Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the food processor 500 includes a main body 100, a stirring cup 200, a stirring blade assembly 300 and a cup cover assembly 400. The stirring cup 200 is detachably mounted on the main body 100, the stirring blade assembly 300 is mounted in the stirring cup 200, and the cup cover assembly 400 covers the stirring cup 200.
The mixing cup 200 includes a first snap 210. Specifically, the mixing cup 200 has a cup opening through which the food material is poured into the mixing cup 200. The first fastening portion 210 is formed by protruding outward from the cup opening.
The lid assembly 400 includes a second engaging portion 410, and the lid assembly 400 is rotated on the blender cup 200 to engage the first engaging portion 210 and the second engaging portion 410 together, thereby mounting the lid assembly 400 to the blender cup 200.

The arc length of the first engaging portion 210 is less than 1/8 of the perimeter of the rim of the mixing cup 200, and may be as long as in the prior art.
In yet another embodiment, the first engaging portion 210 has an arc length ranging from 1/8 to 1/4 of the perimeter of the rim of the mixing cup 200, while the second engaging portion 410 has an arc length ranging from 1/8 to 1/4 of the perimeter of the rim of the mixing cup 200.

In the illustrated embodiment, the trigger portion 420 has a guide surface 421, and the safety lever 220 is guided by the guide surface 421 to abut against and engage with the trigger portion 420 when the lid assembly 400 is rotated on the mixing cup 200. Thus, the trigger 420 and the safety lever 220 can be abutted by rotating the cap assembly 400.
The stirring knife assembly 300 comprises a chassis 310, a knife shaft assembly 320 and a knife assembly 330, wherein the knife shaft assembly 320 comprises a knife shaft sleeve 321 and a first knife shaft 322, the knife shaft assembly 320 is fixedly arranged on the chassis 310 through the knife shaft sleeve 321, and the knife assembly 330 is detachably arranged at the upper end of the first knife shaft 322. The cutter shaft sleeve 321 is in threaded fit with the nut 323, and the cutter shaft assembly 320 is mounted on the chassis 310. When the food processor 500 needs to be cleaned after being used, the knife assembly 330 and the stirring cup 200 are cleaned respectively after being detached, so that the cleaning can be more thorough, and dead corners which cannot be cleaned do not exist any more; moreover, the arc length range of the first engaging portion 210 and/or the second engaging portion 410 is set, so that the knife assembly 330 can completely stop rotating without flying out of the mixing cup 200 when the cover assembly 400 is accidentally opened, and the safety performance is good.
In the illustrated embodiment, the knife assembly 330 includes a second knife shaft 331, a knife blade 332, a connecting member 333 and a support 334, the knife blade 332 is fixed to the second knife shaft 331, the connecting member 333 is fixed to one end of the second knife shaft 331 and is matched with the first knife shaft 322, and the support 334 is installed at the other end of the second knife shaft 331 and is matched with the cap assembly 400. Thus, the second knife shaft 331 drives the blades 332 to rotate together under the driving of the first knife shaft 322, so as to whip the food material in the stirring cup 200.
In one embodiment, one end of the connecting member 333 is fixedly connected to the second knife shaft 331 by a screw thread or the like, the other end of the connecting member is provided with a hexagonal cavity, the cross section of the upper end of the first knife shaft 322 is hexagonal and is matched with the hexagonal cavity, and the first knife shaft 322 is matched with the connecting member 333 to drive the second knife shaft 331 to rotate. The blade 332 may be fixed to the second shaft 331 by riveting, and the blade 332 is located above the connecting member 333. A bearing 336 and an oil seal 337 are arranged between the support 334 and the second knife shaft 331.
The cup cover assembly 400 comprises an upper cup cover 480, a lower cup cover 490 assembled to the upper cup cover 480 and a pressure relief cover 430 mounted to the upper cup cover 480, wherein the lower cup cover 490 is provided with a mounting groove 491, and the support 334 is disposed in the mounting groove 491. The upper cup cover 480 is provided with a central hole, and the pressure relief cover 430 is installed in the central hole. In this manner, support 334 is easily and reliably mated with mounting groove 491.
The support 334 is provided with a limit post 3341, and the inner wall of the mounting groove 491 is provided with a limit groove 4211 matched with the limit post 3341. Thus, the support 334 is more stably installed in the installation groove 491 by the cooperation of the position-limiting post 3341 and the position-limiting groove 4211 without rotating along with the second knife shaft 331.

a lid assembly (400) including a second snap-fit portion (410), the lid assembly (400) being mounted to the blender cup (200) by rotating the lid assembly (400) on the blender cup (200) such that the first and second snap-fit portions (210, 410) snap together;
wherein the arc length of the first buckling part (210) ranges from 1/8 to 1/4 of the perimeter of the cup mouth of the stirring cup (200), and/or the arc length of the second buckling part (410) ranges from 1/8 to 1/4 of the perimeter of the cup mouth of the stirring cup (200).

The food processor as claimed in claim 1, wherein the main machine (100) is provided with a safety switch, the mixing cup (200) is provided with a safety rod (220) and an elastic reset member (230) for applying an elastic restoring force to the safety rod (220), the cup cover assembly (400) is provided with a trigger portion (420), and when the cup cover assembly (400) is installed on the mixing cup (200) through rotation, the trigger portion (420) abuts against the safety rod (220) so that the safety rod (220) opens the safety switch.
