Disclosed is an LED street lamp (1) comprising: the LED lamp comprises a lamp holder (20), wherein an inner cavity of the lamp holder is provided with an LED light source plate (40), an opening of the inner cavity is a light outlet window, a lens component (10) is convexly covered at the light outlet window, and the lens component (10) is adjacent to the lamp holder (20) and is provided with a light shielding component.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to a street lamp, and more particularly to an LED street lamp for illumination.
Background
In recent years, LED street lamps are widely installed to replace conventional HID street lamp lighting. The light emitted by the LED light source is mainly concentrated in the light emitting direction so as to be more efficiently projected on the road surface. In the direction perpendicular to the light emitting direction, the brightness is obviously reduced, people stand on the ground and expect a far street lamp, and find that the street lamp in a short distance disappears quickly, unlike the road at night which extends to the end of the day in a winding way and loses the guiding feeling on the road of the traditional street lamp when the traditional HID street lamp is used. In addition, the LED light source has the characteristics of high surface brightness and small light emitting volume, and if human eyes look directly at the LED light source, dazzling bright spots can be seen, which causes uncomfortable glare feeling.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The present disclosure seeks to provide an improved filament lamp that still has a certain brightness perpendicular to the main light exit direction while being able to avoid the direct viewing of the glare spots of the LED light source by the human eye.
In one aspect, according to one embodiment, there is provided a street light, comprising: the LED lamp comprises a lamp holder, wherein an LED light source plate is arranged in an inner cavity of the lamp holder, an opening of the inner cavity is a light emitting window, a lens component is convexly covered at the light emitting window, and a shading component is arranged at the position, close to the lamp holder, of the lens component.
Preferably, the light shielding component is a light shielding coating. More preferably, the light blocking coating is printed on the inner sidewall of the lens member by screen printing.
Preferably, the lens member is made of glass or plexiglass.
In a specific embodiment, the lens member has an entrance at a side facing the lamp head, the entrance having a geometric center, the shading member extends from where the lens member is coupled to the lamp head in a direction away from the lamp head to a shading rim, the shading member ranges from: the included angle theta between the joint and the shading outer edge relative to the geometric center is less than or equal to 13 degrees +/-2 degrees.
In some embodiments, the LED light source board comprises an LED array of a plurality of LEDs disposed on a carrier. The carrier may be a circuit board. The LED light source board may further include a lens board covering the LED array or a separate lens disposed over each of the plurality of LEDs, respectively.
In some embodiments, the LED light source board is substantially flush with the light exit window.
The LED street lamp also comprises a coupling mechanism connected with the lamp post.
When the street lamp according to the present disclosure is lighted, the light emitted therefrom forms fresnel scattering on the material surface of the lens member, thereby forming a certain amount of lateral optical distribution so that a person on the ground at a distance can observe the presence of the street lamp. These starred street lights constitute the guiding experience of conventional street lights when they are distributed in strings along a meandering road. Meanwhile, due to the existence of the light shielding part, human eyes can not directly observe a dazzling LED light source, and discomfort caused by glare is successfully avoided.

Fig. 1 is a street light 1 according to the present disclosure, which includes a base 20 mounted on a light pole 30 by a coupling mechanism 25.
The cross section of fig. 2 shows the LED light source board 40 mounted inside the base 20 and the lens member 10 protrudingly covering in the light emitting direction of the LED light source board 40. As can be seen from the figures, the LED light source board 40 is arranged substantially flush with the inlet 14 (see fig. 4-5) of the lens member 10 or slightly offset in the vicinity of the inner cavity, light exit window, of the lamp cap 20.
Fig. 3 shows one LED light source board 40. The street lamp 1 may comprise a plurality of similar light source boards, on which LED chips are arranged, and a lens group corresponding to each LED chip, or a lens board covering a plurality of chips.
As shown in fig. 4, lens member 10 is a bowl-like housing that may be made of a transparent or translucent material such as glass or optical plastic. The lens member 10 includes a junction 18 that is associable with a lamp cap 20 and a sidewall 15 extending outwardly from the junction 18. The junction 18 is of flange-like construction, and the side wall 15 forms a cavity with the inlet 14 to cover the outside of the LED light source panel 20. X is shown as the geometric center of the inlet 14, a cross-sectional view in the transverse direction a-a is shown in fig. 5, and a side view in the longitudinal direction is shown in fig. 6. The lens member 10 of fig. 4 also shows one embodiment of the shading member 12, which is a ring of coating printed on the root of the side wall 15, extending from the junction 18 to the shading skirt 16. In the present embodiment, the coating is located on the inner side of the lens member 10; of course, the light blocking coating may also be applied to the outer sidewalls of the lens member 10.
In the cross-sectional view of FIG. 5, the extent of this circle of coating is shown, i.e. the angle θ between the junction 18 and the shading outer edge 16 is ≦ 13 ° ± 2 ° with respect to the geometric center X.
In other embodiments, the light blocking member 12 may be a light blocking plate or a stopper (not shown) protruding outward from the LED light source plate 40. The light blocking member 12 may be made of a material that is completely opaque to light, or may be translucent or perforated, such as a screen printed diffusion coating or a mesh screen.
The lens member 10, even if made of transparent material, when the street lamp 1 is lighted, the emitted light forms fresnel scattering on the material surface, and can form a certain amount of transverse optical distribution, so that people on the ground at a distance can still observe the existence of the lamp, and the string of the starry points constitutes the guiding feeling of the traditional street lamp along the road extending in a winding way. Meanwhile, due to the existence of the light shielding part 12, human eyes can not directly see the dazzling LED light source, and discomfort caused by glare is avoided.
While some specific embodiments of the present disclosure have been shown in detail by way of example, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the foregoing examples are intended to be illustrative only and are not limiting upon the scope of the disclosure.
