本实用新型公开一种隔热单边固定纱窗变轨推拉窗,窗框的主框型材的外形轮廓为方形,其室外侧型材和室内侧型材紧邻断桥处的两侧装配面均形成有压条插扣槽;设有由副框型材构成的用以安装纱窗的纱窗框,纱窗框从室外侧嵌装入窗框内,其中副框型材在室内侧壁设置断桥,且其室外侧型材的室内侧壁安装与变轨推拉窗扇压接密封的密封胶条。断桥隔热型材种类少,窗框型材只有主框型材和副框型材两种,可有效降低设计、生产、装配上的各环节的压力,降低成本;隔热性能优异,将安装纱窗的副框型材亦设成断桥隔热结构,使得推拉窗的隔热性能大为提高;安装方便,纱窗的副框可直接从室外侧嵌装入窗框内,然后固定,安装非常简单快捷。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及铝门窗型材技术领域,尤其是指一种安装纱窗的变轨推拉窗。
背景技术
单边固定推拉窗就是那种一面窗扇固定一面窗扇推拉。而隔热推拉窗为保证其隔热性能,通常会设成变轨推拉,即是在窗扇关闭时变轨平移压紧密封条,实现室内外的密封隔热。因应实际需要,这种单边固定推拉窗还会安装防蚊防虫的纱窗。因此,现有的隔热单边固定纱窗变轨推拉窗会根据边框、中挺、上滑及下滑各自的装配特点,而设计各种形状的型材。这对于隔热型材来说,种类多样都会在生产、设计及成本上增加压力,而且装配也麻烦。而加装的纱窗也因隔热设计不好,单靠密封胶条隔热,导致推拉窗的隔热性能下降。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种性能优越的隔热单边固定纱窗变轨推拉窗。
为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种隔热单边固定纱窗变轨推拉窗,包括有由主框型材构成的窗框、固定在其中一半窗框内的固定窗扇、滑动安装在另一半窗框内的变轨推拉窗扇、以及安装在变轨推拉窗扇室外侧的窗框内的纱窗扇,其中主框型材为断桥隔热型材,其特征在于:所述主框型材的外形轮廓为方形,其室外侧型材和室内侧型材紧邻断桥处的两侧装配面均形成有压条插扣槽;设有由副框型材构成的用以安装纱窗的纱窗框,纱窗框从室外侧嵌装入窗框内,其中副框型材在室内侧壁设置断桥,且其室外侧型材的室内侧壁安装与变轨推拉窗扇压接密封的密封胶条。
在上述基础上,所述主框型材的用以嵌装纱窗框的那侧装配面的插扣槽设成凹陷式。
在上述基础上,所述变轨推拉窗扇的变轨结构包括支撑推拉窗扇的滑轨型材,滑轨型材安装在主框型材的室内侧型材的装配面上,滑轨型材的底部向着室外侧延伸并向上回折成一侧向嵌槽,嵌槽内嵌装U形导条,导条与滑轨型材主体之间形成容置固定在推拉窗扇底部的导销滑动的滑槽,嵌槽关窗方向的末端嵌装变轨导向块。
采用本实用新型所带来的有益效果:
1、断桥隔热型材种类少,窗框型材只有主框型材和副框型材两种,可有效降低设计、生产、装配上的各环节的压力,降低成本;
2、隔热性能优异,将安装纱窗的副框型材亦设成断桥隔热结构,使得推拉窗的隔热性能大为提高;
3、安装方便,纱窗的副框可直接从室外侧嵌装入窗框内,然后固定,安装非常简单快捷。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,一种隔热单边固定纱窗变轨推拉窗,包括有由主框型材1.1构成的窗框1、固定在其中一半窗框1内的固定窗扇2、滑动安装在另一半窗框1内的变轨推拉窗扇3、以及安装在变轨推拉窗扇3室外侧的窗框1内的纱窗扇4,其中主框型材1.1为断桥隔热型材。当然,推拉窗扇3的型材亦应为断桥隔热型材,属常规设计,不再详述。在本实用新型中,所述主框型材1.1的外形轮廓为方形,其室外侧型材和室内侧型材紧邻断桥处的两侧装配面均形成有压条插扣槽1.1.1,这些插扣槽1.1.1用于扣装固定窗扇的压装中空玻璃的内外压条5。设有由副框型材6.1构成的用以安装纱窗的纱窗框6,纱窗框6从室外侧嵌装入窗框1内,其中副框型材6.1在室内侧壁设置断桥6.1.1,且其室外侧型材的室内侧壁安装与变轨推拉窗扇3压接密封的密封胶条7。装配后,副框型材6.1的室内侧型材只与主框型材1.1的室内侧型材抵接,室外侧型材只与主框型材1.1的室外侧型材抵接,窗框1和纱窗框6的室内外两侧都完全地断桥隔热开来,保证了纱窗推拉窗的隔热性能。
在本实施例中,所述主框型材1.1的用以嵌装纱窗框6的那侧装配面的插扣槽1.1.1设成凹陷式,也即是,以装配面为基准向内凹陷,这样更有利于纱窗框6的嵌装。
进一步的,所述变轨推拉窗扇3的变轨结构包括支撑推拉窗扇3的滑轨型材8,滑轨型材8安装在主框型材1.1的室内侧型材的装配面上,滑轨型材8的底部向着室外侧延伸并向上回折成一侧向嵌槽8.1,嵌槽8.1内嵌装U形导条9,导条9与滑轨型材8主体之间形成容置固定在推拉窗扇3底部的导销10滑动的滑槽11,嵌槽8.1关窗方向的末端嵌装变轨导向块12。

1.一种隔热单边固定纱窗变轨推拉窗,包括有由主框型材构成的窗框、固定在其中一半窗框内的固定窗扇、滑动安装在另一半窗框内的变轨推拉窗扇、以及安装在变轨推拉窗扇室外侧的窗框内的纱窗扇,其中主框型材为断桥隔热型材,其特征在于:所述主框型材的外形轮廓为方形,其室外侧型材和室内侧型材紧邻断桥处的两侧装配面均形成有压条插扣槽;设有由副框型材构成的用以安装纱窗的纱窗框,纱窗框从室外侧嵌装入窗框内,其中副框型材在室内侧壁设置断桥,且其室外侧型材的室内侧壁安装与变轨推拉窗扇压接密封的密封胶条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔热单边固定纱窗变轨推拉窗,其特征在于:所述主框型材的用以嵌装纱窗框的那侧装配面的插扣槽设成凹陷式。
