Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present application are described more fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 10, a roman umbrella according to the present application includes a main rod 1, an umbrella frame 2, and an umbrella cover (not shown), where the main rod 1 is used to support the umbrella frame 2, the umbrella frame 2 is used to support the umbrella cover, and the main rod 1 is installed perpendicular to the ground, so as to facilitate installation of a user and improve vertical aesthetic feeling. It will be appreciated that the main pole 1 may also be arranged inclined to the ground, with the angle between the main pole 1 and the ground being between 70 and 90 degrees, so that the centre of gravity of the roman umbrella is closer to the main pole than if it were arranged vertically, which improves the stability of the umbrella.
With continued reference to fig. 2, the primary lever 1 has a first end 11 and a second end 12 in the longitudinal direction, and when the primary lever 1 is vertically mounted, the first end 11 is located below the second end 12. Be equipped with the slide mechanism 13 with mobile jib 1 looks adaptation on mobile jib 1, slide mechanism 13 can slide on mobile jib 1, and slide mechanism 13 slides between first end 11 and second end 12, carries out the position to slide mechanism 13 and prescribes a limit to for slide mechanism 13 links to each other with mobile jib 1 all the time in the use.
The Roman umbrella further comprises a first rod 21 and a second rod 22, wherein the first rod 21 is rotatably connected with the sliding mechanism 13 in a hinged mode, a rotating shaft connection mode, a gear connection mode and the like. The second lever 22 is rotatably connected to the second end 12 of the primary lever 1, and the middle portion of the first lever 21 is rotatably connected to the middle portion of the second lever 22. As the sliding mechanism 13 moves up and down on the primary lever 1, the first lever 21 and the sliding mechanism 13 rotate with each other, the second lever 22 and the second end 12 rotate with each other, and the first lever 21 and the second lever 22 also rotate with each other. It can be understood that the second rod 22 is connected to the main rod 1, and may be disposed below the second end 12 of the main rod 1, so as to leave a certain margin at the second end 12 of the main rod 1, and may be used for the arrangement of the solar cell panel, and the like, thereby improving the flexibility of the component arrangement. Wherein the end portions are understood to be within the topmost third of the distance and the middle portion is understood to be within the middle most third of the total stem. It will also be appreciated that the joint between the first lever 21 and the sliding mechanism 13 can only rotate, the joint between the first lever 21 and the sliding mechanism 13 cannot be displaced relative to each other, and that other rotational joints are similar, but that the movements due to specific structures, process problems, and installation errors are not within the understanding of the displacements described above. The first rod 21 may also be used to support and secure the canopy; or the first rod 21 can be used only as a connecting device for opening and closing the umbrella framework.
The umbrella framework 2 comprises a connecting piece 3, a third rod 23 and a fourth rod 24, the connecting piece 3 comprises a first connecting piece 31 and a second connecting piece 32, and the first connecting piece 31 is positioned above the second connecting piece 32. Third pole 23 is a plurality of, is 3 at least, or more than 3, and a plurality of third poles 23 evenly set up around first connecting piece 31 circumference, and a plurality of third poles 23 support the umbrella face jointly and with umbrella face fixed connection, and the one end of a plurality of third poles 23 all rotates with first connecting piece 31 to be connected. The number of the fourth bars 24 is plural, the fourth bars 24 correspond to the third bars 23 one by one, one end of the plural fourth bars 24 is rotatably connected with the second connector 32, and the other end of the fourth bars 24 is rotatably connected with the third bars 23. The connection between the fourth rod 24 and the third rod 23 may be located in the middle of the third rod 23, or near the end of the third rod 23 connected to the first connector 31.
With continued reference to fig. 2 and 3, an end of the first rod 21 away from the sliding mechanism 13 is rotatably connected to the first connecting member 31, and an end of the second rod 22 away from the second end 12 is rotatably connected to the second connecting member 32. When the sliding mechanism 13 moves along the direction from the first end 11 to the second end 12, the end of the first rod 21 connected with the sliding mechanism 13 is driven to be close to the second end 12, the first rod 21 and the second rod 22 rotate mutually, so that the first connecting piece 31 and the second connecting piece 32 are close to each other, the fourth rod 24 supports the third rod 23 to move, so as to drive the third rod 23 to rotate relative to the first connecting piece 31, so as to prop open the umbrella cover, and finally, the umbrella opening is realized; when the sliding mechanism 13 moves downwards along the second end 12 towards the first end 11, the first rod 21 and the second rod 22 drive the first connecting element 31 and the second connecting element 32 to move away from each other, so as to drive the third rod 23 and the fourth rod 24 to rotate, thereby closing the umbrella cover. The opening and closing of the Roman umbrella are realized through a movable mechanical structure, the process is simple, the opening is rapid, and the user experience is improved; the rods are rotationally connected, so that the structure is simple, factory pre-installation is facilitated, the machining efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced; and the mechanical structure between each part is connected, and stability is high.

The fifth fixed pulley 65 has at least four, the fifth fixed pulley 65 is fixed to one of the seventh rod 212 and the eighth rod 213, and the fifth fixed pulley 65 enables the seventh rod 212 and the eighth rod 213 to be in rolling connection, so that the friction force of the relative movement of the seventh rod 212 and the eighth rod 213 is reduced, and the resistance force during the mutual movement is reduced. The sixth fixed pulley 66 is fixed to an end of the seventh rod 212 remote from the slide mechanism 13. The third movable pulley 69 is fixed to one end of the eighth rod 213, and the third movable pulley 69 moves in accordance with the movement of the eighth rod 213.
One end of the third wire rope 44 is fixedly connected with the seventh rod 212, the position where the third wire rope 44 is fixed with the seventh rod 212 is located at one end of the seventh rod 212 far away from the sliding mechanism 13, and then the third wire rope 44 is wound around the third movable pulley 69, the sixth fixed pulley 66 and finally the fourth reel 64. It will be appreciated that the fourth reel 64 acts as a winder 41 for winding the third cord 44, and that the fourth reel 64 may be self-locking, also using the third cord 44, and also cooperating with a ratchet-and-pawl to effect the use of a ratchet-and-pawl to secure the fourth reel 64.
The fourth reel 64 rotates to effect tensioning and loosening of the third wire rope 44, and when the third wire rope 44 is tensioned, the wire distance between the third movable pulley 69 and the sixth fixed pulley 66 becomes smaller, so that the third wire rope 44 moves the third fixed pulley 69, thereby effecting movement of the eighth rod 213 with respect to the seventh rod 212, that is, the eighth rod 213 is extended with respect to the seventh rod 212. When the third cord 44 is loosened, the friction between the seventh rod 212 and the eighth rod 213 is reduced by the weight of the umbrella frame and the fifth fixed pulley 65, so that the eighth rod 213 moves with respect to the seventh rod 212, i.e., the eighth rod 213 contracts with respect to the seventh rod 212. The movement of the third cord 44 is realized through the rotation of the fourth reel 64, so that the rotation of the umbrella cover is realized, the angle adjustment of the umbrella cover is realized, and the diversified umbrella cover angle requirements of users are met.
