本实用新型公开了一种圆柱型锂离子电池,包括外壳、外壳内部的由正极极片、负极极片和隔膜卷绕构成的裸电芯,所述的正极极片上设有至少两个正极极耳,所述的负极极片上设有两个负极极耳,所述的负极极片背面尾部留有未涂覆活性物质的空白区域,该空白区域位于裸电芯的外周面,直接与外壳内壁贴触。本实用新型圆柱型锂离子负极极片上的空白区域位于裸电芯的外周面,并与外壳内壁贴触,增加了负极极片的接触面积,使得内阻下降约2~4mΩ,降低了大电流放电时的温度,提高了使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种锂离子电池,尤其涉及一种圆柱型锂离子电池。
背景技术
目前中小型的圆柱型电池因为从内部结构来说,正负极距离一致并且间距小,内部极化少,所以电池的循环寿命和一致性都非常好,其生产工艺自动化程度也最高。
目前的圆柱型电池以18650电池最为广泛,18650圆柱型电池包括功率型和容量型两种,容量型的圆柱型电池一般正负极只有一个极耳,功率型的圆柱型电池一般是正负极各二个正极耳,在大功率放电时后者温度高达50-60度,温度过高对电池的循环寿命产生很大的负面影响,放完电之后也不能马上充电,需要较长的冷却时间,如果是多个电池进行串并联,电池组的温度会更高,会酿成安全事故。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种圆柱型锂离子电池,解决了现有锂离子电池内阻大、发热量高的问题。
一种圆柱型锂离子电池,包括外壳、外壳内部的由正极极片、负极极片和隔膜卷绕构成的裸电芯,所述的正极极片上设有至少两个正极极耳,所述的负极极片上设有两个负极极耳,所述的负极极片背面尾部留有未涂覆活性物质的空白区域,该空白区域位于裸电芯的外周面,直接与外壳内壁贴触。
所述的负极极耳位于负极极片的首尾两端。
所述的空白区域沿裸电芯周向的长度为5~75mm。
所述的正极极耳的数量为2个或3个。
本实用新型圆柱型锂离子负极极片上的空白区域位于裸电芯的外周面,并与外壳内壁贴触,增加了负极极片的接触面积,使得内阻下降约2~4mΩ,降低了大电流放电时的温度,提高了使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种圆柱型锂离子电池,包括外壳4、外壳4内由正极极片1、负极极片2和隔膜卷绕构成的裸电芯3,正极极片1上设有三个正极极耳101,负极极片2上有两个负极极耳201,分别位于负极极片2的两端。其中负极极片背面尾端留有未涂覆活性物质的空白区域202。如图3所示,该空白区域202位于裸电芯的外周面,装配后,该空白区域202与外壳4内壁直接接触。
上述圆柱型锂离子电池裸电芯的外周面有空白区域202,该空白区域202与外壳4内壁接触,增加了负极的接触面积,减小了内阻。充放电时,极耳处的电流密度减小,发热量下降,尤其是大电流放电时,温升约下降约5℃,在1C充电,15C放电时,在其它参数相同的条件下,本实用新型锂离子电池比正负极都是二个极耳的锂离子电池寿命高出约30%。

1.一种圆柱型锂离子电池,包括外壳、外壳内部的由正极极片、负极极片和隔膜卷绕构成的裸电芯,其特征在于,所述的正极极片上设有至少两个正极极耳,所述的负极极片上设有两个负极极耳,所述的负极极片背面尾部留有未涂覆活性物质的空白区域,该空白区域位于裸电芯的外周面,直接与外壳内壁贴触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圆柱型锂离子电池,其特征在于,所述的负极极耳位于负极极片的首尾两端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的圆柱型锂离子电池,其特征在于,所述的负极极片背面尾部留有未涂覆活性物质的空白区域长度为5~75mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的圆柱型锂离子电池,其特征在于,所述的正极极耳的数量为3个。
