Description
Technical Field
The utility model belongs to the technical field of mechanical disassembly and assembly, and particularly relates to a disassembly and assembly integrated device for a car coupler buffer.
Background
The buffer device of the train coupler is a device used for coupling two trains and is a very important part of the trains, and the buffer device of the train coupler is divided into a coupler part, a buffer part and a round pin. The car coupler part is used for connecting two trains, the buffer part is divided into a coupler yoke and a buffer part, and the round pin is connected with the car coupler and the yoke buffer to play a role in buffering when the two trains impact each other.
The coupler buffer is a vehicle component used for coupling a vehicle with a vehicle, a locomotive or a bullet train, transmitting traction force, braking force and mitigating longitudinal impact force. The coupler is composed of a coupler, a buffer, a coupler yoke and a slave plate, and is arranged in the draft sill at two ends of the underframe of the car body. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of vehicle coupling and the interchangeability of installation of a coupler buffer device, relevant regulations of railway rolling stocks in China are as follows: after the coupler buffer is loaded, the horizontal center line of a coupler knuckle of the coupler is spaced from the height of a steel rail surface in an empty state, the height of a passenger car is 880mm (allowing errors of +10mm and-5 mm), and the height of a truck is 880mm (+ -10 mm). The maximum height difference of the horizontal center lines of the couplers of two adjacent vehicles is not more than 75 mm. Coupler draft gears are used to dampen longitudinal shock and vibration of trains during operation due to changes in locomotive tractive effort or vehicle collisions during starting, braking and shunting operations. The bumper has the function of dissipating shock and vibration between vehicles, thereby mitigating the damaging effects on the vehicle body structure and the loaded cargo. The working principle of the shock absorber is to relax the impact force by compressing the elastic member while absorbing the impact energy by friction and damping during the deformation of the elastic member.
Due to the importance of the function, the parts become important parts which must be repaired regularly. In the railway passenger and freight train overhaul project, a coupler buffer is one of the necessary projects. The coupler draft gear is first disassembled from the vehicle for maintenance and assembly. But because of the hook tail frame position and the powerful precompression power of buffer, make it difficult by whole dismantlement at present car, consequently, bring certain influence to the maintenance efficiency of whole car. The conventional 17-type car coupler buffer is usually disassembled or assembled by two different disassembling and assembling machines, so that the production efficiency is low, the labor intensity is high, the potential safety hazard is large particularly when round pins are disassembled and assembled, and the requirement of safety production cannot be met.
