A damper 26 is provided in the first air passage 233.
Referring to fig. 3 to 6, the base station 2 is further provided with a central control module 31, the central control module 31 is provided with a temperature acquisition unit 32, a fan control unit 33, a heating control unit 34, and a fan control unit 35, the temperature acquisition unit 32 is used for acquiring the temperature of the battery pack 14 of the cleaning robot 1, specifically, a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the battery may be provided at the cleaning robot 1, the cleaning robot 1 and the base station 2 are provided with couplers that are butted against each other, after the cleaning robot 1 is docked with the base station 2, the temperature sensor and the temperature acquisition unit 32 are in communication connection through the docked coupler, so that the temperature acquisition unit 32 can receive the temperature information transmitted from the temperature sensor, and the central control module 31 controls the fan control unit 33, the heating control unit 34 and the fan control unit 35 to work correspondingly according to the temperature information acquired by the temperature acquisition unit 32:
specifically, after the cleaning robot 1 and the base station 2 are docked in place, the temperature acquisition unit 32 starts to acquire the temperature of the battery pack 14, when the temperature acquisition unit 32 detects that the temperature of the battery pack 14 reaches a first preset value, it is determined that the battery pack 14 needs to be cooled, at this time, the central control module 31 enables the fan control unit 33 to start the fan 231, and the fan 231 blows air to the battery pack 14 through the first air duct 233, the first air outlet 24 and the air delivery channel 15, so as to cool the battery pack 14; when the temperature acquisition unit 32 detects that the temperature of the battery pack 14 reaches the second preset value, it is determined that the battery pack 14 needs to be heated, at this time, the central control module 31 enables the fan control unit 33 to start the fan 231, and enables the heating control unit 34 to start the heating device 232, and the air blown out by the fan 231 is heated by the heating device 232 and then blows towards the battery pack 14 through the first air duct 233, the first air outlet 24 and the air delivery channel 15, so that the temperature of the battery pack 14 is raised; when the mop 12 is cleaned and dried, the central control module 31 causes the fan control unit 33 to start the fan 231, causes the heating control unit 34 to turn on the heating device 232, and causes the air door control unit 35 to control the air door 26 to completely close the first air duct 233, so that the fan 231 only blows hot air to the mop 12 to dry the mop 12.
It should be noted that the first preset value and the second preset value may be a high-temperature charging protection temperature (e.g., 50 degrees) and a low-temperature charging protection temperature (e.g., 10 degrees) of the battery pack 14, or may be end values of an optimal charging temperature range of the battery (e.g., the first preset value and the second preset value are 40 degrees and 25 degrees when the optimal charging temperature of the battery pack 14 is 25 degrees to 40 degrees). In addition, it should be noted that in the process of heating and cooling the battery pack 14, after the fan 231 is started, the fan 231 may be turned off after the battery pack 14 is heated or cooled to a certain temperature value (for example, when the temperature of the battery pack 14 is 30 degrees), or the fan 231 may be turned off after the fan 231 is started for a certain time period, or the fan 231 may be kept on all the time, so as to ensure that the temperature of the battery pack 14 is within a certain range.
In addition, it should be noted that the central control module 31 is provided with a timing unit 36, which starts timing when the cleaning robot 1 and the base station 2 are docked in place, determines that the cleaning operation of the mop 12 is finished after a certain time, and needs to dry the mop 12, and at this time, closes the air door 26.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, since the battery pack 14 of the cleaning robot 1 is always in the working state during the cleaning process, so that the temperature of the battery pack 14 is already high when the cleaning robot 1 is docked with the base station 2, in the embodiment, the base station 2 is provided with the fan 231 and the first air outlet 24, and the cleaning robot 1 is provided with the air delivery channel 15, after the cleaning robot 1 is docked with the base station 2, the first air outlet 24 is docked with and communicated with the air delivery channel 15, on one hand, when the heating device 232 is not turned on, the air flow generated by the fan 231 can be blown to the battery pack 14 of the cleaning robot 1 through the air delivery channel 15 to dissipate the heat of the battery pack 14, so that the problem that the charging efficiency of the battery pack 14 is affected due to the high temperature of the battery pack 14 of the cleaning robot 1 during the charging process can be avoided, and particularly the battery pack 14 of the cleaning robot 1 is prevented from being subjected to high-temperature charging protection, therefore, the cleaning robot 1 can obtain more charge in the same charging time, so that the cleaning robot 1 can have more sufficient electric quantity to perform the cleaning work in the next stage, that is, the cleaning robot 1 can perform the cleaning work for a longer time, and further the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning robot 1 is improved, and the battery pack 14 of the cleaning robot 1 is cooled in stages, so that the use of the battery pack 14 is more friendly, the battery pack 14 is prevented from being in a high-temperature state for a long time, and the service life of the battery pack 14 is prolonged; on the other hand, when the heating device 232 is turned on, the fan 231 can convey hot air to the battery pack 14, so that the temperature of the battery pack 14 is raised, and when the cleaning robot 1 is used in some low-temperature scenes and areas, it can be avoided that the charging efficiency of the battery pack 14 is affected by the fact that the temperature of the battery pack 14 is too low due to too low ambient temperature of the battery pack 14 of the cleaning robot 1, and particularly, the battery pack 14 of the cleaning robot 1 is prevented from being subjected to low-temperature charging protection, so that the charging efficiency of the battery pack 14 in a low-temperature environment is improved, therefore, the cleaning robot 1 of the present embodiment can better cope with various use environments, particularly, areas with large temperature differences between summer and winter, and is beneficial to expanding the working range of the cleaning robot 1, so that the cleaning robot 1 can be better popularized.
In addition, the blower 231 of the embodiment can also blow to the cleaning tank 22 through the second air outlet 25, so that the hot air can dry the mopping piece 12 in the cleaning tank 22, thereby avoiding that too much water is brought to the surface to be cleaned when the cleaning robot 1 performs the next stage of cleaning work, or after the cleaning robot 1 completes the last cleaning work, the mopping piece 12 of the cleaning robot 1 can be idle in a dry state, and preventing mildew. Furthermore, the mop element 12 and the battery pack 14 may share a common air delivery assembly 23, which helps to simplify construction.
Further, by arranging the central control module 31, the base station 2 can flexibly control the start and stop of the fan 231 and the heating device 232 according to the temperature of the battery pack 14 collected by the temperature collecting unit 32, so that the base station 2 can work more intelligently. And when the mop 12 is dried, the air door 26 is controlled to be closed, so that hot air is only supplied to the mop 12, and the drying efficiency of the mop 12 is improved.
It should be noted that the central control module 31 may be a processor such as a single chip microcomputer or a PLC control system.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, preferably, the damper control unit 35 can control the opening degree of the damper 26, and then control the air volume delivered to the first air outlet 24 by the fan 231, so that the battery pack 14 has different heat dissipation speeds by using different air volumes, and adjust the heat dissipation efficiency according to the temperature increase efficiency caused by charging the battery pack 14, so that the temperature increase efficiency and the heat dissipation efficiency caused by charging the battery pack 14 are in a similar state, which is beneficial to stably keeping the battery pack 14 in the optimal charging temperature range during the charging process, and thus improving the charging efficiency.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, preferably, an elastic butt-joint pad 17 is arranged at an inlet of the air delivery channel 15 and surrounds the inlet of the air delivery channel 15, so that after the cleaning robot 1 and the base station 2 are butted in place, the cleaning robot 1 and the base station 2 jointly squeeze the elastic butt-joint pad 17, the first air outlet 24 and the air delivery channel 15 form sealed butt joint through the elastic butt-joint pad, and most of air flow is prevented from flowing away from the butt-joint position of the first air outlet 24 and the air delivery channel 15, thereby ensuring the action effect of the air flow on the battery pack 14.
It should be noted that the elastic docking pad 17 may also be disposed on the base station 2 and surround the first air outlet 24. In addition, one of the cleaning robot 1 and the base station 2 is provided with an elastic docking pad, and the other one can be provided with a groove with the size equivalent to that of the elastic docking pad, so that the elastic docking pad can be embedded into the groove, and the sealing effect is further improved.
Referring to fig. 5, preferably, there is a gap between the entire outer surface of the battery pack 14 and the cavity wall of the accommodating cavity 16 to form an overfire gap around the battery pack 14, and after wind blows into the accommodating cavity 16 from the wind delivery channel 15, the wind can pass through the entire outer surface of the battery pack 14, so that the contact area between the airflow and the battery pack 14 is increased, which is beneficial to improving the heat dissipation efficiency of the battery pack 14 and the uniformity of heat dissipation of the battery pack 14.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, it is preferable that the air outlet 161 of the accommodating cavity 16 is disposed on the bottom wall, that is, the air blown from the accommodating cavity 16 is blown out from the bottom of the cleaning robot 1 to blow toward the space between the cleaning robot 1 and the guide plate 21, and then air dries the space between the bottom of the cleaning robot 1 and the guide plate 21, so as to prevent the dirty water thrown away during the cleaning process of the mop 12 from remaining at the bottom of the guide plate 21 or the cleaning robot 1, and thus prevent the cleaning robot 1 from bringing the dirty water to the surface to be cleaned.
