner core, and in the heat-setting process, the melted sole material is embedded into the mesh of the textile to realize firm combination. The applied reinforcing liner avoids tearing of the connecting lugs.
The utility model is especially suitable for sandals with wider binding bands, and increases the area of the binding bands and/or sewing binding bands by arranging the binding band connecting lugs, so that the binding bands are more firmly connected and the operation is more convenient. In the case of a sole comprising a midsole and an outsole with the connecting lugs provided on the midsole, only the tear resistance of the midsole needs to be considered. In the case where the attachment lugs include a reinforcing inner liner, the tear resistance of the midsole may also reduce requirements.
While the present aspects have been described with respect to specific embodiments, various modifications and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present utility model should be included in the protection scope of the present utility model.
