The handheld medium heating torch as claimed in claim 4, wherein an elbow (114) is connected to the connector (110), one end of the elbow (114) is fixedly connected to the gas outlet (113), the elbow (114) is communicated with the gas outlet (113), the other end of the elbow (114) is located at one side of the center of the combustion chamber (121) close to the connector (110), and an included angle is formed between the direction of one end of the elbow (114) away from the gas inlet (111) and the central axis of the barrel (120).
