The inlet end of the first smoke exhaust pipeline 2 is connected with an air outlet pipeline 1 of the range hood; the first end of the second smoke exhaust pipeline 3 is sleeved outside the outlet end of the first smoke exhaust pipeline 2, and the second end of the second smoke exhaust pipeline is connected with the common flue; the inner wall of the first smoke exhaust pipeline 2 and/or the second smoke exhaust pipeline 3 is provided with a sound attenuation layer 4. Optionally, a check valve is arranged in the range hood air outlet pipeline 1 and connected to the inlet end of the first exhaust pipeline 2. Through the setting of check valve, can prevent effectively that the gas that gets into the flue from flowing backwards. Optionally, the second smoke exhaust pipe 3 is sleeved outside the first smoke exhaust pipe 2. Therefore, the sealing property of the connection between the outlet end of the first exhaust flue 2 and the first end of the second exhaust flue 3 can be ensured, and the airflow in the exhaust flue is effectively prevented from escaping from the connection position. Optionally, a sound-damping layer 4 is arranged on the inner wall of the first exhaust flue 2 and/or the second exhaust flue 3. Thus, the air flow noise in the pipeline can be effectively reduced. Optionally, the inlet end of the first smoke exhaust pipeline 2 is detachably connected with the smoke exhaust ventilator air outlet pipeline 1, and the first end of the second smoke exhaust pipeline 3 is detachably connected with the outlet end of the first smoke exhaust pipeline 2. Therefore, the first smoke exhaust pipeline 2 or the second smoke exhaust pipeline 3 can be replaced or checked conveniently, and the first smoke exhaust pipeline 2 or the second smoke exhaust pipeline 3 can be cleaned conveniently.
FIG. 2 is a side view of a ducting arrangement for smoke extraction of a range hood provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure; fig. 3 is a sectional view of a duct device B-B for smoke exhaust of a range hood provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments, the sound reduction layer 4 comprises a perforated plate 40. The perforated plate 40 is arranged around the inner wall of the first exhaust pipe 2 and/or the second exhaust pipe 3. Optionally, the perforated plate 40 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the first exhaust flue 2 and/or the second exhaust flue 3 by riveting or welding. This ensures that the perforated plate 40 is not easily removed after a long period of operation. Optionally, the perforated plate 40 is made of a rigid material. Therefore, the sound absorption material 41 can be sufficiently protected, and the sound absorption material 41 is prevented from falling off due to continuous blowing of air flow in the smoke exhaust pipeline, so that the silencing effect of the smoke exhaust channel is influenced. Optionally, no sound absorbing material 41 is provided between the perforated plate 40 and the inner wall of the first exhaust duct 2 and/or the second exhaust duct 3. In this way, the noise reduction effect can be achieved by the small holes in the surface of the perforated plate 40.
In some embodiments, sound reduction layer 4 further comprises sound absorbing material 41. Optionally, sound absorbing material 41 is disposed between perforated plate 40 and the inner wall of first exhaust duct 2. Optionally, sound absorbing material 41 is arranged between the perforated plate 40 and the inner wall of the duct of the second exhaust duct 3. Alternatively, the sound absorbing material 41 is arranged both between the perforated plate 40 and the inner wall of the first exhaust duct 2 and between the perforated plate 40 and the inner wall of the duct of the second exhaust duct 3. Optionally, the sound absorbing material 41 is made of a flexible material such as foam, cellucotton and the like. Thus, the noise of the air flow in the smoke exhaust duct can be reduced by the sound absorbing material 41. Alternatively, the sound absorbing material 41 is made of a porous material. Thus, besides absorbing the airflow noise in the smoke exhaust duct, the vibration caused by solid noise and airflow sound can be weakened.
FIG. 4 is a schematic structural view of a first smoke exhaust duct provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure; FIG. 5 is a schematic structural view of a second smoke exhaust duct provided by the embodiment of the disclosure. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments, the outer wall of the outlet end of the first exhaust duct 2 is provided with a first protrusion 20 arranged along the circumferential direction; the inner wall of the first end of the second smoke exhaust pipeline 3 is provided with a second bulge 30 which is clamped with the first bulge 20. The first exhaust duct 2 and the second exhaust duct 3 are conveniently installed by the cooperation of the first protrusion 20 and the second protrusion 30. Optionally, the outer wall of the outlet end of the first smoke exhaust pipeline 2 is provided with a plurality of first protrusions 20 arranged along the circumferential direction; the inner wall of the first end of the second smoke exhaust pipeline 3 is provided with a plurality of second bulges 30 which are clamped with the first bulges 20. The plurality of second protrusions 30 are arranged, so that the length of the first smoke exhaust pipeline 2 sleeved in the second smoke exhaust pipeline 3 can be adjusted according to different installation distances, the length of the smoke exhaust pipeline is adjusted, and the smoke exhaust pipeline can adapt to different installation distances.
In some embodiments, the edges of the first and second protrusions 20, 30 are rounded. Optionally, the edges of the first and second protrusions 20, 30 are rounded. Therefore, the edges and corners of the first bulges 20 and the second bulges 30 are cut into arc surfaces, so that the second exhaust pipe 3 is conveniently sleeved outside the first exhaust pipe 2, the resistance of the edges and corners is reduced in the operation process, and the mounting process or the dismounting operation is more labor-saving; on the other hand, the scraping and rubbing of the edges and corners on the inner wall of the smoke exhaust pipeline are reduced, the inner wall of the smoke exhaust pipeline is prevented from being scratched in the installation process or in the disassembly operation, and the risk of damage to the smoke exhaust pipeline is reduced.
In some embodiments, the connection between the outlet end of the first exhaust pipe 2 and the first end of the second exhaust pipe 3 is provided with a silencing sealing connection device 5. Therefore, the air flow can be effectively prevented from escaping from the gap at the joint of the outlet end of the first exhaust flue 2 and the first section of the second exhaust flue 3, and the noise generated by the air flow at the joint can be reduced or even eliminated. Optionally, a silencing sealing connection device is arranged at the joint of the inlet end of the first smoke exhaust pipeline 2 and the range hood air outlet pipeline 1 and the joint of the second end of the second smoke exhaust pipeline and the common flue. Therefore, the air flow can be effectively prevented from escaping from the joint of the smoke exhaust pipeline, and the noise generated by the air flow at the joint can be reduced.
In some embodiments, the first exhaust pipe 2 is a straight pipe with a flat inner wall. Because the resistance of the smooth inner wall is small, the gas entering the first exhaust pipeline 2 can not generate vortex in the flue, thereby reducing the airflow noise in the pipeline; moreover, the ventilation loss can be reduced, and the effective air quantity of the range hood is increased.
In some embodiments, the second smoke exhaust duct 3 is a straight pipe or a corrugated pipe with a flat inner wall. Optionally, the second smoke exhaust duct 3 is a straight pipe with a flat inner wall, and due to the fact that resistance of the smooth inner wall is small, airflow noise in the smoke exhaust duct can be further reduced. Optionally, the second smoke exhaust duct 3 is a corrugated pipe, and the smoke exhaust duct can be conveniently and quickly mounted by utilizing the advantages of good flexibility, flexibility and bending capability of the corrugated pipe.
In some embodiments, the first exhaust duct 2 and the second exhaust duct 3 are circular ducts or square ducts. Therefore, the diversity of the smoke exhaust pipelines is increased, and more choices are provided for customers. Optionally, the first smoke exhaust pipe 2 and the second smoke exhaust pipe 3 are made of plastic.
