Further, the micro-nano structure layer comprises a plurality of micro-nano structures formed by stamping colored curing glue or colorless curing glue, and the plurality of micro-nano structures are arranged in a protruding and/or recessed mode. The micro-nano structure layer is colored curing glue and is formed into a micro-nano structure through imprinting and curing, and the micro-nano structure layer has an optical effect and provides colors for the optical leather. In other embodiments, the coating layer can be arranged to increase the optical effect.
Further, the optical layer also comprises a base layer, the micro-nano structure layer is arranged between the base layer and the coating layer, and the base layer is one of a PET layer, a PI layer, a CPI layer, a PC layer or a PMMA layer or a composite layer. Forming a micro-nano structure layer, a coating layer and the like on the base layer to form an optical layer, and laminating the optical layer with the embossed leather layer directly or through an adhesive layer. An optical layer can be directly formed on the embossed leather layer, or a micro-nano structure layer and a coating layer are formed on the base layer, and then the base layer is torn off and compounded to the embossed leather layer. The base layer can be arranged to facilitate the formation of a micro-nano structure layer, a coating layer and the like, the thickness of the whole optical leather can be reduced without the base layer, and the thinning is realized.
Further, the optical layer also comprises a coloring layer for priming or assisting color development, and the coating layer is arranged between the micro-nano structural layer and the coloring layer. Printing ink is printed on one side of the coating layer, which is far away from the micro-nano structure layer, so as to form a coloring layer, and the coloring layer is used for priming or auxiliary color development.
Furthermore, the optical leather also comprises an auxiliary leather layer, wherein the auxiliary leather layer is arranged between the optical layer and the embossed leather layer, or the optical layer is arranged between the embossed leather layer and the optical layer. The embossed leather layer is made of PU, PVC or TPU materials; the auxiliary leather layer is made of PU, PVC or TPU materials. The auxiliary leather layer is used for enhancing the elasticity of the optical leather, has better leather touch feeling and can also provide color for the optical leather. The auxiliary leather layer can be arranged on the inner side of the embossed leather layer, at the moment, two or more layers of PU, PVC or TPU are overlapped, the most surface layer forms a texture structure through embossing treatment, and the auxiliary leather layer and the embossed leather layer can have an obvious interface or no interface. The secondary leather layer may also be laminated to the embossed leather layer by a bonding material. The auxiliary leather layer can also be arranged in other layers, for example, the auxiliary leather layer is arranged on one side of the optical layer, which is far away from the embossed leather layer, and the same effect can be achieved.
Furthermore, the optical leather also comprises a cloth layer, and the optical layer is arranged between the auxiliary leather layer and the cloth layer, or the auxiliary leather layer is arranged between the optical layer and the cloth layer. The cloth layer can increase the ductility and plasticity of the optical leather. The cloth layer can be arranged independently or compounded with the auxiliary leather layer, namely at least part of material of the auxiliary leather layer penetrates into the cloth layer, or the auxiliary leather layer is compounded with the cloth layer through a bonding material. The material of the cloth layer is a cloth material generally used for forming artificial leather or synthetic leather, and reference can be made to the prior art, which will not be described in detail herein. When the auxiliary leather layer and the cloth layer are compounded, the auxiliary leather layer is bonded with the optical layer through the bonding layer.
Further, the optical leather further comprises a support layer or a bearing layer, and the support layer or the bearing layer is used for supporting other layers of the optical leather. Can be a plastic bracket, a glass bracket, a metal bracket and the like, can be a grid bracket or a plate bracket. After the support layer is arranged, the optical leather is shaped, and the plastic film is suitable for the fields of electronic equipment shells (such as mobile phone rear covers), automobile interiors, packaging boxes, wall decorations and the like. The bearing layer is a plastic layer, a metal layer, a glass layer, a cloth layer and the like, and shapes the optical leather so as to be suitable for more application fields.
The optical leather further comprises a foaming layer and a wear-resistant layer, wherein the foaming layer is arranged on the visual side of the embossed leather layer, and the wear-resistant layer is covered on the foaming layer. The foaming layer is used for increasing the elasticity of leather, has better hand feeling, and the wear-resistant layer increases the wear resistance of the optical leather. In other embodiments, the optical leather does not include a foamed layer, but includes an abrasion resistant layer disposed on the viewing side of the embossed leather layer to increase the abrasion resistance of the optical leather.
Furthermore, an adhesive layer is arranged between the optical layer and the auxiliary leather layer or the embossed leather layer. The adhesive layer comprises OCA, silica gel, acrylic adhesive, UV adhesive, double faced adhesive tape and other adhesive materials.
Further, the optical layer is disposed on the viewing side of the embossed leather layer. The optical layer can enable the embossed leather layer to have an optical effect, have more gorgeous colors or can display bright patterns, and have a more outstanding visual effect, or the optical layer can enable the optical leather to at least partially display gradient colors, logo and the like, or the optical layer can enable the optical leather to have floating and/or sinking images, and has anti-counterfeiting and decorative effects.
The utility model discloses another kind of optics leather, include:
an embossed leather layer comprising a visible visual side and an oppositely disposed inner side, the embossed leather layer having a plurality of textures of a cortical look and feel on the visual side;
the optical layer, the optical layer set up in the inboard or the vision side of impressed watermark leather layer, the optical layer includes the picture and text layer that fills the material and form in the slot, picture and text layer display color and/or pattern.
The optical layer also comprises a base layer and a coating layer, and the image-text layer is arranged between the base layer and the coating layer.
The color is, for example, a solid color or a gradient color, and the pattern is, for example, a predetermined pattern or logo. The picture and text layer sets up inside the impressed watermark leather layer, and the picture and text of following formation of image in the optics leather is more real, more natural.
Other layers of the optical leather can be referred to above and are not described in detail here.

an embossed leather layer comprising a visible visual side and an oppositely disposed inner side, the embossed leather layer having a plurality of textures of a cortical look and feel on the visual side;
the optical layer is arranged on the inner side or the visual side of the embossed leather layer, the optical layer comprises an image-text layer and a micro-nano structure layer, the micro-nano structure layer comprises a plurality of micro-nano structures which are periodically or randomly arranged, the image-text layer comprises a plurality of micro-images and texts, and the micro-nano structures and the micro-images and texts are correspondingly arranged to form floating and/or sinking image-text images. The formed image can be used for decoration and/or anti-counterfeiting.

Hereinafter, the optical leather of the present invention will be described by way of example with reference to the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1a, the present invention discloses an optical leather 100, which includes an optical layer 11 and an embossed leather layer 12 stacked together. The optical layer 11 includes a base layer 111, a micro-nano structure layer 112 disposed on the base layer 111, and a coating layer 113 disposed on the micro-nano structure layer 112. Micro-nano structure layer 112 includes a plurality of micro-nano structures 1121 having an optical effect. Embossed leather layer 12 includes a visible side 121 and an oppositely disposed inner side 122, and embossed leather layer 12 has a plurality of textures (not shown) with a cortical look and feel on visible side 121. Optical layer 11 is disposed on inner side 122 of embossed leather layer 12. One or more layers of the embossed leather layer 12, the base layer 111, the micro-nano structure layer 112 and the coating layer 113 are independently developed or cooperatively developed. The optical effect of optical layer 11 may make the leather of embossed leather layer 12 brighter, the color brighter, or the stripes of light and shadow that change with vision, so that the leather of optical leather 100 is more visually appealing. The optical leather 100 can be applied to the fields of mobile phone shells, electronic equipment shells, anti-counterfeiting fields, shoe and clothes fields, leather bag fabrics, automobile interior decorations, cosmetics and other packaging boxes.
With continued reference to fig. 1a, the base layer 111 is one or a composite of a PET layer, a PI layer, a CPI layer, a PC layer, or a PMMA layer, and can be colorless and transparent, and can provide color directly to the optical leather 100 or in combination with other layers.
The micro-nano structure layer 112 is formed by coating a curing adhesive, such as a UV adhesive, on the base layer 111, and stamping and curing the coating to form the micro-nano structure 1121. The micro-nano structure 1121 is arranged in a protruding and/or recessed manner and comprises various linear cylindrical mirrors (a linear cylindrical mirror, a curved cylindrical mirror and a polygonal line cylindrical mirror), CD (compact disc) grains, small short lines, wire drawing grains, Fresnel lenses, micro lenses and the like; the cross-sectional shape of each micro-nano structure 1121 includes a triangle, an arch, an arc, a rectangle, a trapezoid, an irregular shape, and the like; a plurality of micro-nano structures 1121 are distributed at intervals or without intervals. In other embodiments, micro-nano structure 1121 may also be formed by laser direct writing or the like, or micro-nano structure 1121 is formed by etching base layer 111.
The plated layer 113 is formed on the micro-nano structure 1121 by evaporation, sputtering, ion plating, electroplating, or the like, and can enhance the optical effect of the micro-nano structure 1121 and provide color to the optical leather. The plated layer 113 may be a single layer, or may be a multi-layer composite of 2 to 8 layers, and may be formed by coating in the case of a single layer. In other embodiments, at least one of the coatings 113 may have a variable thickness and/or a variable material configuration for each region, and may exhibit a variable color, such as a gradient color or multiple colors.
With continued reference to fig. 1a, further, the optical leather 100 further includes an auxiliary leather layer 13 and a cloth layer 14. The auxiliary leather layer 13 is arranged on the other side of the coating layer 113 opposite to the micro-nano structure layer 112, and the cloth layer 14 is arranged on the other side of the auxiliary leather layer 13 opposite to the coating layer 113. Auxiliary leather layer 13 is a PU, PVC or TPU material having a thickness of 50 μm to 2000 μm, and auxiliary leather layer 13 serves to increase the leather feel of elastically reinforced embossed leather layer 12 and to increase the stretchability of optical leather 100. The auxiliary leather layer 13 is a colorless or colored layer, and when the auxiliary leather layer is a colored layer, the color can be provided for the optical leather 100 alone, or the auxiliary leather layer can be combined with the coating layer 113 and the like to provide the optical leather 100 with a composite color. The cloth layer 14 is a cloth material commonly used in the art for leather base cloth, such as non-woven cloth, etc., but not listed here. Coating PU material on the coating layer 113 to form an auxiliary leather layer, and simultaneously compounding the fabric layer 14. In other embodiments, cloth layer 14 is bonded to the secondary leather layer by an adhesive material.
Further, the viewing side 121 of the embossed leather layer 12 is provided with a foaming layer 15, and the foaming layer 15 is used for increasing the touch of the leather. The visual side 121 of the embossed leather layer 12 is coated with a foam material and dried to form a foam layer 15.
Further, the other side of the foaming layer 15 opposite to the embossed leather layer 12 is provided with an abrasion resistant layer 16 to increase the abrasion resistance of the optical leather 100. In other embodiments, the abrasion resistant layer 16 is disposed directly on the embossed leather layer 12 to increase the abrasion resistance of the optical leather 100.
In the optical leather 100, the optical layer 11 includes a base layer 111, a micro-nano structure layer 112 and a coating layer 113, the micro-nano structure layer 112 has a plurality of micro-nano structures 1121 which are arranged in a concave-convex manner, and has an optical effect, so that the leather of the embossed leather layer 12 presents the optical effect, and the optical leather 100 is brighter and more beautiful in color and clearer in texture.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 1b, in the optical leather 101, the optical layer 17 includes a base layer 171 and a micro-nano structure layer 172, the micro-nano structure layer 172 includes a plurality of micro-nano structures 1721 arranged in a concave-convex manner, where the micro-nano structure layer 172 is a colored layer. And coating color glue on the base layer 171, stamping and curing to form the micro-nano structure layer 172. The micro-nano structure 1721 presents color and optical effects. In other embodiments, the micro-nano structure layer 172 may also be a colorless transparent layer.
In other embodiments, such as the optical leather 102 shown in FIG. 1c, the optical layer 18 includes a base layer 181, a graphics layer 182, and a coating layer 183. The graphics layer 182 displays color and/or pattern, and the film layer 183 enhances the display of color or graphics. A curing glue (such as UV glue) is arranged on the base layer 181, pressed and cured to form a groove, a colored material such as ink is filled in the groove to form a pattern layer 182, and then a coating layer 183 is formed on the pattern layer 182 by evaporation. The graphics of the graphics layer 182 may be displayed in only colors, such as red, blue, etc., or may be gradated. The graphics of the graphics layer 182 can also be a graphic display, such as a picture, a text, a logo, etc.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 1d, in the optical leather 103, the optical layer 19 includes a base layer 191, a micro-nano structure layer 192, a graphics context layer 193, and a coating layer 194. The micro-nano structure layer 192 and the image-text layer 193 are arranged on two sides of the base layer 191 (or on one side of the base layer 191), and the coating layer 194 is coated on the micro-nano structure layer 192. In one mode, the image-text layer 193 displays colors or images and texts, and the micro-nano structure layer 192 enhances the display of the colors or the images and texts; in another mode, the micro-nano structure layer 192 includes a plurality of micro-nano structures arranged periodically or randomly, such as fresnel lenses, micro-lenses or cylindrical mirrors, the image-text layer 193 includes a plurality of micro-images and texts, the micro-lenses and the micro-images and texts are arranged correspondingly to form floating and/or sinking image-text images, and the image-text image has decoration and anti-counterfeiting effects; yet another way is a combination of the two aforementioned ways.
Referring to fig. 2, the present invention discloses another optical leather 200, which comprises a fabric layer 24, an auxiliary leather layer 23, a bonding layer 27, an optical layer 21, an embossed leather layer 22, a foaming layer 25 and a wear layer 26, which are sequentially stacked. The layers may be formed sequentially, or the optical layer 21 may be formed separately and then bonded to the auxiliary leather layer 23 through the adhesive layer 27. After the auxiliary leather layer 23 and the cloth layer 24 are formed, the auxiliary leather layer and the cloth layer are laminated with the optical layer 21 through the adhesive layer 27, and then the embossed leather layer 22, the foaming layer 25 and the wear-resistant layer 26 are sequentially formed on the optical layer 21. In other embodiments, embossed leather layer 22, foam layer 25, and abrasion resistant layer 26 are formed and then bonded to optical layer 21. The optical layer 21 comprises a base layer 211, a micro-nano structure layer 212 and a coating layer 213. The layers not described in detail show the same layers as those described in the above embodiments, and are not described in detail here.
Referring to fig. 3, the present invention discloses another optical leather 300, which comprises a fabric layer 34, an adhesive layer 37, an optical layer 31, an auxiliary leather layer 33, an embossed leather layer 32, a foaming layer 35 and a wear layer 36, which are sequentially stacked. Wherein, the auxiliary leather layer 33 and the embossed leather layer 32 are in contact lamination, the auxiliary leather layer 33 and the embossed leather layer 32 can be formed in sequence, and no obvious limit exists between the auxiliary leather layer 33 and the embossed leather layer 32, so that the leather layer can be regarded as an integral structure; the secondary leather layer 33 and the embossed leather layer 32 are formed in one piece, one side of the PU material layer is used for embossing to form the embossed leather layer 32, and the unembossed part forms the secondary leather layer 33. If necessary, a plurality of layers of PU material may be applied, and the PU material on the uppermost side may be embossed to form an embossed leather layer 32, and the PU material on the bottom side may be embossed to form an auxiliary leather layer 33. Auxiliary leather layer 33 and embossed leather layer 32 may be the same or different colors, such as auxiliary leather layer 33 being a colored layer and embossed leather layer 32 being a clear, colorless layer. The layers not described in detail show the same layers as those described in the above embodiments, and are not described in detail here.
Referring to fig. 4, the present invention discloses another optical leather 400, which comprises an optical layer 41, an auxiliary leather layer 43, an embossed leather layer 42 and an abrasion resistant layer 46, which are sequentially stacked. The optical layer 41 includes a base layer 411, a micro-nano structure layer 412, a coating layer 413 and a coloring layer 414. The coloring layer 414 is disposed on a side of the coating layer 413 away from the micro-nano structure layer 412. The coloring layer 414 is used for coloring and priming, and can assist the coating layer 413 and the auxiliary leather layer 43 to color. The layers not described in detail show the same layers as those described in the above embodiments, and are not described in detail here.
Referring to fig. 5, the present invention discloses another optical leather 500, which includes a cloth layer 54, an auxiliary leather layer 53, an adhesive layer 57, an optical layer 51, an embossed leather layer 52, a foaming layer 55, and a wear layer 56, which are sequentially stacked. The optical layer 51 comprises a micro-nano structure layer 512 and a coating layer 513. The optical layer 51 in this embodiment does not have a base layer, and the forming method may be to separate the base layer after forming the micro-nano structure layer 512 and the coating layer 513 on the base layer, or to coat a curing adhesive on the embossed leather layer 52 and then imprint and cure the curing adhesive to form the micro-nano structure layer 512, and then to set the coating layer 513 on the micro-nano structure layer 512, and to bond the auxiliary leather layer 53 through the bonding layer 57. The absence of a base layer for optical layer 51 may reduce the thickness of optical leather 500. The layers not described in detail show the same layers as those described in the above embodiments, and are not described in detail here.
Referring to fig. 6, the present invention discloses another optical leather 600, which comprises a cloth layer 64, an auxiliary leather layer 63, an optical layer 61, an embossed leather layer 62, a foaming layer 65 and an abrasion resistant layer 66, which are sequentially stacked. The optical layer 61 includes a micro-nano structure layer 612 and a coating layer 613. The optical layer 61 in this embodiment does not have a base layer, reducing the overall thickness of the optical leather 600. One molding method is that an embossed leather layer 62 is formed, UV glue is coated on the embossed leather layer 62, a micro-nano structure layer 612 is formed after embossing and curing, and a coating layer 613 is coated on the micro-nano structure layer 612; then, a PU material is coated on the coating layer 613, then the fabric is compounded with the PU material to form an auxiliary leather layer 63 and a fabric layer 64, and finally, a foam 65 and a wear-resistant layer 66 are sequentially formed on the side, away from the micro-nano structure layer 612, of the embossed leather layer 62. The layers not described in detail show the same layers as those described in the above embodiments, and are not described in detail here.
Referring to fig. 7, the present invention discloses another optical leather 700, which comprises a support layer 78, a fabric layer 74, an auxiliary leather layer 73, an optical layer 71, an embossed leather layer 72, a foaming layer 75 and a wear layer 76, which are sequentially stacked. The support layer 78 is disposed on the cloth layer 74, and may be a plastic support, a glass support, a metal support, a mesh support, or a plate support. After the support layer 78 is arranged, the optical leather 700 is shaped, and the optical leather is suitable for the fields of electronic equipment shells (such as mobile phone rear covers), automobile interiors, packaging boxes, wall decorations and the like. The layers not described in detail show the same layers as those described in the above embodiments, and are not described in detail here.
Referring to fig. 8, the present invention discloses another optical leather 800, which includes a cloth layer 84, an auxiliary leather layer 83, an embossed leather layer 82, a base layer 811, and a micro-nano structure layer 812 stacked in sequence. The optical layer 81 is disposed on the visual side of the embossed leather layer 82, and the micro-nano structure layer 812 and the embossed leather layer 82 are disposed on two opposite sides of the base layer 811. The optical layer 81 is colored or colorless, and the transmittance thereof is more than 60%; in this embodiment, the micro-nano structure layer 812 includes a plurality of cylindrical mirrors arranged in an array, so that the leather surface of the optical leather 800 has a bright color or bright patterns, and has an excellent visual effect. In other embodiments, the optical layer covers the embossed leather layer in whole or in part, and the optical layer comprises a graphic layer, and presents colors or patterns, such as gradient colors or logos; or the optical layer comprises microimages and micro lenses, presents floating and/or sinking images and has anti-counterfeiting and decorative effects. The layers not described in detail show the same layers as those described in the above embodiments, and are not described in detail here.
Referring to fig. 9, the present invention discloses another optical leather 900, which includes a conductive layer 99, an optical layer 91, an auxiliary leather layer 93, an embossed leather layer 92, a foaming layer 95, and an abrasion resistant layer 96 stacked in sequence. The optical layer 91 comprises a base layer 911, a micro-nano structure layer 912, a coating layer 913 and a coloring layer 914. The conductive layer 99 is disposed on a side of the colored layer 914 away from the plated layer 913, and the conductive layer 99 is formed by imprinting UV glue and curing to form a groove and then filling the groove, or formed by screen printing and coating, or formed by plating. The conductive layer 99 can make the optical leather 900 further have functionality, and the conductive layer 99 can realize functions of touch control, antenna, heating, lighting, shielding and the like, so that the optical leather 900 can better meet market demands. The layers not described in detail show the same layers as those described in the above embodiments, and are not described in detail here. In addition, it should be noted that in this embodiment, the conductive layer 99 is disposed on the coloring layer 914, and in other embodiments, the conductive layer 99 may also be disposed between any two layers, for example, disposed on the other side of the base layer 911 away from the micro-nano structure layer 912, and at this time, the transparent rate of the conductive layer 99 may be set to be greater than 60% so as not to affect the display of the color, graphics, text, and the like of the optical leather 900. When the conductive layer 99 is disposed on the uppermost layer or one of the interlayers, the conductive layer can be electrically connected to a power source or other conductive circuits by exposing the leads from the side edges, or can be electrically connected by punching holes through the innermost layer. The conductive layer can be distributed on the whole surface of the embossed leather layer or be arranged locally, the conductive layer can be formed in a stamping and filling mode, and the whole surface of the conductive layer can be plated or coated with a conductive material or etched to form a conductive grid.
The utility model discloses a new non-natural leather is provided with the optical layer, and the leather that forms to have optical effect is defined as optical leather, and optical leather's colour is more gorgeous and beautiful, can set up more clear pattern, and visual effect is more outstanding, still can have anti-fake effect. Claims (10)
1. An optical leather, characterized in that it comprises:
a base layer, single layer or composite layer;
the leather embossing layer is arranged on one side of the base layer, a leather texture structure is arranged on one side, away from the base layer, of the leather embossing layer, and the thickness of the leather embossing layer is not less than 50 microns;
the micro-nano structure layer is arranged on the other side of the base layer, and a plurality of raised and/or recessed micro-nano structures are arranged on one side of the micro-nano structure layer, which is far away from the base layer;
a coating layer formed on the micro-nano structure;
and the coloring layer is formed on one side of the coating layer, which is far away from the micro-nano structure layer.
2. The optical leather of claim 1, wherein the embossed leather layer comprises a PU layer, a PVC layer, or a TPU layer.
3. The optical leather of claim 1, wherein the embossed leather layer is colored or colorless and transparent and has a transmittance greater than 30%.
4. The optical leather of claim 1, wherein ink is provided on a side of the plating layer facing away from the micro-nano structure layer to form the coloring layer.
5. The optical leather according to claim 1, wherein the micro-nano structure layer comprises a plurality of micro-nano structures molded by colored curing glue or colorless curing glue.
6. The optical leather of claim 1, wherein the micro-nano structure is a cylindrical mirror, a CD pattern, a small short line, a wire drawing pattern, a Fresnel lens or a micro-lens, and the micro-nano structure presents light shadow stripes which change along with vision.
7. The optical leather of claim 1 wherein the coating is a single layer or a multi-layer composite of 2-8 layers.
8. The optical leather of claim 7 wherein at least one of the coatings has a thickness and/or material variation in each region, the coatings exhibiting varying colors.
9. The optical leather of claim 1, further comprising an abrasion resistant layer, the embossed leather layer disposed between the abrasion resistant layer and the base layer.
