Preferably, a second rubber sealing ring 404 is arranged on the bottom end surface of the upper section of the mounting part 401; the second rubber seal 404 may be bonded to the first rubber seal 305; the bottom end surface of the second rubber seal ring 404 is annular tooth-shaped, and the upper end surface of the first rubber seal ring 305 is also correspondingly annular tooth-shaped and can be engaged with the annular tooth-shaped.
