In the process of teeth correction, when the back teeth move far, the phenomenon that the back teeth open the jaw often occurs due to cheek tilting when the back teeth of the upper jaw do not move far in place by wearing the invisible teeth corrector. The invisible tooth appliance is an elastic shell-shaped appliance, a patient usually wears an anterior tooth area on teeth before wearing a posterior tooth area, the posterior tooth area deforms due to the fact that the anterior tooth area is in place, the deformation direction is opposite to the tooth wearing direction, namely the direction of the outer side of the teeth, and the posterior teeth can deviate towards the buccal side to cause cheek inclination because the stress of the outer side is released more easily.
The abnormal tongue position generally refers to abnormal tongue position in a resting state. Normally the tip of the tongue is on the lingual side of the lower incisor or palatal side of the upper incisor and in contact; the abnormal condition is the retrogradation: the tongue curls, the tongue body is positioned at the back and has no contact with the anterior teeth. Primary abnormalities in tongue position are often caused by poor habits, such as finger sucking: since the tongue body is lowered when sucking the finger, the buccinator is contracted, the pressure balance of the upper teeth is changed, and the pressure on the lingual side is reduced to cause lingual movement of the posterior maxillary teeth, anterior protrusion and resulting in stenosis of the upper arch. Long-term tongue-erupting habit: the bad habit of spitting tongue in the tooth replacing period can generate abnormal continuous pressure on the upper and lower anterior teeth, thereby causing jaw opening or secondary anterior teeth to open the jaw and the mandible to be protruded forward. Generally speaking, the tongue postural abnormality can be a cause of malocclusion and an adaptation to malocclusion, and the control of the position of the tongue in the resting state is considered for the stabilization after orthodontics.
Therefore, it is important to develop a dental appliance capable of preventing the tooth from being inclined on the cheek or the tongue during the tooth correction process.

It should be understood that these examples are only for illustrating the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. In practical applications, the improvement and adjustment made by those skilled in the art according to the present invention still belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
For better illustration of the present invention, the following detailed description of the present invention is provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, a shell-shaped dental device 1 comprises a shell-shaped body 101, wherein the shell-shaped body 101 is provided with a plurality of cavities for accommodating teeth, a barrier part 2 for preventing cheek tilting of corresponding teeth is arranged at the buccal side of the posterior tooth area of the shell-shaped body 101, and the barrier part 2 at least partially covers the buccal side of the corresponding posterior tooth area on the shell-shaped body 101.
When a patient wears the shell-shaped dental appliance, the patient usually wears the anterior dental region on the teeth first and then wears the posterior dental region, at the moment, the posterior dental region deforms due to the in-place of the anterior dental region, and the deformation direction is outward deformation, because external stress is easier to release, at the moment, the posterior teeth can shift towards the buccal side, and the cheek is inclined. In the embodiment, the blocking part 2 is arranged at any position of the buccal side of the posterior dental area of the shell-shaped body 101 for preventing the buccal inclination of the teeth, the blocking part 2 is arranged to at least partially cover the buccal side of the corresponding posterior dental area on the shell-shaped body 101, and the action part of the blocking part is arranged to at least partially cover the buccal side of the corresponding posterior dental area on the shell-shaped body 101, so as to prevent the teeth of the corresponding posterior dental area from generating the buccal side.
Further, referring to fig. 2, the barrier portion 2 is a convex portion 201 protruding toward the buccinator muscle on the buccal side of the shell-shaped body, the force generated when the convex portion 201 is in contact with the buccinator muscle is opposite to the force generated when the corresponding teeth are tilted, and the force generated when the convex portion 201 is in contact with the buccinator muscle is sufficient to prevent the corresponding teeth from being tilted. The mechanism of action of lobe 201 to prevent cheek tilting is: the convex part 201 is contacted and interacted with the cheek muscle, the acting force is generated, the acting force is opposite to the acting force of the cheek inclination of the corresponding tooth, the cheek inclination is prevented, the convex part is arranged on the posterior tooth area, the length of the tooth crown of the posterior tooth area is shorter, the shell-shaped body elastic material forms a three-dimensional vacuole in a limited space to act with the cheek muscle, and the generated acting force is enough to prevent the cheek inclination of the corresponding tooth. More specifically, the convex part can be in contact with the cheek muscle surface, so that the action area of the cheek muscle and the convex part is larger, and the convex part is in a smooth transition cubic structure.
Specifically, the height of the bulge protruding towards the cheek muscle is 2-8 mm. The height of the bulge is 2-8mm, so that the bulge is in contact with the buccinator and can generate interaction force, and the correction effect of preventing the teeth from cheek inclination is achieved.
The distance from the convex part to the gum margin is 1-3mm and the distance from the convex part to the tooth cusp is 0-3mm along the long axis direction of the tooth body. If the distance of bellying apart from the gum edge department is too short, the area of shell form body parcel tooth here reduces, just the bellying is an open-ended spatial structure, if be close to shell form body gum edge design, then the bellying can be at shell form body along gum edge smooth transition back promptly, can make the one side transition of the adjacent opening part of spatial structure forms another opening, when the bellying is used with buccinator, the bellying is owing to have the opening to produce the deformation easily near gum edge department, and the bellying height compares with predetermined height and reduces, and then its effort that prevents the cheek slope also correspondingly reduces, can weaken the effect that the bellying prevents the cheek slope, and consequently the bellying is equipped with certain distance from gum edge department and is preferred selection.
The convex part 201 is provided with a filling part which is used for further supporting the convex part, the acting force of the convex part is insufficient due to excessive deformation generated by the interaction of the convex part and the buccinator muscle, and the arrangement of the filling part further ensures that the acting force generated when the convex part 201 is in contact with the buccinator muscle is enough to prevent the buccination of the corresponding tooth.
Further, the protrusion 201 and the shell-shaped body 101 are of an integral structure or a separate structure.
Referring to fig. 3-4, fig. 4 is a view of fig. 3, the protruding portion 201 is cut along the direction a-a, the protruding portion 201 and the shell-shaped body 101 are of an integral structure, the integral protruding portion has a simple structure, and can be manufactured by a hot pressing method or a direct 3D printing method.
When the protruding portion 201 and the shell-shaped body 101 are in a separate structure, the protruding portion 201 is mounted on the shell-shaped body. The bulge 201 can be installed on the shell-shaped body through the existing connection modes such as threaded connection, clamping connection, mortise and tenon connection, magnetic attraction connection or pasting connection, and is not limited in the installation mode. Compared with the integrated forming, the size and the position of the formed boss are fixed, the boss with the required size and the installation position can be selected according to requirements by the split structure, and the selection is more diversified.
Posterior dental area in this application, the "posterior dental area" is defined according to the classification of teeth as shown in the FDI notation of 4-8 for the anterior molars and molars, and 1-3 for the anterior dental area, in pages 36-38 of the introduction to oral medicine, 2 nd edition, published by Beijing university medical Press. The blocking part 2 provided on the shell-shaped dental instrument 1 in this embodiment may be provided only in the premolar region, only in the molar region, partially in the premolar region and the molar region, or in the partial region of the premolar region and the molar region, or in the premolar region and the molar region.
Further, the width of the convex portion 201 covering the posterior tooth area on the buccal side of the shell-shaped body 101 along the dental arch direction is 1-5 teeth. According to the situation of posterior tooth distancing, the width of the protruding portion 201 may be the width of 1-5 teeth, and taking 1-2 teeth as an example of distancing, correspondingly, the width of the protruding portion 201 is set to be the width of 1 and 2 teeth, specifically: when the width of the convex portion 201 covering the posterior tooth area on the buccal side of the shell-shaped body 101 along the dental arch direction is 1 tooth, the convex portion 201 may cover a single tooth, such as a tooth shown as 5 (i.e., a second premolar) by the full-coverage FDI notation, the width of the convex portion 201 is the width of the single tooth, or the convex portion 201 may be disposed between adjacent teeth, such as between 5 and 6 teeth, that is, the convex portion 201 partially covers 5 teeth, and partially covers 6 (i.e., a first molar) teeth, and the width is one tooth width; when the width of the protruding part 201 covering the posterior tooth area on the buccal side of the shell-shaped body 101 along the dental arch direction is the width of the number of teeth being 2 to 3, referring to fig. 1, the protruding part 201 covers the teeth indicated by the FDI notation of 5 to 7 on the buccal side of the shell-shaped body 101 along the dental arch direction, that is, the protruding part 201 partially covers the teeth indicated by 5, 7 (i.e., the second molar) and the teeth indicated by the full coverage 6, or alternatively, the protruding part 201 covers the teeth indicated by the FDI notation of 6 to 7 on the buccal side of the shell-shaped body 101 along the dental arch direction, that is, the protruding part 201 completely covers the teeth indicated by 6, 7.
Example 2
This embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that a projection is provided on the tongue side for preventing inclination of the tongue. Specifically, referring to fig. 5, a shell-shaped dental apparatus 1 includes a shell-shaped body 101, where the shell-shaped body 101 is provided with a plurality of cavities for accommodating teeth, and any position of the lingual side of the posterior tooth area of the shell-shaped body 101 is provided with a blocking portion 2 for preventing lingual inclination of the corresponding teeth, and the blocking portion at least partially covers the lingual side of the corresponding posterior tooth area on the shell-shaped body.
In the embodiment, the blocking part 2 is arranged at any position of the lingual side of the posterior tooth area of the shell-shaped body 101 for preventing the tooth from tipping, the blocking part 2 is arranged to at least partially cover the lingual side of the corresponding posterior tooth area on the shell-shaped body 101, and the acting part of the blocking part is arranged to at least partially cover the lingual side of the corresponding posterior tooth area on the shell-shaped body 101, so as to prevent the tooth in the corresponding posterior tooth area from tipping.
Referring to fig. 6, the blocking portion 2 is a protruding portion 201 ' protruding toward the lingual muscle on the lingual side of the shell-shaped body, the force generated when the protruding portion 201 ' contacts the lingual muscle is opposite to the force generated when the corresponding tooth is inclined, and the force generated when the protruding portion 201 ' contacts the lingual muscle is sufficient to prevent the corresponding tooth from being inclined.
The mechanism of action of the protrusion 201' to prevent tongue inclination is: the bulge 201' is contacted and interacted with the tongue muscle to generate acting force which is opposite to the acting force of the corresponding tooth lingual inclination to prevent the tongue inclination, and because the bulge is arranged in the posterior tooth area, the length of the tooth crown of the posterior tooth area is shorter, the shell-shaped body elastic material forms a three-dimensional vacuole in a limited space to act with the tongue muscle, and the generated acting force is enough to prevent the corresponding tooth lingual inclination.
Specifically, the height of the bulge protruding towards the tongue muscle is 2-8 mm. The height of the bulge is 2-8mm, so that the bulge is in contact with the tongue muscle, and interaction force can be generated, and the correction effect of preventing tooth and tongue inclination is achieved.
The distance from the convex part to the gum margin is 1-3mm and the distance from the convex part to the tooth cusp is 0-3mm along the long axis direction of the tooth body. If the distance of bellying apart from the gum edge department is too short, then the area of shell form body parcel tooth here reduces, just the bellying is an open-ended spatial structure, if be close to shell form body gum edge design, then the bellying can be at shell form body along gum edge smooth transition back promptly, can make the one side transition of the adjacent opening part of spatial structure forms another opening, when the bellying is used with the tongue muscle, the bellying is owing to have the opening to produce deformation easily near gum edge department, and the bellying height compares with predetermined height and reduces, then its effort that prevents the tongue and incline also corresponding reduction, can weaken the effect that the bellying prevents the tongue and incline, and consequently the bellying is equipped with certain distance from gum edge department and is preferred selection.
The bulge 201 'is internally provided with a filling part which is used for further supporting the bulge, so that the insufficient acting force of the bulge caused by excessive deformation generated by the interaction of the bulge and the tongue muscle is prevented, and the arrangement of the filling part further ensures that the acting force generated when the bulge 201' is in contact with the tongue muscle is enough to prevent the corresponding tooth and tongue from inclining.
Further, the protrusion 201' and the shell-shaped body 101 are of an integral structure or a separate structure.
Referring to fig. 6-7, fig. 7 is a view of fig. 6, the protruding portion 201 'is cut along the direction B-B, the protruding portion 201' and the shell-shaped body 101 are of an integral structure, and the integral protruding portion has a simple structure and can be manufactured by a hot pressing method or a direct 3D printing method.
When the protruding portion 201 'and the shell-shaped body 101 are in a separate structure, the protruding portion 201' is mounted on the shell-shaped body. The bulge 201' can be installed on the shell-shaped body through the existing connection modes such as threaded connection, clamping connection, mortise and tenon connection, magnetic attraction connection or pasting connection, and the installation mode is not limited.
The protruding portion 201' provided on the shell-shaped dental instrument 1 in this embodiment may be provided only in the premolar region, may be provided only in the molar region, may be partially provided in the premolar region and the molar region, may be provided in a partial region of the premolar region and the molar region, and may be provided in the premolar region and the molar region in a full-coverage manner.
Further, the width of the protruding part 201' covering the posterior tooth area on the lingual side of the shell-shaped body 101 along the dental arch direction is 1-5 teeth in number. According to the situation of posterior tooth distancing, the width of the protruding portion 201 'may be the width of 1-5 teeth, and taking 1-2 teeth as an example of distancing, correspondingly, the width of the protruding portion 201' is set to be the width of 1 and 2 teeth, specifically: when the width of the protrusion 201 'covering the posterior tooth area on the lingual side of the shell-shaped body 101 along the arch direction is 1 tooth in number, the protrusion 201' may cover a single tooth, such as a tooth shown as 5 (i.e., a second premolar) by the full-coverage FDI notation, and the width of the protrusion 201 'is the width of the single tooth, or the protrusion 201' may be disposed between adjacent teeth, such as between 5 and 6 teeth, such as a tooth covered by the protrusion 201 'partially 5 and a tooth covered by the protrusion 201' partially 6 (i.e., a first molar), and the width is one tooth width; when the width of the protruding part 201 ' covers the posterior tooth area on the lingual side of the shell-shaped body 101 along the dental arch direction is the width of 2 to 3 teeth, referring to fig. 1, the protruding part 201 ' covers the teeth indicated by the FDI notation of 5 to 7 on the lingual side of the shell-shaped body 101 along the dental arch direction, i.e., the protruding part 201 ' partially covers the teeth indicated by 5, 7, i.e., the second molars) and the teeth indicated by the full coverage 6, or the protruding part 201 ' covers the teeth indicated by the FDI notation of 6 to 7 on the lingual side of the shell-shaped body 101 along the dental arch direction, i.e., the protruding part 201 ' fully covers the teeth indicated by 6, 7.
Example 3
Referring to fig. 8, a shell-shaped dental device 1 comprises a shell-shaped body 101, wherein the shell-shaped body 101 is provided with a plurality of cavities for accommodating teeth, a blocking part 2 for preventing cheek tilting of corresponding teeth is arranged at any position of the buccal side of the posterior dental area of the shell-shaped body 101, and the blocking part 2 at least partially covers the buccal side of the corresponding posterior dental area on the shell-shaped body.
The barrier 2 is a buccal reinforcement 202 of the posterior dental area of the shell-shaped dental device, said reinforcement 202 opposing the force of the buccal inclination of the respective tooth.
The mechanism of action of the reinforcement 202 to prevent cheek tilting is: the reinforcement 202 interacts with the contact of the tooth where the cheek tilting occurs, generating a force that opposes the force of the corresponding tooth cheek tilting, preventing cheek tilting, and the reinforcement 202, due to its strength, generates a force sufficient to prevent the corresponding tooth cheek tilting.
The reinforcing part 202 covers the posterior tooth area on the buccal side of the shell-shaped body in the arch direction, and has a width of 1-5 teeth. The principle of setting the width of the reinforcing portion 202 is similar to that of setting the projecting portion 201 of embodiment 1, and will not be described in detail here.
Further, the reinforcing portion 202 is a thickened portion 202A, a bead 202B, or a reinforcement.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a cross-sectional view taken along line C-C of fig. 8, wherein the thickened portion 202A has a single-layer structure with a layer thickness of 1-5 mm. If the thickness of thickening portion 202A layer is too thick, the less comfortable foreign matter sense of patient's dress is stronger and easy fracture, if too thin, its effort that produces is not enough to prevent corresponding tooth cheek and incline, through setting up the layer thickness and being 1-5mm, ensures that its effort that produces is enough to prevent corresponding tooth cheek and incline, simultaneously, strengthens wearing comfortable experience sense.
Of course, in other embodiments, when the thickened portion 202A is a multi-layer structure (not shown in the drawings), the total thickness is 1-5mm, at this time, the multi-layer structure may be a shell-shaped body which is a whole multi-layer structure or a structure which is provided with multiple layers locally at the position where the teeth need to be prevented from cheek tilting, if the total thickness of the thickened portion 202A is too thick, the comfort of the patient wearing is poor, the foreign body feeling is strong and the patient is easy to break, if the thickened portion is too thin, the acting force generated by the thickened portion is not enough to prevent the corresponding teeth from cheek tilting, and by setting the total thickness to 1-5mm, the acting force generated by the thickened portion is ensured to.
