Fig. 1 schematically shows a horn device according to an embodiment of the present invention. A horn device according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the horn device 10 of the present invention is used for a vehicle steering wheel and includes a housing 100 and a mounting plate 200, a first contact point (not shown) is provided on a bottom surface of the housing 100 (in fig. 1, the bottom surface of the housing is shown as a front surface), and a second contact point (also not shown) is provided on the mounting plate 200. And, the mounting plate 200 is mounted to be movable relative to the housing 100, it is also understood that the housing 100 is mounted to be movable relative to the mounting plate 200 so that the first contact point and the second contact point can contact each other to complete the circuit of the horn device 10, and a reset member is generally provided, under the action of which the housing 100 is returned to be away from the mounting plate 200 so that the first contact point and the second contact point can be separated from each other to break the circuit of the horn device 10. Further, the mounting plate 200 may be fixed to a skeleton of the steering wheel, at which time the housing 100 is movable relative to the skeleton of the steering wheel, and the housing 100 is generally used as a housing of a driver airbag to accommodate an air bag.
When the horn device 10 of the present invention is used for a vehicle, a driver can emit a sound signal as needed (for example, warning a pedestrian in front of the vehicle) via the housing 100 during running of the vehicle. Specifically, the housing 100 is movable toward the mounting plate 200 under the action of a pressure (applied by pressing by the driver, for example) so that the first contact point and the second contact point contact each other to close the horn circuit of the horn device 10; and, the housing 100 can be returned away from the mounting plate 200 by a restoring force (which is usually provided by a coil spring as a restoring member) so that the first contact point and the second contact point are separated from each other to break the horn circuit of the horn device 10.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the horn device 10 of the present invention is further provided with a hollow member 201 and a columnar member 101, and the hollow member 201 is to be mounted to the mounting plate 200. For example, the hollow member 201 is mounted to the mounting plate 200 in an interference fit or snap-fit manner such that the hollow member 201 and the mounting plate 200 are detachably connected together. Of course, this is merely an example, and the speaker unit of the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, the hollow member and the mounting plate may be provided as an integral molding. And, the column 101 is to be mounted to the bottom surface of the housing 100 through the through-hole 2011 of the hollow member 201, for example, the column 101 is mounted to the bottom surface of the housing 100 in a screw-coupling manner, and the column 101 is configured to move in the through-hole 2011 when the mounting plate 200 moves relative to the housing 100. In order to prevent the column 101, and thus the housing 100, from coming out of the mounting plate 201, the following arrangement may be made: one end portion of the columnar member 101 is provided as an expanded portion 1012 so that the housing 100 cannot be detached from the mount plate 200 during the return to be away from the mount plate 200 by the restoring member. Since there is relative movement between the cylindrical member 101 and the hollow member 201, noise generated therebetween is large. To this end, the speaker unit 10 of the present invention further includes an elastic member 300 disposed between the through-hole 2011 of the hollow member 201 and the cylindrical member 101, which will be described in detail below.
Fig. 2 and 3 schematically show part of the members in the speaker device according to the embodiment of the present invention, respectively. Hereinafter, a description will be continued of some components in the speaker device according to the embodiment of the present invention with reference to fig. 2 and 3, respectively.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the embodiment according to the present invention, the elastic member 300 includes a base portion 301 and a ring portion 302, the elastic member 300 is fixedly attached at the base portion 301 thereof to the inner side surface of the through-hole 2011 of the hollow member 201, and the fixation between the base portion 301 of the elastic member 300 and the through-hole 2011 of the hollow member 201 is implemented, for example, by vulcanization, adhesion, or the like. Also, the annular portion 302 of the elastic member 300 is positioned in the groove 1011 of the cylindrical member 101.
Therefore, the elastic member 300 disposed between the cylindrical member 101 and the hollow member 201 in the radial direction of the hollow member 201 can suppress or at least reduce the vibration between the cylindrical member 101 and the hollow member 201 and the noise generated thereby, and at the same time, the elastic member 300 is positioned in the groove 1011 of the cylindrical member 101 via the annular portion 302, which makes the elastic member 300 not to relatively move with respect to the cylindrical member 101 when the cylindrical member 101 moves with respect to the hollow member 201 to turn on or off the circuit of the horn device 10, which also avoids the noise generated between the elastic member 300 and the cylindrical member 101, and reduces the abrasion of the elastic member, ensuring a long service life of the elastic member.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the base 301 is constructed as an elastic rubber column. Therefore, in the radial direction of the hollow member 201, the elastic member 300 can further suppress or at least reduce vibration between the columnar member 101 and the hollow member 201 and noise generated thereby, in addition to the annular portion 302, via the base portion 301 in the form of an elastic rubber column. However, it is to be understood that the base of the elastic member is not limited to the form of the elastic rubber column, but may be designed differently according to the actual situation, for example, the base may also be provided in the form of a coil spring.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the annular portion 302 is configured as a rubber ring segment, and the plurality of base portions 301 are uniformly disposed between both ends of the annular portion 302. The provision of the rubber ring segments thus facilitates sufficient deformation of the annular portion in the circumferential direction of the recess 1011 of the cylindrical member 101, while at the same time the multiple bases between the two ends of the annular portion in the form of each rubber ring segment can provide a reliable support for the annular portion.
As an embodiment of the present invention, between the housing and the mounting plate, there is further provided a coil spring wound around the cylindrical member, the coil spring serving as the aforementioned return member.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the mounting plate is configured as a conductive member, and the hollow member is configured as an insulating member. In this case, the housing and the column member may each be provided as a conductive member, the column member and the housing are each insulated from the mounting board via the hollow member, and the electrical communication between the housing and the mounting board is achieved only by the contact points provided on the housing and the mounting board, respectively, contacting each other.
The elastic member in the speaker unit of the present invention should be understood as a member capable of achieving elastic deformation, and the elastic member may be made of an elastic material, for example, rubber, plastic, etc., or the elastic member in the speaker unit of the present invention may be constituted of a common elastic structure, for example, the above-mentioned coil spring, and a common telescopic tube, etc.
It should be noted that, although the embodiment in which the groove is provided on the columnar member and the annular portion of the elastic member is positioned in the groove has been described above with reference to the drawings, this is only one embodiment of the present invention and the horn device of the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, the horn device of the present invention may also be arranged such that the elastic member is fixed on the columnar member and fixedly attached at the base thereof to the columnar member, and that the groove is provided on the through hole of the hollow member and the annular portion of the elastic member is positioned in the groove of the columnar member.
As described above, although the exemplary embodiments of the present invention have been described in the description with reference to the drawings, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and the scope of the present invention should be defined by the claims and their equivalents.
